  The Experiment of Adaptability for New Maize Variety of ‘Hengxing 401’ in Jiangxi Hilly Dryland 2013, 3 (7):  1-4.  Abstract + ( 1170 )   PDF ( 1241KB )   ( 1216 ) In order to explore the ecological adaptability and feasibility of ‘Hengxing 401’ in Jiangxi hilly dryland, this experiment studied the maize yield and plant characteristics by comparing ‘Hengxing 401’ to the local maize variety. The results showed that ‘Hengxing 401’ was better than the local maize variety in maize yield, plant height, content of chlorophyll and blade number in addition to 100-grain weight. Root dry weight for the local maize variety was significantly higher than ‘Hengxing 401’. It could be seen ‘Hengxing 401’ planted in Jiangxi was able to achieve higher yields and better economic benefits, but lodging resistance was weak. Due to the climate the difference of root had little influence on ‘Hengxing 401’. So the cultivation is suitable to promote in Jiangxi hilly dryland.

  A Primary Study on Mode of Single-seed Sowing in Peanut 2013, 3 (7):  5-7.  Abstract + ( 1109 )   PDF ( 1105KB )   ( 1123 ) In order to explore reasonable single-seed sowing mode in peanut, the experiment adopted randomized block design and study the effects of different row spacing on characteristic and yield in peanut single-seed sowing. The results showed that, yield and pod number of per plant showed a decreasing trend, with the increasing of sown density. Both of full pod rate and the total number of branches were greater than CK. In the condition of 195000 caves /hm2 density, pod yield of 40 cm and 33.3 cm row spacing reached the highest. But in the condition of 33.3 cm row spacing, the difference of peanut pod and CK yield was significant at the level of 1 percent, respectively were 6849 kg/hm2, 6768 kg/hm2. The input-output ratio of single-seed sowing was significantly higher than double-seed sowing. The survey analysis showed that, in summary, single-seed sowing was able to achieve the target yield and to achieve better economic benefits in peanut.

  Introduction and Identification of Germplasm Resources of Tartary Buckwheat in Anhui Province 2013, 3 (7):  8-10.  Abstract + ( 1230 )   PDF ( 1084KB )   ( 1120 ) For the purpose of making better use of buckwheat in Anhui Province, the major agronomic characters and yields of 37 buckwheat germplasm resources introduced from domestic were observed and identified. The results showed that, plant heights of most of these varieties were 60-83 cm, stem branches mostly of the 6-8, and growth period of 80 days to 90 days. Yields of 27 germplasm resources among 37 varieties are higher than that of the control, increased by 4.56%-133.29%.

  Effects of Plant Density on Population Physiological Indices, Grain Yield and Yield Component Factors of Sorghum 2013, 3 (7):  11-17.  Abstract + ( 1685 )   PDF ( 1518KB )   ( 1533 ) Reasonable plant density can construct the good population structure, enhance light energy utilization efficiency, optimize population physiological function, and give full play to the potential yield of sorghum varieties. The purpose of this research was to investigate the effects of plant density on growth, population physiological indices, grain yield and its component factors of brewing sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench var. ‘Jinza No. 23’) under varying plant densities (45000, 75000, 105000, 135000 plants/hm2). The experiment was conducted in the randomized complete block design (RCBD) with three replications. The results showed that, plant height of sorghum was significant increased, whereas stem diameter was thinned as plant density was increased. Leaf area index (LAI), Leaf area duration (LAD), total LAD were significant increased, but net assimilation rate (NAR), crop growth rate (CGR) and transmission rate decreased with increasing plant density. Dry matter weight per plant declined, whereas dry matter weight of sorghum populations significantly increased when plant density increased. When the plant density was at the ranges of 45000-105000 plants/hm2, grain yield significantly increased with increasing plant density. The grain yield increased by 13.8% in 105000 pants/hm2 as compared to plant density in 45000 plants/hm2. Panicle number per unit area increased, but grain number per panicle decreased as plant density increased. 1000-grain weight was not influenced by plant density variety. Correlation analysis revealed that the relationship between plant density and LAI, LAD, biomass and grain yield of sorghum were significant and positive correlation. The relationship between plant density and transmission rate, NAR and CGR was significant and negative correlation. This study indicated that plant density significant influence on the population physiological indices, grain yield and its component factors of sorghum. Optimal plant density for brew sorghum ‘Jinza No. 23’ production in this environment is 105000 plants/hm2. It can construct the good population, coordinate population growth and individual growth, and optimize population physiological function, which made both biomass and grain yield to achieve higher level.

