  Guangxi Agriculture: Opportunity, Achievement, Problems and Strategy 2011, 1 (3):  1-8.  Abstract + ( 3279 )   PDF ( 990KB )   ( 2743 ) Guangxi is at the site of southwest of the border region, which is the collection old, few, side, the mountain, poorly in a body autonomous region. Guangxi is one of western area 12 provinces, the area, or cities in our country. The Guangxi agriculture holds the important status in tropics and subtropics agriculture with characteristics in our country. The Central Party Committee and the State Council take continuously highly to the agricultural development of Guangxi. In recent years, a series of correlation policy has been appeared, which plays a vital role to impelled the development of agriculture in Guangxi Province. When enters the “Twelve-Five” period, the Guangxi agriculture is facing the recent good development opportunity. In particular, the establishment of “Chinese-Association of Southeast Asian Nations free trading area”, which has brought the rare historical opportunity to develop the export-oriented agriculture for Guangxi. In the “Eleven-Five” period, the huge achievement had been obtained in Guangxi agriculture. At Present, many problems are facing in the development of agriculture in Guangxi. For example, the crops output is low, the potential has not been able to display; the soil degeneration is serious, the production environment changes poor; the agricultural foundation is frail, the growth potential is insufficient; and the agricultural science and technology is backward, support ability is not strong. At the “Twelve-Five” period from now on and even in the future quite long time, in order to realize the development with good and fast in agriculture in Guangxi Province, the following developmental strategy have to be implemented: open strategy, mpetus strategy, promotion strategy and low-carbon strategy.

  Main Agronomic Traits of Winter Wheat in the south of Henan Grey Correlation Analysis 2011, 1 (3):  9-12.  Abstract + ( 1773 )   PDF ( 1071KB )   ( 1743 ) To explore the major agronomic traits of wheat on the yield of primary and secondary relationship, this gray relational analysis method, the two years of 2008, 2009 Wheat Varieties Test results of the analysis. The results show that the correlation in the order: panicles > grain weight > grains per spike > flowering > maturity > Fusarium > Rhizoctonia > stripe rust > powdery mildew. That the region close with the production of major agronomic traits for the panicles, grain weight, grain number.

  Study on the Contribution Sequence of Different Cultural Factors Related to Wheat Yieldin Spring Low Temperature Years 2011, 1 (3):  13-17.  Abstract + ( 2186 )   PDF ( 1071KB )   ( 1915 ) In order to effectively improve frost resistance to spring low temperature of winter wheat, we studied the contribution sequence of different cultural factors related to yield of winter wheat in spring low temperature years by uniform experiment design, stepwise regression and general contribution method. The results showed that, the influence order of different cultural factors on yield was: base phosphorus(P2O5) quantity＞pure nitrogen quantity topdressing at rising stage＞base pure nitrogen quantity＞plant density or irrigation quantity before sowing＞irrigation quantity at rising stage＞base potash(K2O)＞irrigation quantity at filling stage or interval days between irrigation time at filling stage and maturity ; the contribution of coupling factors existing positive interaction effect were also listed in an descending sequence as: plant density and irrigation quantity before sowing＞base pure nitrogen quantity and pure nitrogen quantity topdressing at rising stage＞pure nitrogen quantity topdressing at rising stage and irrigation quantity＞irrigation quantity at filling stage or interval days between irrigation time at filling stage and maturity ; there was negative interaction effect between base pure nitrogen quantity and base pure potash(K2O) and it cleared the best combination of the different cultural factors for the highest yield (3692.34 kg/hm2). The study has provided theoretical and technical support for achieving high yield in spring low temperature years.

  The Problems, Solutions and Adjustment of Corn Silage Variety Test 2011, 1 (3):  18-21.  Abstract + ( 1739 )   PDF ( 1001KB )   ( 1697 ) Corn silage trial was currently in the preliminary stages of development. Test existence of regional distribution, the irrational distribution of the pilot, the lack of a comprehensive variety of types of location, low level breeding and other issues. Silage future development orientation in grain and forage-type was not in doubt, but dedicated corn silage varieties also had space for planting. The pilot system, it should strive to carry out special silage corn varieties tests, rational distribution. In the future, high silage yield varieties in the normal corn yield potential trial found in its characteristic attention.

