  Analysis of Correlation Between Adzuki Bean Nodule Numbers of Rhizobium and Agronomic Traits 2015, 5 (2):  1-4.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas14120025 Abstract + ( 1473 )   PDF ( 1234KB )   ( 1159 ) In order to explore the nodule number characteristics of Adzuki Bean with rhizobium in field condition, found that the difference from nodule numbers of nodule bacteria in Adzuki Beans. Using 65 red adzuki beans as the research object, acquisition data in field and analysis its by computer. The results showed that in different traits of adzuki beans nodule number showed larger differences, creeping type red adzuki beans nodule number mean higher than the upright type 23.97; range higher than the value of 32.3. Among the characters correlation analysis showed the number of Adzuki Bean nodulation between with plant height and branch numbers of main stem and number of pods per plant and grains per plant showed extremely significant positive correlation, the correlation coefficient were 0.663325, 0.410746, 0.438036, 0.283786; the node number showed a significant positive correlation with correlation coefficient of 0.137257; the single pod length and 100 grain weight showed negative correlation, correlation coefficient were -0.08542, -0.3913 and 100 grain weight related reached extremely significant level. Different ecological types of Adzuki Bean nodulation number difference, breeders can use these differences to achieve the purpose of innovation germplasm.

  The Breeding and Application of Hybrid Maize Variety ‘Zhongdi 88’ 2015, 5 (2):  5-9.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0649 Abstract + ( 1517 )   PDF ( 1282KB )   ( 1206 ) In order to breed a new variety (resistant to high density) of middle- late maturing maize with extensively adaptability, good characters and high yield,‘Zhongdi 88’was bred with M3-11 (female) and D2-7 (male) by Maize Research Institute of Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences at Xinzhou City in 2008.With‘Xianyu 335’as contrast, the average yield of‘Zhongdi 88’was 13815.0 kg/hm2 (increasing by 4.1%, rankingNo.8)inpreparetrialsofmiddle-latematuringmaize(resistanttohighdensity)inShanxiProvincein 2011;the average yield was 13608.0 kg/hm2 (increasing by 6.6%, ranking No.4) in area trials of middle-late maturing maize (resistant to high density) in Shanxi Province during 2012-2013; the average yield was 12693.0 kg/hm2 (increasing by 6.8% , ranking No.4 ) in production trials of middle- late maturing maize (resistant to high density) in Shanxi Province in 2013. This variety‘Zhongdi 88’had high yield, good grain quality , multiresistance (high resistance to dwarf mosaic virus of maize; resistance to rough dwarf disease, leaf blight and stalk rot; sense of head smut and ear rot), resistance to high density. The starch content of it was 74.0%. The average yield was 13372.0 kg/hm2. The application prospect of‘Zhongdi 88’was better.

  Study on the Breeding and Supporting Technology of New Maize Variety ‘Jingnongke 728’ 2015, 5 (2):  10-14.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0666 Abstract + ( 1838 )   PDF ( 1281KB )   ( 1484 ) For the aim of 100 billion pounds grain output in China, the application of elite maize varieties, which was the first major grain crops in China, was a key way to improve the per unit area yield and the total production in maize. Based on the rich genetic resources, the elite hybrid was selected through the integration of "high standard, large population and severe selection", IPT, DH and other breeding techniques. The elite variety‘Jingnongke728’,‘Jing MC01’and‘Jing 2416’as the female and male parent respectively, which had been authorized by National Crop Variety Committee (No.2012003) and Beijing Crop Variety Committee (No.2014006). The elite hybrid showed better lodging resistance, high density tolerance, high yield better yield stability, high dehydrate rate, early maturity. The performance of suitable for mechanical harvesting had been verified in many places such as Beijing, Tianjin, Tangshan, Langfang, Baoding and Cangzhou in China. The hybrid seeds production technology was easily and higher yield to get, so reducing the cost of production. It would be also convinced that the combination of elite hybrid and scientific managements will increase the per unit area yield and the total production in maize, and which will lay the foundation for the food security in China.

  Study on Application of Koshihikari in Good Taste Japonica Rice Variety Breeding in North China 2015, 5 (2):  15-18.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0546 Abstract + ( 1327 )   PDF ( 1212KB )   ( 1010 ) In order to breed the japonica rice variety with similar taste to Koshihikali which could be planted in Liaoning Province, Koshihikali was introduced from Japan and‘Liao 433’was bred by Liaoning Rice Research Institute. It was a progeny of the cross between the F1 of Koshihikari and‘Jinyuan 9540’with high resistance and‘Liaojing 294’with good rice quality. The brown rice rate, milled rice rate and head rice rate of ‘Liao 433’were almost the same as that of Koshihikari, while the taste value was higher than that of Koshihikari, and the resistance to rice blast and lodging was significantly improved as well. The suitable planting density of‘Liao 433’should be paid attention to ensure the production in practice because of less secondary branch numbers. Koshihikari could be introduced to promote the directive breeding and improvement of good taste japonica rice variety in north China.

