  The Effects of Different Sowing Dates, Accumulated Temperature and Rainfall on Agronomic Characters and Yield 2014, 4 (4):  1-4.  Abstract + ( 1131 )   PDF ( 1536KB )   ( 1542 ) In order to explore the suitable sowing dates under the condition of climate change, It studied early maturing, medium-late-maturing and late-maturing varieties of relationship between different sowing dates and agronomic characters, yield. It showed that: the different sowing dates significantly affected plant height, grain weight, grain weight and yield. The early maturing varieties were the best to sowing in May 15 or so, Medium-late-maturing and late-maturing varieties were the best to sowing in May 5 or so. Accumulated temperature, rainfall and sowing was the relationship with the delayed sowing reduced. Sowing the impact on plant height with the delayed sowing decreased, sowing date on yield was the highest yield optimum sowing date, sowing early and delayed production were expressed as production. Accumulated temperature and yield, the relationship between rainfall and yields are positively correlated, but the correlation coefficient between rainfall and yield is less.

  QTL Analysis of Fertile Spike Number in Wheat 2014, 4 (4):  5-8.  Abstract + ( 1011 )   PDF ( 1575KB )   ( 1121 ) In order to provide a basis of breeding drought-resistant and high-yielding wheat varieties using marker-assisted selection technique, fertile spikelet number of main stem was investigated in a doubled haploid population derived from two common wheat varieties ‘Hanxuan 10’ and ‘Lumai 14’ in drought stress and normal irrigation conditions in 2010 and 2011 for analyzing quantitative trait loci (QTL) using composite interval mapping method based on mixed linear model. Seven addictive QTLs for fertile spikelet number with LOD scores ranging from 2.56 to 5.08 were detected on 2D, 4A, 6A, and 6B chromosomes respectively, and the phenotypic variations explained by each QTL ranged from 7.19% to 13.65%. Two pairs of epistatic QTLs with LOD scores of 5.24 and 5.47 were detected on 3A-6B and 4B-5B chromosomes, and the phenotypic variations explained by each pair of epistatic QTLs were 13.71% and 17.93%. Among QTLs detected the QFns-6A-2 was detected under normal irrigation condition in 2010 and under two water regimes in 2011, and can be used in marker-assisted breeding.

  The High-Yield Cultivation Techniques Regulation of Wheat Variety ‘Lunxuan 22’ 2014, 4 (4):  9-13.  Abstract + ( 1522 )   PDF ( 1615KB )   ( 1210 ) The aim was to standardize the high-yield cultivation techniques regulation of ‘Lunxuan 22’, a new variety of wheat with high resistance to Fusarium head blight (FHB), to form a complete set of fine variety and good cultivation measures, to achieve high yield, good quality and contribute to ensure safety of foods as well as to reduce the pollution. By means of trial of its high yield cultivation technique and large area production demonstration, the breeding process of ‘Lunxuan 22’ was introduced, and its main characteristics, yield performance, quality, adaptation range and utilization prospect were analyzed. The high-yield cultivation techniques regulation of wheat variety ‘Lunxuan 22’ were summed up. The regulation set the yield components, seed treatment, fertilization and field management, etc. ‘Lunxuan 22’ has characteristics of outstanding traits, high yield, good quality, and has wide application prospect in the Huaihe River and the Yangtze River.

  Study on the Biological Yield of ‘Jinxiaodou 2’ in Rainfed Condition 2014, 4 (4):  14-20.  Abstract + ( 987 )   PDF ( 1476KB )   ( 1028 ) In order to explore the characteristics of biological yield of adzuki beans under rainfed conditions of accumulation and to provide the reference for the economic cropping adzuki beans, the study was carried out adzuki beans in rain fed on growth conditions by ‘Jinxiaodou 2’in 2012. Field sampling was began to collected data after seedling emergence in the 20 days, once a week. Then, studied the rules of ‘Jinxiaodou 2’ under rained conditions in the whole period of biomass variation by the data. The results showed that: ‘Jinxiaodou 2’ height growth and growth days showed a linear relationship, the correlation equation was: y=12.097x-4.863, degree of fitting was 0.8371; after seeding emergence, the opposite really leaves continued growth of in 30 days, then declined to died away in 50 days. Biomass accumulation of ternately compound leaf showed parabola, dry and fresh weight of biological accumulation in accordance with y=-2.5229x2+48.458x-87.103 and y=-0.3822x2+7.8570x-14.878 function distribution. The growth of stems was same as ternately compound leaves and biological water holding capacity was lower than leave. Growth performance of roots was first quick, then slow, after August, the roots showed serrated change smoothly, the soil and conditions improved development effect on the root of the larger. The stems related with variety and was a relatively stable traits. The joint showed growing phenomenon when rain was plenty, but the biomass increase was mainly due to distance between joints. Controlling plant type and can be carried out in 50 days after emergence around. Blossoms fell off badly, blossoms appeared and become effective pod spent were the beginning of autumn, the filling time lasted about 40 days. For that reason: ‘Jinxiaodou 2’ can choose the suitable late sowing; rainfall year pay attention to prevent the plant growth, the early focus on protecting blossom bud keeping, to ensure a good harvest.

