Abstract:
This paper described briefly food safety and environmental pollution problems caused by pesticide residues in protected vegetables, describes the current situation and problems of pesticide use in the protected vegetables in Shandong province, analyzed the main factors that led to the pesticide residues, including the low cultural quality of most of the farmers, lack of correct identification of diseases and insect pests, the use of pesticides only experience, preparing pesticide directly by hand, spraying is not standardized widespread. Finally, made a few suggestions combined with the protected vegetables cultivation characteristics and advantages in Shandong Province and provide a reference for strengthening the monitoring of pesticide residues, improving the cultural level of farmers and the scientific and rational use of pesticides.