  Genomic DNA Extraction of Three Kinds of Fruit Flies and their ISSR-PCR Reaction System Establishment 2011, 1 (3):  22-28.  Abstract + ( 3835 )   PDF ( 1877KB )   ( 2058 ) The author took three kinds of fruit flies for materials, discussed the extraction of genomic DNA with high quality, studied on the effect of template DNA concentration, primer concentration, the amount of Taq DNA polymerase, dNTP concentration, annealing temperature and time on ISSR-PCR amplified results, established fruit flies’ general and stable ISSR-PCR reaction system. The result showed that the author obtained the fruit flies’ genomic DNA with high quality, established fruit flies’ general and stable ISSR-PCR reaction system that adapt to fruit flies: 2.5 μL 10×PCR Buffer, 50ng template DNA, 0.25 μmol/L primer, 0.5 U Taq DNA polymerase, 200 μmol/L dNTP and add ddH2O to 25 μL, made clear the ISSR-PCR amplification program: pre-denaturalized at 94℃ for 5 min, denaturalized at 94℃ for 30 s, annealed at 52.4℃ for 45 s, extended at 72℃ for 90 s, 36 cycles, at last extended at 72℃ for 7 min, then conserved at 4℃. The establishment of optimized system made up for the shortage of fruit flies’ traditional morphology observation, and laid a foundation for fast and accurate identification, population heterogeneity and analysis of genetic diversity.

  Synergistic Activity of Organosilicone to Emamectin Benzoate on Spodoptera exigua 2011, 1 (3):  29-33.  Abstract + ( 1850 )   PDF ( 1039KB )   ( 2019 ) Based on determining the surface tension of organosilicone solution and its expansion on the solid surface, the bioactivity of 5% WDG emamectin benzoate with organosilicone on Spodoptera exigua using the spraying methods was investigated to study synergistic activity of organosilicone to emamectin benzoate. The results showed that the organosilicone significantly reduced the surface tension of aqueous solution. Its surface tension was reduced to 26 mN/m, while the organosilicone concentration was 0.01%. The organosilicone significantly raised the expansion of liquid drop on the solid surface. The expanding diameter of 0.01% organosilicone at 10 μL was 34 mm. The laboratory bioassay results indicated that there were significant synergistic activity of organosilicone to emamectin benzoate on S. exigua while the additional amount of organosilicone were 1%-5%, and slow increasing rate of synergistic activity while the additional amount of organosilicone was higher than 5%. The results in a field experiment showed that the efficacy of 5% WDG emamectin benzoate with 5% organosilicone at 33 mg/L on S. exigua were 81.57% and 82.66% on the third day and on the seventh day after spraying insecticide, respectively, and significantly higher than these of 5% WDG emamectin benzoate at 33 mg/L, 24% SC metaflumizone at 96 mg/L, 5% SC chlorantraniliprole at 33 mg/L, 20% WDG flubendiamide at 40 mg/L and 15% EC indoxacarb at 43 mg/L.

  Analysis on Plant Selection and Species Diversity in Salinization-desert zone of Oasis in Manas River Valley 2011, 1 (3):  34-37.  Abstract + ( 1881 )   PDF ( 1043KB )   ( 1701 ) Abstract: 【OBJECTIVE】Natural plant was studied in salinization-desert zone in Manas river valley. The dominant species in salinization areas can improve ecological stability and maintain high productivity in the farm; 【METHOD】Through the analysis of plant species composition, community diversity and niche breadth, dominant species were selected and its species diversity were studied; 【RESULTS】Peganum harmala L, Tamarix hispida, Salsola collina , Kalidium foliatum as dominant species; From the analysis, the niche breadth of soil salinity, organic matter, total nitrogen and soil water content respectively were 0.5832, 0.4800, 0.4379 and 0.2201. it shows that natural plants this areas adapt to saline environment, especially Peganum harmala L, Tamarix hispida, Salsola collina, Kalidium foliatum; 【CONCLUSION】the species diversity, is not high in salinization-desert zone, limited by salt and water. Peganum harmala L, Tamarix hispida,Salsola collina, Kalidium foliatum as dominant species were selected, it can help to steady and restore the degraded ecosystems in salinization-desert zone.