  A Change in Farmland Fertility in Linan City for Nearly 3 Decades 2014, 4 (4):  21-25.  Abstract + ( 1002 )   PDF ( 1387KB )   ( 1383 ) The recent 30 years in Linan, with the planting structure, cropping system, fertilization habit and the crop yield changes, causes the farmland soil fertility. According to the eighty's before and after the early stages of the second general survey of soil and Soil Fertility Survey data during 2008-2010, the soil fertility of farmland in Linan city has undergone great changes, the results show that, the soil pH value decreased, topsoil thickness becomes shallow, organic matter, total nitrogen content decreased, nitrogen content is basically stable, the content of available phosphorus the upward trend, the lack of soil potassium content. In order to consider to increase crop production and improve soil fertility of two factors, soil should actively promote the use of straw, promotion of formula fertilization by soil testing and other technical measures, long-lasting way to increase crop production and improve soil fertility.

  Comparative Study on Detection of Trace Cadmium in Plants 2014, 4 (4):  26-29.  Abstract + ( 1001 )   PDF ( 1237KB )   ( 1283 ) Cadmium (Cd) has been one of the most toxic heavy metals being contaminating agricultural soils. It can be easily absorbed and accumulated by plants. In order to improve the detection accuracy of Cd content in plant, the article summarized the current development and application of various detection methods. It mainly comparative analyzed the advantages and disadvantages and applications of atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), electrochemical techniques and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). And it put forward the efficient, rapid and accurate analytical techniques of Cd would be the future research directions.

  Effect of ABA and PP333 on the photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence param eters of Cymbidium seedlings which in low temperature stress and its recovery 2014, 4 (4):  30-37.  Abstract + ( 994 )   PDF ( 1832KB )   ( 1078 ) In order to research the effect of ABA and PP333 on frost resistance of Cymbidium seedlings, the Cymbidium goeringii ‘Songmei’ was respectively treated with 20 mg/L ABA and 300 mg/L PP333 ,and then transferred to low temperature(5±0.5℃/0±0.5℃)for 9 days and transferred to nomal condition(22±0.5℃/15±0.5℃) for 12 days.The results showed that: With the low temperature stress,the chlorophyll concentration, the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), the stomatal conductance(Gs),the stomatal limitation(Ls),the PSⅡmaximal photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm),the photochemical quenching coefficient(qP), the quantum yield of PSⅡelectron transport(ФPSⅡ),the maximal photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ(Fv′/Fm′),the apparent photosynthetic electron transfer rate(ETR) and the photochemistry react rate (Prate) decreased while the intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci),the initial fluorescence(F0)and the hot dissipation of antenna(Drate) increased.The index volatility of the Cymbidium goeringii ‘Songmei’ which was treated with ABA and PP333 was below that of the water and recovered quickly after the realeas of low temperature stress. These results syggested that the low temperature stress had caused damage to the PSⅡ reaction center,and the ABA and PP333 could ease the hurt of the PSⅡ reaction center and maintain both the primary capture capacity and assimilation efficiency of light energy,and the final ensure the photosynthesis capacity of Cymbidium seedlings.

