  Research Advances in Nucleoside Diphosphate Kinases (NDPKs) of Plants 2011, 1 (4):  1-5.  Abstract + ( 1777 )   PDF ( 970KB )   ( 1854 ) This review summarizes the plant nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDPKs, NDPK kinase EC 2.7.4.6) in terms of their classification, subcellular location, function and application in plant gene engineering. Research advances of NDPKs function is analyzed with emphasis. Not only NDPKs as a housekeeping enzyme can maintains the intracellular levels of all (d)NTPs used in biosynthesis except ATP, but also NDPKs are also one group of multifunctional protein. NDPKs participate in many vital cellular processes such as regulation of growth and development, signal transduction in response to phytochrome A, UV-B irradiation, heat shock and oxidative stress, and even has the activity as nuclease. Finally, this review points outs the research direction of plant NDPKs, and describes the application prospect in plant stress resistance genetic engineering, which will provides the reference for the further research.

  Corn Slow-release Fertilizer Technology Test One-time Stratification 2011, 1 (4):  6-9.  Abstract + ( 2468 )   PDF ( 901KB )   ( 2828 ) In order to improve the fertilizer utilization ratio, to improve and enhance QuanFei one-time fertilization techniques, the corn application SRFS technical support in layered fertilization, one-time base fertilizer, according to the whole growth period of corn, not the growth, development and yield and influence factors of yield components. The results showed that: the use of sulfur slow-releasing function and coating urea fertilizer, using disposable layered base to meet the whole growth period of corn, plant nutrients needed than conventional staging decent, fertilizer production 12.1%. This method broke the traditional pattern of conventional staging fertilization, reduced the surface application caused by volatile loss, improved the Fertilizer utilization ratio reached more than 70 percent, increased production, reduced the production processes to achieve cost saving time save work, which could increase the purpose of pure economic benefit about 1600 yuan/hm2.

  Application of Grey Correlative Degree Analysis on Evaluation of Mungbean Varieties of South Shanxi 2011, 1 (4):  10-13.  Abstract + ( 1963 )   PDF ( 985KB )   ( 1722 ) The grey correlative degree analysis was conducted to comprehensive evaluate eight main indicators of eight Mungbean varieties including yield, pods per plant, grain number per pod, 100-seed weight, etc. The results showed that ‘Xilv1’, ‘Luohai18’ and ‘Jinlvdou6’ all had larger correlative degrees which were respectively 0.7422 , 0.7288 and 0.6642, better comprehensive characters with the reference variety and higher yield, pods per plant and grain number per pod. ‘Jinlvdou1’ and ‘Jinlvdou4’ were the worst grey correlative degree which were respectively 0.5405 and 0.5122 and all indexes were lower than average. These were consistent with actual performance of the varieties and could be the main criterions in the variety extension.

  Optimization of RAPD-PCR Experimental System in Mallotus oblongifolius (Miq.) Muell.-Arg. Using the Dual Experiments of the Single Factor and the Orthogonal Design 2011, 1 (4):  14-21.  Abstract + ( 2085 )   PDF ( 1420KB )   ( 1914 ) In order to establish the optimized RAPD-PCR experiment system for Mallotus oblongifolius (Miq.) Muell.-Arg., the single factor experiments were at first used to detect the suitable concentration ranges of the different influential factors, and then the orthogonal design was used to optimize RAPD-PCR amplification system of M. oblongifolius in 5 factors (Mg2+, dNTPs, primer, Taq polymerase, DNA template) at 4 levels, respectively. And then the data were analyzed by Soft Ware SAS. A optimal RAPD reaction system was finally established. Namely, 2.5 μL 10×PCR buffer, 2.5 mmol Mg2+, 0.2 mmol dNTPs, 1.5 U Taq polymerase, 0.48 μmol/L primers, and 80 ng DNA template were contained in 25 μL reaction solution. The PCR amplification program was that pre-denaturing at 94℃ for 4 min, then denaturing at 94℃ for 30 s, annealing at 38℃ for 45 s, extension at 72℃ for 120 s, for 45 cycles, at last extension at 72℃ for 10 min. The productions were stored at 16℃. The optimized RAPD-PCR reaction system was suitable for the study of relationship and genetic diversity of M. oblongifoliu in the different populations.

