Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of popularization and application of Ambrosia artemisiifolia extract in the prevention and control of forest diseases and insect pests, A. artemisiifolia leaves were used as the experimental materials, and the antibacterial active substances were extracted by the method of warm soaking and ultrasonic extraction. In addition, the indoor and outdoor bacteriostatic tests of the extracts against the pathogen of poplar Botryosphaeria dothidea were carried out. Indoor bacteriostatic test showed that the bacteriostatic rate reached 73.62% when the concentration of crude extract was 16 mg/mL. Field control test showed that the minimum bacteriostatic concentration was 40 mg/mL, and the bacteriostatic rate reached 95.14%. The above results show that the crude extract of A. artemisiifolia has a good inhibitory effect on poplar B. dothidea.