  Mutagenic Effect of Combined Treatments of 60Co-γ Radiation and Plant Growth Regulator(GA3) on Seed of Paeonia suffrutcosa Andr. 2014, 4 (4):  38-40.  Abstract + ( 1042 )   PDF ( 1472KB )   ( 1072 ) In order to study the effects of 60Co-γ radiation of different irradiation doses on the seed germination and emergence rate, explore the irradiation doses of Paeonia suffrutcosa seeds and lay a foundation for developing the Paeonia suffrutcosa varieties improvement. The seeds were treated by 60Co-γ radiation and GA3 (200 mg/L), and germination rate, rate of main root length≥ 40 mm and emergence rate were investigated. The results showed that germination rate, rate of main root length≥ 40 mm and emergence rate presented the trend of being increased at early stage and decreased at late with the increasing of irradiation dose. The radio protective effect of GA3 made the best dosage large, and germination rate, rate of main root length≥ 40 mm and emergence rate were the maximum at 26.28 Gy. Low dose also can weak up seeds earlier, 8.76 Gy gave best result for breaking dormancy.

  The Brief Study on the Change of Flora Sex of Acer truncatum 2014, 4 (4):  41-44.  Abstract + ( 1008 )   The morphology characteristics of male and cosexual flowers of Acer truncatum were described in details. It was found that there were two types, type S and type D, of flora in Acer truncatum, and type D was accounting for about 40% through four years continuous observation. The flora sex showed dynamic change that it can be transformed into male flowers from cosexual flowers completely. So the off year of Acer truncatum was not the result of flowering decreased, but the change of flora sex, and there may be a new mechanism of Acer truncatum blossom to be revealed.

  Canola Variety Screening for Vegetable & Oil Functions in Huangshan City 2014, 4 (4):  49-52.  Abstract + ( 1235 )   PDF ( 1301KB )   ( 1224 ) Abstract: For screening appropriate vegetable and oil functions canola variety, which is suitable planting and popularizing in Huangshan city, 13 double-low varieties of brassica napus were analyzed and compared on flowering stalk yield, oilseed yield, the main characters and economic benefit. The results showed that Wanyou 28,which tasted sweet crisp and refreshing, high yield, flowering stalk yield and total output value, was similarly higher with Tongyouza 2, both of these two varieties could be used as high yield vegetable and oil functions varieties and extended, and Rongyou 16 and Huayouza 62 had a high yield in flowering stalk yield, seed yield and total output value, which could be used as alternative varieties for vegetable and oil functions.

  Application of Water Warming Technology in Floating System for Tobacco Seeding 2014, 4 (4):  53-56.  Abstract + ( 988 )   PDF ( 1417KB )   ( 1086 ) In order to solve the constraints of low temperature in flue-cured tobacco seedlings, improve the rate of tobacco seedling, the research of water warming technology in floating system for tobacco seeding was conducted. The results showed that, by water warming technology, seedling pond water temperature reached an average of 20.06℃, which can provide suitable temperature seedling growth, promote tobacco seed germination and seedling growth and development, shorten the seedling stage 12 days. It helped improve the quality of tobacco seedlings: the seedling rate reached 86%, more stout stem, stem height and girth reached 11.2 cm and 1.8 cm respectively, seedling root system more development, more dry matter accumulation ,which was good for tobacco seedling growing faster in field, and plant height, stem girth, effective leaf number and leaf length, width varying increased. It benefited to improve the yield and quality of tobacco, the yield was increased 1847.85 yuan per hm2. However, it needed higher operating costs, so more facilities were to be further improved.

  Study on cutting propagation by container nursery of Taxus media 2014, 4 (4):  57-59.  Abstract + ( 1032 )   PDF ( 1947KB )   ( 1095 ) Abstract: The branches of two cultivars of Taxus media were used as cuttings. The effect on the rooting rate with the different concentration of ABT and the different xylem branch by container nursery were studied . The results showed that the treatment with 200mg/L of ABT for 30 minutes is best, the rooting rate can reach 95%. It is beneficial to rooting with strong and half-xylem tender branch in autumn.

