The Comparison and Analysis of Health (or safety) Indicators Between Current Standards of Green Food of Dominating Fruit Vegetables in North China and the National Food Safety Standards

Abstract: To better understand and correctly use the green food standards, give full play to its role in the actual production, and promote the improvement of the quality and safety of agricultural products, according to the latest release of national food safety standards issued by nation and national green food standards issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, the author takes some dominating vegetables, fruits in North China as examples to compare and analyze the health (or safety) indicators and discusses the existing problems in the formulation and implementation process of the present standards of green food. The technical key points of the green food standards have been grasped and reasonable suggestions have been put forward, which are good for the application and implementation of the green food standards and provide reference for the revision and consummation of green food standards in China.
