Abstract: In order to explore how to inject more vigor and vitality in the academic exchange by agricultural scientific and technical societies, and to further promote agricultural academic innovation in China, the author summarized some phenomena which affected the quality of academic activities and worsened ecological environment of academic research existed in the agricultural field, and explored how to build a healthy academic environment from the right place at the right time with the right people, and gave some suggestions. In the future, it was needed to further explore and develop the system and mechanism of Chinese agricultural scientific and technical community to continuously promote the reform and perfect of academic activities in the field of agricultural scientific and technical community in China.