  Analysis on community composition and structure of Lindera obtusiloba in Laoshan 2014, 4 (4):  60-63.  Abstract + ( 936 )   PDF ( 1430KB )   ( 1179 ) The community composition and structure of Lindera obtusiloba in Laoshan is analysised using means of phytocoenology. The result showed that 88 species, belonging to 54 genera, 31 families were identified in this community,the individuals of top 10 species made up 52.45% in total;The distribution of Raunkiaer frequency was A>B>C>D=E, indicated that the species are well-distributed. Lindera obtusiloba, Pinus densiflora, Stephanandra incise, Larix gmelinii, Rhus chinensis, Chamaecyparis pisifera and Lespedeza bicolor were top 7 species with importance value 8.82%, 8.53%, 7.13%, 6.31%, 5.96%, 5.44% and 5.37%. The vertical structure could be divided into arbor layer, shrub layer, herb layer and interstratum plants. The constructive and second constructive species were Pinus densiflora and Larix kaempferi. Rhus chinensis, Chamaecyparis pisifera, Kalopanax septemlobu and Alnus sibirica were primary species in arbor layer while the shrub layer was dominated by Lindera obtusiloba, Stephanandra incise, Lespedeza bicolor and Euonymus oxyphyllus and the dominate species in interstratum plants were Smilax china and Smilax sieboldii .

  Isolation and Identification of a Pathogen from the Wound Infection of a Acipenser schrenckii 2014, 4 (4):  64-68.  Abstract + ( 990 )   PDF ( 1685KB )   ( 1261 ) Isolation and identification of pathogenic bacteria that cause Acipenser schrenckii wound infection will provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of the disease of Acipenser schrenckii. In this study, bacterial flora of putrid meat and liver from a case of wound-infected Acipenser schrenckii which was secondary to minimally invasive surgery was analyzed, and a dominant strain YSJ01 was isolated, and used for morphological test, antibiotic susceptibility test, animal infection test and identification of VITEK automatic micro-analysis system. The results showed that the strain YSJ01 was gram-negative, and was identified as Aeromonas hydrophila by VITEK automatic micro-analysis. The typical symptoms of wound fester appeared on infected Acipenser schrenckii. Antibiotic susceptibility test indicated that strain YSJ01 was susceptive to nine kinds of drugs such as florfenicol, cotrimoxazole, spectinomycin, rifampin, doxycycline and kanamycin etc. While it showed resistance to penicillin, ampicillin, carbenicillin, vancomycin, novobiocin, streptomycin, nalidixic acid, amoxicillin and lincomycin etc. Therefore, this study provided an experimental basis for prevention of disease secondary to wound infection of Acipenser schrenckii in south China.

  Comparative Analysis on Soil Moisture Measured by GStarDZN2 Automatic Stations and Artificial 2014, 4 (4):  69-74.  Abstract + ( 938 )   PDF ( 1778KB )   ( 1136 ) In order to evaluate the accuracy and representativeness of GStarDZN2 automatic soil water station, provide a reference for alternative artificial soil moisture and promote the use of it. With contrasting difference, the difference probability and correlation analysis methods, the author statistically analyzed the GStarDZN2 automatic soil moisture stations and the parallel artificial soil relative humidity contrast observation datum of Yongchang County on May 3, 2012 to October 28 periods. The results showed that, the trend of automatic station data and manual observation over time was consistent. 20-30 cm soil layer probability difference was minimum distribution, data consistency was the best, 30-40 cm, 10-20 cm, followed by it. The 70-80 cm and 90-100 cm soil layers were poorer performance. Contrasting the correlation of automatic datum and manual observed datum in each layer showed significant. As a result, GStarDZN2 automatic observation station data could replace manual observation data.

The technology promoted the popularizing of ‘Qinzayou 19’, and accelerated the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and relized the aim of high yield, high efficiency, cost saving and revenue increasing.

So briefly the impact of the seedling transplanting on cotton , reviewing the current typical seedling-raising techniques, and comprehensively elaborate domestic and foreign research the progress of crop transplanting mechanization, specially in seedling quality and cotton field demands, and the study and application of transplanting machines. It is pointed out that the main problems, the future tendency and study priorities on the way of seedling-raising and mechanized transplanting for cotton, in order to provide the certain evidences to cotton simplified cultivation.

  A Low-Toxicity and High-Effectiveness Preparation Method for Plant Paraffin Section 2014, 4 (4):  83-85.  Abstract + ( 1049 )   PDF ( 3059KB )   ( 1215 ) In this paper, exploration and improvement to the primary technical section was discussed base on the material of various leaves and roots from several plants including trees, bush and liane. During staining, Turpentine was used as transparent agent, and arabic gum was employed as adhesive. The safranin and fast green were binatively utilized in the staining process. A wealth of results showed that the ontamination from xylene could be avoided via our staining method, and the marked decline of pollution to environment was significant. Furthermore, the effectiveness and quality of the section were significantly improved with a shorter duration.