  Study on Drought Resistance of Phyllostachys aurea under Natural Conditions 2011, 1 (3):  38-41.  Abstract + ( 1613 )   PDF ( 1054KB )   ( 1698 ) Under natural conditions, we carried out physiological observation on Phyllostachys aurea. In order to find out it’s real ability of drought resistance and reduce the interference of special year, the contents of chlorophyll, SOD, soluble sugar, MDA and membrane permeability of Phyllostachys aurea’s and P.arcana cv.arcana’s leaves were studied and compared with each other. Results showed that under the persistent drought conditions, SOD, soluble sugar, MDA increased in different degrees while membrane permeability decreased, and that for the resistant index all above, the two species of bamboo shared the same variation tendency. The results also indicated that Phyllostachys aurea had a good transplanting rate –nearly reach 99%. So Phyllostachys aurea might also have advantage in drought resistance. In short, Phyllostachys aurea could be introduced to Qingdao and used for landscaping successfully. It provides a basis for the further utilization of Phyllostachys aurea.

  Study on The Change of Microbial of Hot Pot Dipping Sauce During Storage at Room Temperature 2011, 1 (3):  42-45.  Abstract + ( 1727 )   PDF ( 1050KB )   ( 1967 ) Mainly studied the the microbial growth pattern of Hot Pot Dipping Sauce during storage at room temperature, established the Gompertz model using DPS software to evaluate the durability of the sauce, then studied the chagnge of microbial of two groups of similar production date to verify the established growth model. The results showed that: the sauce is safe in the 12 months guarantee period, the established model can fit the dynamic change in the total number of bacteria of the sauce during the storage period.

  The Pathlogenc and Reproduction of the Precocious Line of Eimeria necatrix 2011, 1 (3):  46-50.  Abstract + ( 2073 )   PDF ( 1061KB )   ( 1889 ) In order to select the E.necatrix precocious line for the production of the attenuated vaccine. The pathogenic and reproduction of the precocious line and the parent strain were assessed by clinical situation, average weight gain, relative weight gain, lesion scores, the bloody stool scores, mortality, OPG, oocyst production and reproductive potential of oocyst reproduction index. The results showed that the precocious line was less pathogenic than the parent strains, the average weight gain, relative weight gain are higher, and the lesion scores, bloody scores and mortality were lower when compared with the parent strain. The peak of oviposition was advanced and total oocyst production of the precocious strain was depressed about 45% compared with that of parental strain, which fits the characteristics of the attenuated vaccine of the precocious line.

  Effect and Problems of Pushing the Construction of New Countryside Forward by Distance Training 2011, 1 (3):  51-56.  Abstract + ( 2738 )   PDF ( 1058KB )   ( 2854 ) Abstract: The farmers are the ultimate application persons who change the agricultural science and technology into productivity. The distance training on rural practical technology can increase the efficiency of farmers’ applying the agricultural science and technology. After the Survey of the present situation and effect of distance training on rural practical technology in the south of Fujian Province, the authors narrated the remarkable success of bringing about a great advance in the industry of characteristic agriculture, the industry of no pollution vegetables, the industry of methane technology, and the remarkable success of promoting the construction of new countryside, promoting the transfer of rural labor, promoting the farmers to increase their incomes and become rich by distance training. And the urgent problems which existed in distance training were analyzed. The countermeasures and suggestions of counteracting the distance training’s weaknesses in many ways, conducting distance training of regional characteristic agriculture, conducting distance training according to the farmers’ different educational level and different technology needs, broadening farmers’ outlook, changing farmers’ ideas were put forward.

  The Values and Developing Countermeasures of Modern Agriculture in China’s Economically Developed Areas -Taking Suzhou City as an Example 2011, 1 (3):  57-65.  Abstract + ( 2038 )   PDF ( 1065KB )   ( 1967 ) Modern agriculture is an agricultural form of developed countries. In theory, it should be taken the lead in China’s economically developed areas (CEDA). But this is not the case. It is difficult to develop modern agriculture in CEDA. The key issue is the problem of concept. The modern agriculture values, the need for modern agriculture development, the modern agricultural development ideas in CEDA are discussed in this papers. Finally, we made seven recommendations, namely: firmly establish the values of modern agriculture, the establishment of a modern agricultural system, and increase local financial support subsidies, construction of modern agricultural technology support system, vigorously develop ecological agriculture and agricultural management reform. And we hope these countermeasures will be helped for decision-making of modern agriculture development in CEDA.