  Studies on Synergistic Effects of JS399-19 and Carbendazim on Fusarium graminearum 2013, 3 (7):  18-21.  Abstract + ( 1221 )   PDF ( 1567KB )   ( 1275 ) In order to explore the synergistic effects of the mixture between JS399-19 and Carbendazim on Fusarium graminearum and to find the best mixed ratio of the above two pesticides, and their mixtures (prepared by mixing 2 pesticides at the ratios of 1:1,1:2,1:3,1:4,1:5), were involved and their effects on Fusarium graminearum were tested by mycelial growth rate method. The EC50 of JS399-19, Carbendazim, and their five different ratios were 0.325, 0.367, 0.409, 0.503 and 0.531mg/L, respectively. The efficiency coefficients of the mixtures at the 5 ratios were 1.52, 1.55, 1.51, 1.29 and 1.27, respectively. The indoor biological activity of JS399-19 to Fusarium graminearum was higher than that of Carbendazim. The mixed ratios (1:1,1:2 and 1:3) of two pesticides had synergistic effects on Fusarium graminearum.

  Preliminary study of a phenol degradation bacterium from artichoke endophytes 2013, 3 (7):  22-25.  Abstract + ( 1203 )   PDF ( 1388KB )   ( 1222 ) [Objective] In order to screen out a degrading bacteria that had high tolerance for phenol and degradation of phenol biological materials.[Method] The study separated out a plant endophytic bacteria strains CXJ-1 from Artichoke by adopting Phenol degradation bacteria enrichment and separation technologies.And then determined the species of CXJ-1 through morphology observation, physiological and biochemical identification and 16S rDNA sequence analysis ,measured degradation rate of CXJ -1 strains for different concentrations of phenol by using 4-amino anti than stand light spectrophotometry.[Result] The results of the study found that homologous rate of 16 s rDNA conservative fragment between CXJ-1 strains and Raoultella terrigena was 100%,so The strain could be identified as R. terrigena.Largest concentrations of phenol that The bacteria could toleranced was 2500 mg/L,CXJ-1 Could be completely biodegraded in 48 hours When the concentration of phenol reached 1500 mg/L.[Conclusion] CXJ-1 Had a good application prospect for treatment of Phenol remaining soil and sewage which resulted from extensive use of pesticides.

  Research on Land Consolidation Mode in the Middle and Low Mountain Basin Region of Southwest Yunnan: A Case Study in Luxi City 2013, 3 (7):  26-29.  Abstract + ( 1182 )   PDF ( 1034KB )   ( 1158 ) Luxi is a main grain producing area of Yunnan, it has been shown remarkable economic, social and ecological benefits by land consolidation in recent years, which plays the part of demonstration role for the development of southwest Yunnan by land consolidation, constructing socialist new countryside and balancing urban and rural development. The article analyzed and discussed the fund input mode, organization mode, work mode and land right adjustment mode, which not only provided an experience reference and practical guidance for surrounding areas’ land consolidation project, but also had important significance for driving land consolidation in Yunnan Province.