  Effects of Planting density and Fertilization on the growth and quality of tobacco 2015, 5 (2):  19-24.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-2001 Abstract + ( 1749 )   PDF ( 1170KB )   ( 1076 ) In order to study the effects of planting density and fertilizer application on the growth and quality of tobacco leaves, the experimental points were selected in Yuxi Yunnan to conduct the split plot experiment of different planting densities and fertilizer rates of two factors and three levels in flue-cured tobacco varieties ‘K326’ .The results showed that, the planting density and fertilization of flue-cured tobacco were significantly effect on tobacco quality and yield in which planting density more affected the yield of and fertilization more affect intrinsic chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco.

  Analysis on Effect of Increasing Yield for film-mulching of Faba Bean in High Altitude Arid Agricultural Area 2015, 5 (2):  25-28.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0441 Abstract + ( 1323 )   PDF ( 1267KB )   ( 1186 ) This technology of plastic film mulching was applied in faba bean, to effectively integrated‘Qinghai No.13’into the rained agricultural system, and improving the production capacity. It is important for effectively expanding the broad bean planting area in Qinghai. In arid agricultural areas plastic mulching and bareness planting was used and analyses the yield-increasing effect of‘Qinghai No.13’plastic mulching. The results was showed that the plastic mulching improved significantly soil temperature and soil moisture in plough player, the average soil temperature increased 2.4℃, soil moisture increased by 14.1%. It is good for cultivating strong seedling and growth, made growth period earlier about 1 week. The dry matter accumulation was increased significantly by 148.14% in maturity of‘Qinghai No.13’. Number of pods per plant, grain number per plant and yield increased respectively by 121.7% , 87.4% and 87.4% , so that the yields of ‘Qinghai No.13’was increased by 23.55% after plastic mulching cultivation.

  Investigation and Pathogen Identification on Post-harvast Diseases of Luck bamboo 杨少瑕,于莉 and 2015, 5 (2):  29-34.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0345 Abstract + ( 1036 )   PDF ( 3018KB )   ( 895 ) To studies on cutting surface preservative and storage and transport of lucky bamboo(Dracaena sanderiana ), surveys on post- harvest diseases of lucky bamboo were conducted in factories of Xiashan, Huguang Town, Donghai Island and Nanshan Village of Zhanjiang in 2012 and 2013 respectively. The result showed that black-rot disease caused by Aspergillus niger V. Tiegh., stem rot disease by Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht, anthracnose disease by Vermicularia sp. and Penicillium diseases chiefly by Penicillium purpurogenum were the main post-harvest diseases of lucky bamboo.

  Effect of combination of plastic mulching and high-ridge and fertigation on soil physiological and chemical characteristics and yield of vegetables in sunlight greenhouse 2015, 5 (2):  35-41.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0500 Abstract + ( 1124 )   PDF ( 1365KB )   ( 1034 ) The experimental treatment is combination of plastic mulching and high-ridge and fertigation (FG H), membrane under furrow irrigation (FP) as the control, a field experiment was carried out to study that effect of combination of plastic mulching and high- ridge and fertigation on soil physiological and chemical characteristics and yield of vegetables in sunlight greenhouse. The results showed that: the soil temperature in 20 cm of plastic mulching of high-ridge combination fertilization(FG H) increased significantly at 26 to 55 days after planting, The soil temperature of plastic mulching of high-ridge combination fertilization (FG H) lower than membrane under furrow irrigation (FP) in soil depth of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 cm separately, after 118 to 154 days planting. Plastic mulching of high-ridge combination fertilization (FG H) increased significantly surface soil saturated hydraulic conductivity, that was 2.2 times of membrane under furrow irrigation (FP). And soil hardness reduced significantly in 0-60 cm soil depth, but had no effect on soil bulk density. Plastic mulching of high-ridge combination fertilization (FG H) reduced significantly nitrate nitrogen in 0-200 cm soil profile, And reduce the risk of soil acidification and salinization. FG H treatment tomato harvest period relative FP delayed about 10 days, but The FG H treatment tomato yield increased by 19.9% relative to FP. Research results showed that, combination of plastic mulching and high-ridge and fertigation (FG H) not only significantly ameliorated the soil physical and chemical properties and the yield of tomato increased significantly in sunlight greenhouse.

