Abstract: This article elaborated the modern science and technology to promote the development of the inspection and quarantine, the importance of inspection and quarantine, the information of computer storage systems, geographical information system (GIS), global positioning system (GPS), biological chip, NASBA, fluorescence quantitative PCR technology, Reversedotblothyblothybridization(ＲＤＢＨ), Capillaryzoneelectrophoresis, DNA barcode technology, RFID technology in the application of inspection and quarantine. we suggest some tactics for promote the development of the technology of inspection and quarantine, and also put forward the prospects of inspection and quarantine technology future development.