  Effects of Different De-enzyme and Twisting Technology on the Quality of Famous Green Tea 2014, 4 (4):  86-90.  Abstract + ( 1033 )   PDF ( 1434KB )   ( 1237 ) In order to know the effects of different de-enzyme and twisting technology on the quality of famous green tea, the de-enzyme process were arranged for two different velocities as fast de-enzyme (5.5min) and slow de-enzyme (9.5min), combining with different twisting process as slight twisting and no twisting. According to the tea sensory test and the main biochemical compositions analyses, the results showed that the enzymes of tea fresh leaves enzymatic action was sufficient in slow de-enzyme process, the main biochemical compositions content of water extract, free amino acid, soluble sugar were 46.49%、3.92%、3.08% respectively, was higher than 45.52%、3.77%、2.87%, and tea polyphenol content were 25.44% was lower than 26.90% compare with the fast de-enzyme tea leaves. The ratio of tea polyphenol and free amino acid decreased 4.61% average compare with no twisting tea, the biochemical compositions coordination, the total score of sensory quality amounted to 90.75 points of slight twisting tea, It was liable to the optimum technology combination was slow de-enzyme and slight twisting in primary processing of famous green tea.

  Analysis of the Causes of the Torrential Rain Weather over Weifang on 4 July, 2012 2014, 4 (4):  91-94.  Abstract + ( 990 )   PDF ( 1977KB )   ( 1080 ) In order to study thoroughly frequent rainstorm weather in Weifang area, the author summarized the type rainstorm weather, induced summer often happens, by using conventional observation data and satellite, automatic weather station, Doppler radar data, the rainstorm process in Weifang area in July 4, 2012 were analyzed. Scale mechanics and dynamic weather results showed that: impact system this rainfall was shear line of low layer and surface trough, very favorable large scale circulation situation under the control of the subtropical high, strong divergence low-level moisture accumulation and high bulk to provide thermal and dynamical conditions of strong convection. A thorough analysis of this type of typical heavy rainfall in summer in Weifang area is for the prediction for the accumulation of experience.

Especially since 2004, China's wheat harvest has been increased for nine consecutive years, which played an important role for security of grain supply and the state of domestic wheat safety. Overall, the increase in wheat output is mainly due to the sustained raising of yield level. With the development of agricultural science and technology development and popularization, the contribution of technology progress to wheat production is bigger. In the future, production of wheat in China will continue to rely on the methods of remaining plant area stable and increasing the yield. By means of politics promoting, optimization of investment, breed improvement, technical supporting, high yield and other comprehensive measures, our country still has certain potential yield increase of wheat.

With the actual situation of Heilongjiang province, the restrictive factors of the transformation for agricultural sci-tech achievements were analyzed from the perspective of the government, research institutes, agricultural cooperative organizations, agricultural technology extension agencies, agriculture-related enterprise and famers. The countermeasures promoting the of agricultural sci-tech development and agricultural modernization were as follow, increasing investment in agricultural sci-tech, guiding agricultural research line with market demand, improving the agricultural extension system, promoting the diversification of participation, and strengthening the farmer education and training to improve the conversion rate of Heilongjiang province’s agricultural sci-tech achievements.

The article analyzed the defects of existing system of transfer and put forward related recommendations, which were based on the presentation of current situation and existing problems of rural housing land transfer. The paper expected to establish a sound legal system of housing land transfer to truly safeguard the interests of farmers and to further promote the construction of a new socialist countryside.

The villagers spontaneously organized, through the voting election way, produced China’s first village committee, formulated the ‘Local Regulations’ and the management system, creative had implemented the villagers’ autonomy in China, with the ‘contracted to households’ in Xiaogang Village, Fengyang, Anhui became two major undertaking in China village. Past 30 years, the Hezhuais’ villager autonomy had become a model for the implementation of the national rural villagers’ autonomy after spontaneous exploration, development, rapid development, mature propulsion and development. The experiences and practices of the democratic election, democratic decision-making, democratic management, democratic supervision and system had the important enlightenment function for innovating the thinking and political work mode, highlighted the humanistic spirit and democratic consciousness of management to the university thinking and politics educator in the development.