  Research on Biological Controlling Wheat Aphid Technology by Coccinellidae, Aphidiidae and Entomophthora 2011, 1 (4):  22-27.  Abstract + ( 2079 )   PDF ( 1053KB )   ( 1867 ) Results about research of wheat aphid in past year and dynamic monitoring of main natural enemy for controlling wheat aphid and protecting ecological environment showed that, natural enemy appeared following with the peak of target pest and wheat aphid. It had little control effects on wheat aphids by natural enemy under normal conditions. Many models were studied, such as complex agricultural-forest ecosystem association model, interval planting connected plants to continue the food train model and breeding parasitoids for the complement of natural enemy quantity in field, et al. The result showed that these model had obvious effect on attracting ladybird spawning in early spring, ladybird, aphid parasitoids and Aphid appeared synchronously, extending niche breadth of natural enemy and the migrating and overwintering of natural enemy. Biological technology, for instance protecting lady beetles, releasing aphid parasitoids and spraying bulg mold, which could control the harmful of wheat aphid, overcome pests harmed for the second time, and it had major role on protecting ecological environment.

  Residual Dynamics of Myclobutanil Fungicides in Litchi and Soil 2011, 1 (4):  28-31.  Abstract + ( 1613 )   PDF ( 1026KB )   ( 1743 ) Field trial and gas chromatography are carried out to study residual decline of myclobutanil in the litchi and soil in order to illustrate the declines and environmental assessment of myclobutanil. The pesticide was extracted using methanol from samples, cleaned by the column of florisil and determined by capillary column gas chromatography with ECD. The results in Guangdong and Guangxi showed that the decline of myclobutanil in litchi and soil followed the first-kinetic equation, and the half-lives were 2.2-2.5 days in litchi and 2.8-3.1 days in soil, respectively. The litchi was sprayed three times with 40% myclobutanil WP according to the recommended dosage 100 mg a.i./kg, the results revealed that the myclobutanil residues in litchi were all below the 2 mg/kg. It was recommended that the MRL of myclobutanil in litchi set at 2 mg/kg.

  Studies on the Effects of Prochloraz and Hymexazol to Fusarium moniliforme and Rhizoctonia solani 2011, 1 (4):  32-36.  Abstract + ( 1969 )   PDF ( 1084KB )   ( 1760 ) The objective of this study were to to clarify the synergistic effects of mixed Prochloraz and hymexazol to Fusarium moniliforme, Rhizoctonia solani and to find the best mixed ratio of two preparations. The Prochloraz and hymexazol and their mixtures-made up by mixing the two pesticides in five different ratios, on Fusarium moniliforme and Rhizoctonia solani were tested by mycelial growth rate method. To Fusarium moniliforme, EC50 of Prochloraz, Hymexazol, the mixed ratio of two preparations1:1, 1:2, 1:4, 1:6, 1:8 were different, 0.0197, 69.492, 0.021, 0.028, 0.082, 0.163, 0.215 mg/L for each. To Rhizoctonia solani, EC50 of each was 0.247, 25.140, 0.444, 0.469, 1.041, 1.495, 2.012 mg/L. For Fusarium moniliforme, the efficiency coefficient of 5 kinds of mixed ratio of two preparations (SR) were 1.85, 2.14, 1.20, 0.84, 0.82, For Rhizoctonia solani the efficiency coefficient of each was 1.10, 1.55, 1.14, 1.09, 1.02. Prochloraz were higher than Hymexazol on the virulence of 2 bacteria. Prochloraz mixed with hymexazol in 1:2 had significant synergism to Fusarium moniliforme and Rhizoctonia solani than used alone.

  Life Table and Survival Analysis of Casuarina equisetifolia L. Population of Southeast Coastal Protection Forests 2011, 1 (4):  37-42.  Abstract + ( 1799 )   PDF ( 1300KB )   ( 1816 ) The diameter-class structure of Casuarina equisetifolia L. southeast coastal protection forest population is analyzed by plots investigation and data statistics. In addition, the paper prepares the population specific life table, chart the mortality curve, risk curve and survival curve and analyses the population dynamics by the spectral analysis method that provide the theory basis for the protection and construction of coastal protection forests. The results show that the population has 2 peaks. The mortality rate is high in the earlier stage while stable in the later one. The IV age-class is the watershed of population survival curve. The survival curve trends to the type of Deevey-II. Moreover, the fundamental wave is not obvious during natural regeneration progress of the population but there is an evident bottleneck effect during the seedlings’ growing progress.

