Abstract: In order to study the effects of planting density and fertilizer application on the growth and quality of tobacco leaves, the experimental points were selected in Yuxi Yunnan to conduct the split plot experiment of different planting densities and fertilizer rates of two factors and three levels in flue-cured tobacco varieties ‘K326’ .The results showed that, the planting density and fertilization of flue-cured tobacco were significantly effect on tobacco quality and yield in which planting density more affected the yield of and fertilization more affect intrinsic chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco.
