Abstract: In order to change our traditional low-end and inefficient table grapes packaging, the first set of table grape grading and packaging line in our country were designed and established. Based on the research and application of decontamination, grading, quality testing, weighing, packaging, palletizing, and transport to pre-cooling, established a set of technological process for table grape processing; A cart for grape harvest and monolithic fold box for table grape packaging were designed and applicated, which reduced possible damage during moving, storage and transport; By combined utilization of wooden pallet, fork truck, and pneumatic packer, the labor intensity of transport, conveying and packing during grading and packaging process was reduced, and the work efficiency was increased 5 times. After the grading and packaging through the line, the products are hierarchical and have exquisite packaging, the commercial of fruit has promoted effectively, and the classification of sales are realized, the higher the quality, the better price.
