Abstract: In order to reduce the obsolete infrastructure of the new rural lightning disasters, and solve the majority of lightning accident-prone rural issues, the new rural lightning defense work should follow accordingly gradually improve, how to organize rural lightning disaster prevention system construction work, the establishment of government unified leadership, overall coordination, the relevant part of the duties linkage rural emergency mitigation system, strengthen rural lightning disaster prevention security management and popularization of the whole society to participate in the development of meteorological disaster prevention system, improve rural lightning disaster prevention system, implementation of the lightning prevention measures, had been placed in all levels of government and mine authorities before. Administrative departments at all levels should fully understand the importance of the work of rural mine in order to protect people’s lives and property safety and farmer satisfaction as the starting point, in order to improve the ability of rural lightning disaster prevention based on the core, so that the new rural construction results truly benefit the people.
