  Diversity Analysis of Agronomic and Quality Characters of Foreign Wheat Germplasm Resources 2013, 3 (9):  1-8.  Abstract + ( 1083 )   PDF ( 1161KB )   ( 1475 ) In order to gain knowledge of genetic diversity of wheat and improve their usage efficiency as germplasm resource. Diversities of agronomic and quality characters were analyzed for 146 foreign wheat germplasm in the field in southern Shanxi Province, basing on the data statistic analysis, principal component and cluster analysis methods. The average coefficient of variance was 10.9%, and the average diversity index was 1.4 with 18 wheat characters. It was-to seed yield, spike length, kernels per spike, spikes per plant, 1000-grain weight, stability time, tensile area, maximum resistance, sedimentation value and development time. Principal component and cluster analysis were used to 31 high-yield germplasm resources. The additive contributing rate of first eight principal components was 92.73%, eight major discriminating characteristics were selected to reflect the comprehensive economic characters and quality characters. According to the genetic distance, 31 germplasm resources were divided into 7 groups. Each group had different characteristics and showed abundant genetic diversity in agronomic and quality characters.

  Studies on Relationship between Drought-resistance and Resistanceof SCN4 Race in Soybean Canopies Jinf 2013, 3 (9):  9-12.  Abstract + ( 1084 )   PDF ( 1184KB )   ( 1125 ) Abstract: The drought resistance of the soybean RIL Population named as Jinf was screened and appraised, Drought and Non-drought Resistant materials Was appraised to Cyst Nematode Race 4, and the resistance between the cyst and drought resistance were studied. The results showed: Resistant to SCN4 of drought resistant materials of Jinf Population is much higher than the non-drought resistant materials, Potential of long grain of drought resistance and resistance to cyst of potential was great.

  The important ecological function of canopy seed bank in vegetation restoration along with the railway line of sand dune areas 2013, 3 (9):  13-16.  Abstract + ( 1133 )   PDF ( 1310KB )   ( 1318 ) This paper discussed the role of vegetation restoration in prevention and control on sand hazard along with railway line by presenting the characteristic of sand hazard and application example of plant sand-control, and discussed the ecological function of canopy seed bank to vegetation restoration along with railway line. And it concluded that vegetation restoration was very important to the safety and the smooth operation of the railway line in sand dune areas, and the ecological function of canopy seed bank were playing an important role in vegetation restoration along with the railway line of sand dune areas. The paper suggested that the studies on the vegetation restoration along with the railway line of sand dune areas should be concerned on the investigation of seed dispersal dynamic of canopy seed bank, and the influences of canopy seed bank on seed bank pattern, germination and seedling emergence. The objective was to explore the ecological functions of canopy seed bank in vegetation restoration along with railway line, and to discuss the importance of the function to plant sand-control of railway construction in sand dune areas.

  Changes of Organic Matter in Cropland in Tonglu County of Hangzhou over 28 Years and Its Improved Management 2013, 3 (9):  17-21.  Abstract + ( 1164 )   PDF ( 1102KB )   ( 1065 ) In order to understand organic manure variation characteristics over 28 years in Tonglu District, we put forward proper countermeasures of organic manure, and improve soil fertility and agriculture sustainable development in Tonglu County. The author used the status of farmland organic manure to compare in pair with the data measured in the second national soil surveys. The results showed that: levels of organic matter in cropland in Tonglu County of Hangzhou had declined by 19.4% (from 30.9 g/kg to 24.8 g/kg) over 28 years. The main reasons included the reduction of the acreage under green manure, the addition of land consolidation and construction land. But organic matter levels were now being maintained in the clayey soils. Therefore, the author put forward improvement measures, such as inputs of crop residue, fertilizing green manure, adding animal manure and organic fertilizer soil. The rotation system of rape-rice can be chosen to suit local cropland.