  Utilization Status of Crop Straws and Sustainable Development in Beijing 2015, 5 (2):  42-46.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0839 Abstract + ( 1112 )   PDF ( 1288KB )   ( 1324 ) In order to well understand the varieties and quantities of the waste from crop farming and provide reference for the comprehensive utilization of crops straw, the crop straw resource of Beijing was detailed surveyed, the crop straw resource and utilization status was obtained, and characteristics of its distribution and utilization status were analyzed according to the economic development status. The results showed that main crop straw resource was corn and wheat, accounting for 94.9% in the whole province. The utilization of crop straw was main return to field. In 2012, there are more than 10% straw resources were remaining, apart from the amount deducted for the competitive usages such as cooking and heating of rural residents, return to field and used as forage. This paper explored the utilization value and existent problems of comprehensive utilization of crop straw, put forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the development of comprehensive utilization technique of crop straw in Beijing suburbs.

  The Effect of Pb Treatments in Different Concentrations on the Physiological Characteristics of Large-leaf PuerTea Seedling 2015, 5 (2):  47-50.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0776 Abstract + ( 911 )   PDF ( 1253KB )   ( 1128 ) In order to elucidate the influence of lead on the physiological characteristics of large-leaf Pu’er tea plant seeding, the author carried pot experiments by using large-leaf Pu’er tea seeding as test material to explore the effects of heavy metal lead stress on chlorophyll content and protective enzymes. The result showed that when lead concentration was 0-600 mg/L, chlorophyll content increased first and then decreased. The activities of CAT and POD went up at the beginning of lead stress, but they were decreased as the quantity of lead increasing. The activities of SOD showed the downtrend as the quantity of lead increasing, while the MDA content increased all the time. The result suggested that Pb stimulated the seeding growth of large-leaf Pu’er tea at the lower concentrations, and restrained the seeding growth at higher concentrations.

  Analysis of Pecan nutritional value and planting economic benefit 2015, 5 (2):  51-56.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0486 Abstract + ( 1376 )   PDF ( 1258KB )   ( 1266 ) This test mainly analyzed pecan nutritional value and the economic benefits of planting pecan in rocky desertification area. After analysis, it was found that pecan had very rich nutrient elements. Compared with the other nuts, pecan had an advantage on fat, dietary fiber, amino acid etc. This article took the pecan planted in Yongdong, Xiushan, Chongqing as an example. The investigate result was that the net income of 14 years old hickory forests was 1273530 yuan/hm2, input-output ratio 9.74, and the investment income 8.74.Compared with common crops, planting pecan had more advantage, and the economic benefit sequence was pecan> honeysuckle> flue-cured tobacco> rice> sweet potato> corn.

  A Research for the Growth Influence and the Phenotypic Plasticity of 10-years-old of Phoebe bournei in Different Understory Habitats 2015, 5 (2):  57-60.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0579 Abstract + ( 1041 )   PDF ( 1271KB )   ( 1095 ) In order to rationally configure Phoebe bournei updated layer, a research for the growth influence and the phenotypic plasticity of 10-years-old of P. bournei with different habitats was conducted in Mingxi Fujian. The results showed that: (1) Understory habitats had a significant impact on the growth of 10-year-old of P. bournei plantations, and the sequence of promoting growth of P. bournei plantations form high to low was canopy gap, understory. Understory habitat selection and configuration is a key measure of understory P. bournei plantations. (2)Understory habitats had a very significant impact on the plant morphology, showed a strong phenotypic plasticity. crown length, and the crown rate of P. bournei in canopy gap were significantly greater than those in the understory habitats. (3) understory habitats didn’t bring significantly change on stem biomass allocation, root biomass allocation and crown-root ratio. branch biomass allocation, leaf biomass allocation of Phoebe bournei in canopy gap were significantly higher than those in understory habitat, showed a strong phenotypic plasticity. In the appropriate understory habitats, P. bournei plantations were rapid resource acquisition, including increased leaf and branch biomass allocation ratio. Otherwise, P. bournei plantations reduced leaf and branch biomass allocation ratio, adopted a conservative consumed strategies.