  Analysis and Evaluation of the Volatile Flavour Compounds in Dried Kelp 2011, 1 (4):  43-47.  Abstract + ( 1804 )   PDF ( 953KB )   ( 1985 ) To evaluate the quality of volatile flavor components in dried kelp, the volatile flavor components were extracted by solid phase microextraction (SPME), identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis, besides, the relative content of each component was determined by area normalizing method. The results was indicated that, in which 58 components, equaling to 99.99% of total flavor components in weight, the main flavor components in dried kelp were Hexanal (20.48%), 1-Penten-3-ol (10.44%), Butylated Hydroxytoluene (8.71%), 2-Pentanone (3.89%), Oxirane, methyl-, (S)-(3.85%).

  A Preliminary Study on Chromosome Preparaation and Karytype of Leptobotia taeniops 2011, 1 (4):  48-51.  Abstract + ( 1744 )   PDF ( 1262KB )   ( 1787 ) To analysis the chromosome number and karyotype of Leptobotia taeniops. The karyotype of Leptobotia taeniops was studied through the chromosome preparations obtained from head kidney by the method of injecting PHA and colchicines and used air drying method to make chromosome samples. The total chromosome number of the fish was 50, the karyotype formula was 2n=6m+10sm+8st+26t, and NF=66. There was no visible evidence of po1yploidy chromosome and sex chromosome. This study provided Leptobotia taeniops with cytogenetics paramete, and offered a theoretical basis for Cross breeding of Leptobotia taeniops.

  Optimization of Western Blot Condition for Detection of Protein Expression in Rabbit Artery 2011, 1 (4):  52-56.  Abstract + ( 5761 )   PDF ( 3007KB )   ( 4120 ) Western blot is the most important method on studying and analyzing protein. Because it contains many steps, high background, unspecific bands, streaking and so on are the common problems in Western blot, which will influence the subsequent detection and quantitation of protein. To establish the best experiment condition for detection of protein expression in rabbit artery, VCAM-1(vascular cell adhension molecule-1) was detected. A rapid, specific and sensitive procedure has been successfully established, through optimizing several conditions which include SDS-PAGE, antibody dilution, temperature and time for antibody incubation, detection methods and so on. Also, three kinds of detection methods were used which contain DAB, enhanced chemilluminescence (ECL) with exposure captured on X-ray film or with cooled charged-coupled device (CCD) cameras. The sensitivity of three methods was compared. The results indicated that ECL has sensitivity 2-10 times that of DAB, and CCD cameras have 4 times sensitivity of X-ray and a more precise procedure. So, ECL-CCD cameras is a promising detection method of Western blot.

  The Problems and Solutions of New Farmers Training in Less Developed Areas in China 2011, 1 (4):  57-60.  Abstract + ( 1530 )   PDF ( 932KB )   ( 1678 ) In this paper, through the research on the national poverty counties: Yangyuan County in Hebei Province we studied the problem on new farms training and give the corresponding solution. We found the main problem in farm training was: the lack of thinking and understanding, the lack of management mechanism and capital investment, etc. All the problem led to less effective training in farmers and seriously lagging in new rural construction, and building a moderately prosperous society needs. In the reaserch we recommend to strengthen training targeted, strengthening scientific and technological quality training, strengthen the policy preferences, increase capital investment and integration of resources maybe can improve the training system of farm training.

  Investigation and Analysis of Rural House Construction in Ya’an City 2011, 1 (4):  61-65.  Abstract + ( 1953 )   PDF ( 1171KB )   ( 2487 ) According to the questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation of the rural housing in seven counties area and a city of Ya’an, including housing area, structure, form, material, design, layer number of ways, housing costs, housing satisfaction, and so on. Analyzing the situation and existing problems of the local rural housing in the current, exploring the reasons of the problems. Putting forward a way of new housing path in a new socialism countryside, namely toward the new housing development of saving energy, reasonable design, housing beautiful, function clear, safe and comfortable, meeting different people need. Advocating a harmonious housing, housing with the environment, human with housing in sustainable development, to guide the construction of new rural housing has positive realistic significance.