  Change Laws of Air Temperature in Solar Greenhouse in Cixi 2013, 3 (7):  30-32.  Abstract + ( 1075 )   PDF ( 1141KB )   ( 1254 ) To investigate the variation of the temperature in winter and spring inside sunlight greenhouse in Cixi, and to appropriately adjust the solar greenhouse temperature as well as to increase the crop yield and quality, the author analyzed the solar greenhouse inside and outside temperature with different weather types based on the collected data of single standard plastic solar greenhouse in agriculture base of bureau of meteorology in Cixi, Zhejiang. The results showed that: (1) Cixi solar greenhouse indoor average daily temperature was higher than that of the outdoor, the overall trend of greenhouse inside and outside temperatures was same, the daily changes of greenhouse internal and external air temperature were affected by the solar radiation; (2) Type of indoor temperature diurnal variation of different weather types showed an unimodal daytime temperatures change speed, the overall air temperature change followed sunny>clouds>cloudy>rainy, and the nigh temperature change was stable at different weather types; (3) The relationship between indoor and outdoor air temperature was notable, and the correlation was as rainy day>cloudy>cloudy>sunny.The results showed that: (1) Cixi solar greenhouse indoor average daily temperature is higher than that of the outdoor, the overall trend of greenhouse inside and outside temperatures is same, the daily changes of greenhouse internal and external air temperature were affected by the solar radiation ; (2) type of indoor temperature diurnal variation of different weather types showed a unimodal daytime temperatures change speed, the overall air temperature change followed sunny> Clouds> cloudy> rainy, and the nigh temperature change is stable at different weather types; (3) The relationship between indoor and outdoor air temperature is notable, and the correlation is as rainy day>cloudy>cloudy >sunny.

  Study on the Distribution and Morphology of Broiler’s Intestinal Stem Cells by Immunohistochemical Technology 2013, 3 (7):  36-39.  Abstract + ( 1249 )   PDF ( 1694KB )   ( 1367 ) The study on the distribution and morphology of broiler’s intestinal stem cells by immunohistochemical technology had been carried on, which would explore the relationship between intestinal stem cells and intestinal injury. In this experiment, the duodenum, jejunum and ileum of the 28 day old broilers was collected. Lgr5 was selected to the intestinal stem cell marker and the distribution and morphology characteristics of broiler intestinal stem cell was observed by immunohistochemical metho. The results showed that the specificity of Lgr5 as intestinal stem cells marker was strong. The intestinal stem cell was found in duodenum, ileum and jejunum of growing broiler, which were located in the +1 to the +4 position above paneth cells, and the cells were showed columnar or taperedconical, the nucleus were oval or blurring. The average number of intestinal stem cells in every microscope view was two in duodenum, three in ileum and three in jejunum. Therefore we confirmed that Lgr5 can be used as broiler intestinal stem cell markers, and the morphological structure of broiler intestinal stem cells was observed, the number of small intestine in the growing broiler was preliminarily determines, which will lay the foundation for further explore the role of intestinal stem cell in the growing broiler.

  Study on Correlation between Serum Biochemical Indexes and Oxytropis glabra DC Poisoning in Hetian Sheep 2013, 3 (7):  40-43.  Abstract + ( 1149 )   PDF ( 1128KB )   ( 1278 ) To analyze the relationship between twenty serum biochemical indexes and Oxytropis glabra DC poisoning in Hetian Sheep, and to provide the basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Oxytropis glabra DC poisoning in animals. The activities of AST (aspertate aminotransferase), ALT (alanine aminotransferase), AKP (alkaline phosphatase), LDH (lactate dehydrogenase), AMA (α-mannosidase)and concentration of BUN (blood urea nitrogen), CR(creatinine), GLU(glucose), TG(triglyceride), TC(total cholesterol), TP(total protein), ALB(albumin), GLO(globulin), HDL-C(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol), LDL-C(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol), VLDL-C(very low-density lipoprotein cholesterol) were detected in sera of 6 sheep cases poisoning of Oxytropis glabra DC and 8 normal sheep as control. The t test was used to analyze differences of the biochemical indexes between the poisoning sheep and control, then the simple correlation method was used to analyze the relationship between indexes and poisoning by Oxytropis glabra DC. The results demonstrated that an increase of AST, ALT, AKP, LDH, BUN, CR, GLU, TC, GLO, LDL-C and VLDL-C in poisoning group, while a decrease of AMA, TG and ALB in poisoning group, with significant differences between the experimental groups (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01), the content of TP and HDL-C were not significantly lower than control group(P＞0.05). The main indexes relating with Oxytropis glabra DC poisoning(OgP) disease were the activity of AMA, GLU, LDH, AKP, TG and CR, and the stepwise regression equation was as follows: OgP=0.681-0.073AMA+0.055GLU+0.036LDH+0.041AKP. The biochemical indexes including the concentrations of AMA, GLU, LDH, GLO, TG and CR were of great importance in the early clinical diagnosis, treatment, curative effect observation and outcome judgments of Oxytropis glabra DC poisoning in Hetian Sheep.