  Analysis of plant community characteristics and configuration modes in the residential area of Fuzhou City 2015, 5 (2):  65-74.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0934 Abstract + ( 1067 )   PDF ( 2476KB )   ( 1160 ) Abstract: The plant community characteristics in four typical residential areas, including Zhonggeng International Mansion, Sansheng Tuscany, Confucianism and Aristocratic Family Garden, Sansheng International Park, were investigated and analyzed to further explore the plant community characteristics and configuration modes in residential areas of Fuzhou City. The results showed that the plant communities were composed of 140 species of 112 genera of 59 families, including 71 species of trees, 41 species of bush, 3 species of liana and 25 species of herbal (including 1 fern). The proportions of plants with different life forms in community were as follows: evergreen trees by 38.57%, deciduous trees by 12.14%, evergreen shrubs by 29.29%, woody vines by 2.14%, herbal by 17.86%. The species of evergreen trees and shrubs in the sample area community were abundant, but the applications of deciduous species and vine were less and the community gradations were not rich enough. The seasonal changes were not obvious and the configuration modes were simple. In addition, the landscape was lack of characteristic.

Using selenium-rich cultivation, automatic amino acid analyzer, phenol-sulfuric acid method Flammulina velutipes total sugar, amino acids the type were content measured study. The results showed that: Flammulina velutipes fruiting bodies contained total sugar, 17 kinds of amino acids and free amino acids, including 7 kinds of essential amino acids. Determining the optimum leaching selenium sugar temperature 80℃, extraction time 3 h, extracted 3 times the combined filtrate; total sugar pileus, stipe contents were 40.31%, 48.99%, selenium content of 34.2355 μg/g.

  The Study on Inhibition of Aloe Extract to Common Food Contamination Microbiology 2015, 5 (2):  83-85.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0055 Abstract + ( 1052 )   PDF ( 1248KB )   ( 1095 ) To verify the bacteriostatic effect ofAloe vera extract, the filter paper method and solid dilution method were used to observe the bacteriostatic effect of the aloe juice on Bacillus subtilis,Escherichia coli , Staphylococcus aureus andAspergillus niger . The results showed that: the Aloe vera juice inhibited the selected bacteria growth obviously, but the antibacterial effect of filter paper was not obvious, the solid dilution method was better, the bacteriostatic effect of 100% Aloe vera juice was good, the bacteriostatic effect of 50% and 70% aloe juice were poor.

  Correlation Between Water Absorption Properties and Cooking Time of Foxtail Millet 2015, 5 (2):  86-91.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0939 Abstract + ( 1060 )   PDF ( 1340KB )   ( 1815 ) In order to explore the relationship between water absorption, absorption rate and cooking time of foxtail millet, seven varieties of foxtail millet were tested in this paper by centrifuging for the determination of water absorption and absorption rate at different time points within 1 hour. The time required for cracking or “flowering” of the millets were recorded when they were cooked. By studying the curves of water absorption and absorption rate of foxtail millet, the relevant correlation analysis and cluster analysis with cooking times, we showed that: firstly, water absorption of seven varieties of foxtail millet increased rapidly between 0 min to 2 min, then increased slower. Their patterns could be divided into two types of curves, the patterns in five varieties followed an S-shaped curve, those of the others tended to be a straight line. Secondly, the water absorption, absorption rate and cooking time between 2 min to 20 min after treatment showed significant negative correlation. When treated longer than 30 min water absorption and the cooking time still showed a significant negative correlation, whereas water absorption rate and cooking time showed a positive correlation. Thirdly, the water absorption at the early stage in foxtail millet was faster than the late stage. All the varieties showed a turning point of water absorption at 2 min, when the water absorption rate peaked. Two minute water absorption and its rate appeared to be the absorption characteristics of foxtail millet. As the shorter cooking time, the better cooking quality, and there was significant negative correlation between the absorption rate and cooking time, therefore, water absorption and absorption rate for the first 2 min could be a practical method for simple and rapid evaluation of the quality of foxtail millet, especially for quality breeding.

With the development of information science and agricultural informatization, there are more and more intersection between the two, while little research between the two. In order to research the influence of information science to modern agricultural informatization, the article discussed the application of six principles of information science in agriculture informationization, which included discrete distribution principle, ordering principle, relevance principle, usability principle, small world theory and logarithmic perspective principle. The article tried to meet the growing demand of the information in the process of agricultural informatization, through better organization of agricultural information in the view of information science.

It is an essential key technique to implement variable input in rice growth monitoring and precision management. On the basis of spectrum technique, monitoring character of rice growth (including leaf area index and biomass), bio-chemical parameters (including nitrogen nutrition and chlorophyll content) and water of rice were summarized and some ideas for further research were discussed in this paper, which could provide a technique support on improve precision management level and unit area grain yield in rice.

