Abstract: In order to implement the “State Council Comments on promoting the construction of Hainan International Tourism Destination development ”,Maintain the needs of Hainan International Tourism Destination development. The paper, applying model analysis methods through elaborate survey, by taking the Land Resources of Hainan province as the research object and ultimately building up the Evaluation on Ecological Security index system for Sustainable Utilization of Land Resources in Hainan Province which contain 3 main categories: 1) land natural ecological security; 2) economic ecological security; 3) the social ecological security. The results of Evaluation on Ecological Security in Hainan indicate that the land Resources Ecological Security status of Hainan counties and urban are generally safety in 2011, and Five counties and urban are safety. Finally, according to the strategic positioning of Hainan International Tourism Destination, countermeasures and suggestions of the Sustainable Utilization of land resources in Hainan province were put forward.