  The Causes of Early Summer Heavy Drought in Puyang City and the Effects of it on Autumn Crops and Defenses 2013, 3 (9):  22-25.  Abstract + ( 997 )   PDF ( 1220KB )   ( 1101 ) In order to find out the main cause of precipitation anomalies, put forward reasonable preventive measures and serve for agricultural production and local economy. The author analyzed the statistical characteristics of the year data in which severe drought occurred, using Puyang historical data of precipitation and climate monitoring data from national climate center. The results showed that: (1) the general atmospheric circulation in Europe and Asia of the northern hemisphere was abnormal in the years, when the heavy drought appeared in early summer in Puyang. Polar vortex was weak, northly and west. East Asia major through was east and deeper than climatology. West Pacific subtropical high was weak and east and south. (2) The abnormal variation of sunspot average of relatives had correspondence with the heavy drought in early summer in Puyang. (3) There were some correlation between the heavy drought in early summer in Puyang and El Nino and La Nina, caused by the abnormity of the east Pacific SST. (4) The characteristics of large scale circulation situation showed good persistence. The former climate background could afford indication to later climatic prediction. Heavy drought occurred frequently and was bad for autumn harvest crops to grow. So people should take some measures to reduce the loss.

  Study on the Growth Rhythm of Stem of Michelia fujianensis Q.F.zheng 2013, 3 (9):  26-29.  Abstract + ( 1067 )   PDF ( 1232KB )   ( 1079 ) In order to provide guidance and basis for resource development and maximum utilization of Michelia fujianensis Q.F.zheng, the method of choosing average tree and adopting stem analysis was conducted to study the growth rhythm of stem between the mixed forest of Michelia fujianensis Q.F.zheng and Cunninghamia lanceklata and the pure stand of Michelia fujianensis Q.F.zheng.It was showed that the time of the annual increment of breast in the mixed forest of Michelia fujianensis Q.F.zheng and Cunninghamia lanceklata to the maximum was one year earlier,that of the annual increment of tree heigjt was four years earlier and that of the annual increment of volume was three years earlier,compared with the pure stand of Michelia fujianensis Q.F.zheng,and the average increment of breast,height and volume of the mixed forest was always more than that of the pure shand,it was illustrated that the mixed forest can promoted the growth of Michelia fujianensis Q.F.zheng and the mixed forest of Michelia fujianensis Q.F.zheng and Cunninghamia lanceklata was the best of mixed species.

  Research of the Effects of different pruning intensity and cold hardiness On The LongZhu Prunus persica 2013, 3 (9):  30-34.  Abstract + ( 1108 )   PDF ( 1526KB )   ( 1097 ) The experiments showed that four different pruning had different influence to growth construction and cold resistance, when we used 5-6 years-old ‘Longzhu’ in winter and summer. The results showed that the effect of different seasons and pruning intensity to Prunus persica ‘Longzhu’ cuttlefish ribbon, flowering, cold resistance were different. Sprout branches were little; flowering time was short, color was mixed and disorderly, and 1-year-old branch’s cold resistance was weak, if we don’t do pruning. If we did light pruning, branching ability, cold resistance was stronger. If we did moderate pruning, sprout branches were more, flower bud was earlier, flowering time was long and cold resistance was stronger. Heavy pruning made the strongest branching ability, larger corolla and less spend. If we did heavy pruning in winter, branching ability was the least, and cold resistance was the weakest.

  Application of Ground Cover Plants in the International Garden Exposition of Jinan 2013, 3 (9):  35-39.  Abstract + ( 1013 )   PDF ( 5270KB )   ( 799 ) Based on the investigation of the species and application situations of ground cover plants in the International Garden Exposition, the landscape effect was concisely analyzed. There were 42 species in the garden for main use, Compositae and Rosaceae plants were the most, followed by Oleaceae plants which distributed on the main and secondary roadside, the edge of the forest, the bank of lake as well as the city gardens. The problems in application of ground cover plants were analyzed. The application prospects were prospected and the suggestions about how to choose and utilize in Jinan were raised.