  Survey on Fresh Water Fishery Resources in Shandong Province 2013, 3 (7):  44-51.  Abstract + ( 1119 )   PDF ( 1118KB )   ( 1747 ) Working for project Biodiversity Evaluation of Shandong Province from Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People’s Republic of China, the survey has been taken on fresh water fishery resources in Shandong Province inland water system. 153 species of fresh water fish have been identified, belonging to 15 orders and 31 families. Cypriniformes fish, including 2 families and 79 species, was most abundant, which accounting for 51.6% of fresh water fish species in Shandong Province. Distribution of fresh water fish was analyzed, based on the survey results from 120 counties of Shandong Province. Status of fresh water fishery resources in Shandong was analyzed and protection advice was provided in the article.

  The fatty acid composition of Lagerstroemia indica seed oil determined by GC/MS 2013, 3 (7):  52-56.  Abstract + ( 1141 )   PDF ( 1383KB )   ( 1328 ) The Lagerstroemia indica was a important flower species in summer, which was widely cultivated in our country. In order to develop and use of L. indica seed oil, cold pressed method was used to extract the oil from the L. indica seed, the fatty acids composition of the seed oil of L. indica Amabilis Group、L. indica Rubra Group and L. indica Alba Group were determined by GC/MS. The results showed that different varieties of L. indica seed oil contained the same 17 kinds of fatty acids, there were differences between the fatty acid content of different variety groups. The total unsaturated fatty acids content of L. indica Amabilis Group was highest, which content was 86.57%; the total saturated fatty acid content of L. indica Amabilis Group was lowest, which content was 13.05%. The main components of the unsaturated fatty acid was oleic acid and linoleic acid. The linoleic acid content of L. indica Amabilis Group、L. indica Rubra Group and L. indica Alba Group were 70.91%、71.62% and 70.91% respectively. The odd number carbon fatty acids which had antitumor activity was determined out from L. indica seed oil. It indicated that L. indica seed oil was a health oil that worth to develop.

  Rational Thinking of Land Use Policy in Limited and Forbidden Development Areas 2013, 3 (7):  62-66.  Abstract + ( 1183 )   PDF ( 1043KB )   ( 1203 ) In order to achieve the strategic vision of the major function area, avoid over-exploitation of the land, and promote economic sustainable development, this paper made recommendations of land use in restricted and exploitation-prohibited region through rational reflection. Put forward seven suggestions to the limited development region from attaching importance to legislation, setting the land development rights, founding agricultural land protection agencies, classifying and controlling the land use, increasing the farmers' income and encouraging farmers through economic compensation. Put forward five suggestions to the forbidden development area from building agricultural land protection evaluation system, improving the quality of agricultural land and the efficiency of urban land use, strengthening agricultural land consolidation, encouraging the whole people participate in land protection and establishing the farmland preservation foundation. This paper expected to provide a reference for the smooth implementation of the main functional areas.

Therefore, we put forward an idea of constructing "the national agricultural science and technology achievement transformation and transaction service platform". The platform consists of resources collection and exhibition services, policy support services, science and technology achievement transaction evaluation services, science and technology achievement transaction services, cooperation services of industry, education and academy, small and medium-sized test services, science and technology investment and financing services, management of science and technology achievements etc 8 sub-service platforms, and its nature is public service system which provides policies, technologies, talents, capitals and a series of supports and help for both parties who participated in the agriculture science and technology achievements transformation and transaction and the third party who provided services. We recommended the introduction of 4 measures including organization, mechanism, policy and talent for the smoothly construction and operation of the platform.