  Microclimatic characteristics and prediction of the lowest temperature for greenhouse under the smog and scant lighting conditions in Zhengzhou 2015, 5 (2):  105-108.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0655 Abstract + ( 954 )   PDF ( 1222KB )   ( 1180 ) Microclimatic characteristics of a winter greenhouse were analyzed with meteorological observations during early Spring and Winter in 2013 and 2014. The lowest temperature prediction model inside the greenhouse for scant lighting days was established by adopting stepwise regression, and the model was applied to predict daily lowest temperature in scant lighting greenhouse for March 2014. Results indicated that the model performed well with absolute prediction errors less than 2℃. The production management measures were addressed as well to prevent and defense disasters according to the potential damages induced by smog weather.

  Spatio-temporal Variation Characteristics of Typhoon Precipitation in Chenzhou 2015, 5 (2):  109-113.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0955 Abstract + ( 1039 )   PDF ( 1769KB )   ( 1065 ) The paper aims to study the influence of landing typhoon on Precipitation in Chenzhou and provide some useful references for climate prediction and meteorological disaster prevention.The author analyzed the typhoons precipitation in Chenzhou from different aspects during 1959-2011. The results showed that the domain period was from July to September, especially in August. Annual typhoon precipitation gradually decreased from the southeast to northwest in Chenzhou, and the primary precipitation was in the middle of Chenzhou. Typhoon landed in Guangzhou produced more precipitation in the west of Chenzhou, while typhoon landed in Fujian mainly affected the middle of Chenzhou.

  A Study of the Undergraduate Innovative Undertaking in Rural Areas During the New Process of Urbanization: An Example of College-graduate Village Officials in Anhui Province 2015, 5 (2):  118-123.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.casb14100123 Abstract + ( 1183 )   PDF ( 1310KB )   ( 1270 ) In order to define the role of undergraduate enterpreneurship in the new process of urbanization, definition, goal, realization approach of urbanization and lack of career-creating talents were analyzed. Then the author pointed out that undergraduate enterpreneurship in the country could not only alleviate the employment pressure of college graduates but also facilitate the scientific development of urbanization by serving agriculture, farmer and rural area. Combined with the actual instances of college-graduate village officials’ innovative undertaking in Anhui Province, the author found that there were quite a lot of problems, such as the lack of government planning, imperfect service platform, inexperienced entrepreneurship experience, low level of scientific and technology standards, low-efficient business demonstration, etc. The paper proposed that government plans should be made, service platforms should be constructed and training should be provided for college students who intended to start up a business.

It is also of great significance for eliminating the differences between town and country and promoting social justice. In the past years, the rural social security in China has made an outstanding progress. For example, of medical care issues, a new rural cooperative medical system has been established and spread fast around our country-side, which took a great role not only in saving farmers from suffering of the diseases, keeping them in good health, but also helping them get rid of being poor for illness. But comparing with the advanced city medical security, it is still undeveloped and need to improve. On the basis of confirming the big role of the new rural cooperative medical care system, this paper tries to point out the shortcomings between urban and rural medical security system. Then the author analyses the strong conditions having been made of integrating urban and rural medical security, and suggests out the key issues to be deal with and the countermeasures to be adopted in the future.

Therefore, it is imperative to develop water-saving agriculture. In recent years, women have become the main body of agricultural production in rural areas because of the enormous outflow of rural male labor. This brought certain difficulties to the extension of water- saving irrigation technology. The initiative of adopting water-saving irrigation technology of the rural female in Wuwei City, Gansu Province has been promoted effectively, their water saving awareness has been improved, and a new set of relatively complete promotion model of water- saving irrigation technology under the background of agricultural feminization has been founded through disseminating water-saving irrigation technology, using the farmer field school as a platform and combined with the technology research and development and promotion department.

  The Development Trend of Rice in Anhui Province Through Medium Indica Rice from Regional Trials 2015, 5 (2):  137-140.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0540 Abstract + ( 1002 )   PDF ( 1235KB )   ( 1046 ) In this paper, 439 species of regional trials rice from 2007 to 2011 were studied to analysis the correlation of yield level varieties and traits in order to study the medium indica rice development trend of rice production in Anhui Province. We studied the main factors that influence the effect of changes of indica rice production in Anhui Province. The results showed that, breeding level was constantly progress , production levels of breed varieties (combination) was continuous improve in Anhui. The correlation of yield factor showed that: to achieve the purpose of high and stable yield we should increase grain number per panicle and productive panicle based on the guarantee of seed setting rate. The results provide an important reference for the breeding of middle-season indica Hybrid Rice in Anhui Province.