But the problems of unreasonable structure of tree species, forest structure of a single, middle-aged forest proportion are too large and ecological function in general etc. The author from the optimization of forestry industrial structure coordinated development, promoting the transformation of pattern classification, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen management and improve the level of directional cultivation technology support etc.

  The development status, problems and countermeasures of the tilapia processing exports in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region 2013, 3 (9):  44-49.  Abstract + ( 1103 )   PDF ( 1141KB )   ( 1489 ) As one of the advantage areas of China’s tilapia farming, development of tilapia in Guangxi get great importance from state and the district government in Guangxi. Earning foreign exchange through exports is an important industrial form of tilapia industry in Guangxi, therefore, enhancing competitiveness of processing exports has a very important significance for the development of tilapia industry. Based on the field survey, we study and analysis the status of processinng exports of tilapia industry in Guangxi. At present, standardization , scale and group have taken initial shape in tilapia processing industry in Guangxi. However, there are some problems and challenges during the development process, such as the low industrialization level in aquatic products processing company, the difficulties in equilibrium listed and lack of monitoring measures about products quality safety. Therefore, policy and finance support for this industry should be strengthened and tilapia processing leading enterprise should be supported so that tilapia processing exports can develop steady and healthily within a favorable environment.

  Application Impact of Straw Bio-reactor Technology under Different Strain 2013, 3 (9):  50-52.  Abstract + ( 1074 )   PDF ( 1102KB )   ( 1186 ) Abstract: This study aimed to development the inocula of straw bio-reactor technology in Tianjin. The research focued on the comparison of two kinds of strain application in bio-reactor technology of straw. The result showed that the application effect of two strain in the straw bio-reactor technology was good. Two strain both could improve the greenhouse soil temperature, the photosynthesis and yield of vegetables. The application effect of Tianjin strain in the tomato straw bio-reactor technology planting test was better than Shandong strain, the percentage of increasing yield was 2.80%.And the application effect of Shandong strain in the watermelon straw bio-reactor technology planting test was better than Tianjin strains, the percentage of increasing yield was 4.93%.

It will have a direct impact on the process of information technology about how to strengthen the cultivation of the rural information technical personnel. In this paper, aiming at the present informationization development in rural areas, generally discussed the importance of training the rural information-based technical personnel in the process of informationization in rural areas, briefly explained the importance of personnel training, the existing problems and development strategies in order to accelerate the informationization development in Chinese rural areas and to promote the construction of new countryside. Meanwhile, the strategy of three-participant working together is proposed in order to implement the rural area informationization with Chinese characteristics in the future.

The problems of imperfect security system, unsound policies and regulations, scant government support, low enthusiasm for developing recreational agriculture, lacking science and technology support and less special competitive products in Hainan were discussed. Through the reference of foreign countries and Taiwan Area policy support and legislative experience on recreational agriculture, it was recommended to perfect the policy system, develop the leading role of the government, enhance the legislation and supervision, pay attention to science and technology support, in order to promote the healthy sustainable development of recreational agriculture in Hainan.

  Comparative Study on Factors Influencing Farmers' Income Level in Different Regions of China 2013, 3 (9):  70-74.  Abstract + ( 959 )   PDF ( 1653KB )   ( 1074 ) At present, China faces difficult problems narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas, especially to improve farmers’ income which would help eliminate the regions’ development gap. It is of great significance and practical value to study different factors of which influencing farmers’ income and compare them between regions. In this paper, a C-D function has been established and estimated with panel data method. Data of year 2007 to 2010 in 30 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) has been used to analysis the influence factors. The result indicates that the regional disparity is the most remarkable factor, besides, the prices of grains and financial supports in agriculture are also important. Therefore, in order to narrow farmers' income gap between regions, we should promote the transformation of rural surplus labor force, raise the minimum purchase prices of grains, and improve the infrastructure. What’s more, to promote inter-regional industry transferring and optimize resource allocation would increase inter-regional employment and speed up population mobility.
