Abstract: Development history of our country maize breeding and cultivation, and fine seed and cultivation method combined status were looked back. On the basis of sketching major problems and contradictions in current maize mechanization development and introducing advance experiences in brief of American maize production mechanization, development direction of maize breeding and cultivation and mechanization for our country future are suggested.
