  Study on Variations of Yield Traits for Dryland Wheat Varieties in Huang-Huai Plain 2015, 5 (7):  1-8.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15010002 Abstract + ( 1564 )   PDF ( 1424KB )   ( 1127 ) 【Objective】The change law of yield traits and compositions in Huanghuai dryland winter wheat varieties from 1986 to 2014 were studied. The purpose of this study was to provide a theoretical basis and technical support for dryland wheat breeding adapting to the cropping system and climate change in future.【Method】 Using the data of nearly 30 years the states dryland winter wheat regional test in Huanghuai at Linfen point, have studied the evolution law of yield traits and compositions of check varieties, meanwhile, correlation analysis and path analysis were conducted that variation of yield traits. 【Results】The results of analysis of the evolution of yield traits s were obtained as follows: ①The variation of yield traits and compositions from 1986 to 2014 is to yield >effective ear > plant height > spike grain number per spike > 1000-grain weight, especially deviation degree of yield traits and compositions from 2006 to 2014 is the largest. ②1000-grain weight and the spike grain number of dryland wheat varieties in Huanghuai slowly rising year by year, effective ear Numbers and grain yield and plant height is slowly decline. ③Correlation analysis showed that grain yield has a extremely significant positive correlation with plant height, effective ear and 1000-grain weight. ④Path analysis showed that the biggest direct contribution and positive effect to grain yield was plant height and spike grain number, in huanghuai dryland wheat high-yield breeding evolution.【Conclusion】Farming system and climate warming have an on the variations of yield traits and compositions of dryland winter wheat in Huanghuai, the wheat variety of resistance drought and high yield breeding with lower plant height, higher effective panicle number and 1000-grain weight is dryland wheat breeding improvement direction adapting to climate change in future in Huanghuai.

  The Photosynthetic Characteristics Effect of Different Bred Years Soybean Varieties in Heilongjiang Province under the Drought Stress in Flowering Period 2015, 5 (7):  9-14.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas14120031 Abstract + ( 1216 )   PDF ( 1355KB )   ( 976 ) In order to research the photosynthetic characteristics effect of different bred years soybean varieties in heilongjiang province, 5 representative soybean varieties bred in 1985-2005 years as the test materials and seted mild-stress(the field maximum water-holding capacity 55-60%), serious- stress(the field maximum water-holding capacity 35-40%) and normal(the field maximum water-holding capacity 75-80%) in flowering period to analysis the photosynthetic characteristics. The results show that the leaf area per plant, leaf color value, net photosynthetic rate and grain weight per plant of different bred years soybean varieties present decline trend as the drought intension enhance and exist differences. Under the drought stress conditions and as varieties bred time goes on, the leaf area per plant, leaf color value, net photosynthetic rate and grain weight per plant present a general trend increased firstly and then decreased and associated with the bred years reached a extremely significant level except the leaf area per plant under serious- stress conditions. From the variation trend of the leaf area per plant, leaf color value, net photosynthetic rate and grain weight per plant and as the varieties genetic improvement, the drought resistant ability of different bred years soybean varieties in heilongjiang province show a general trend decreased firstly and then increased.

  Research and Analysis on Dehydration Rate of Maize Grain and Germplasm improvement Tactics 2015, 5 (7):  15-18.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0940 Abstract + ( 1806 )   PDF ( 1089KB )   ( 1243 ) Abstract: [Objective] The dehydration rate after corn grain physiological maturity had a significant impact on the corn yield, quality, storing and processing in northern China. The dehydration rate was an important goal on suit mechanical harvest variety breeding. [Method] This study has been collected and processed research about corn grain dehydration rate in recent years, summarized the overall research on dehydration rate of corn grain from three side, that were dehydration rate differences through different varieties, correlational analyses among the grain dehydration rate and agriculture and quality traits, QTL for dehydration rate of maize kernel, provided the use resource on higher yield, quality and fast dehydrating rate about maize variety breeding. [Result] Combined research laws on corn grain dehydration, had presented the selective breeding of corn grain quality improvement. [Conclusion] The results provided reference frame for high yield, quality and fast dehydration rate at maize variety breeding.

  Research on virus-free and rapid propagation technology of sweet potato meristem culture 2015, 5 (7):  19-23.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15010015 Abstract + ( 1378 )   PDF ( 1305KB )   ( 1398 ) Different varieties of sweet potato were chosen to establish the virus-free and rapid propagation of meristem culture technology system more effectively, the experiments included hormone concentration research, the first time of transgenic subculture, distilled water was replaced by running water, sucrose was replaced by white granulated sugar and so on. The results showed that the MS medium contains 0.5-1.0 mg/L 6-BA, 0.05-0.2 mg/L NAA was the optimal medium for differentiation; 13-20 days after transplantation was the optimal time for transgenic subculture, the survival rate was as high as 74.3%; there was a high seedling rate (90%) when replaced sucrose and distilled water by white granulated sugar and running water; virus-free seed had obvious advantages in production, had a yield increase ranging from 5.2%~68.6%.

  Screening of Dry Bitter Buckwheat Varieties in Datong 马大炜,李荫藩,李岩 and 梁秀芝 2015, 5 (7):  24-28.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0779 Abstract + ( 1323 )   PDF ( 1203KB )   ( 1207 ) In order to study the appropriate selection of ecological conditions in Datong area of high yield of buckwheat varieties, with plot experiment,‘Black Feng 1’,‘six buckwheat No. 2’,‘3 Weining’,‘Hunan 3-1’, ‘West 9909’,‘six buckwheat No. 1’,‘Hunan 1-2’,‘Jin buckwheat No. 2’,‘Hunan 3-2’,‘black grain buckwheat’,‘white buckwheat’,‘black buckwheat’,‘buckwheat’,‘black green buckwheat’and‘e luo wu qi’ 15 buckwheat varieties of growth periods, agronomic traits and yield were analyzed in the Datong Area. The results showed that,‘buckwheat’,‘Jin buckwheat No. 2’and‘black buckwheat’, with the medium growth periods and relatively high yield, were suitable to plant widely in Datong Area.

  The application and benefit evaluation of prevention and control reduction technology for rice diseases and insect pests 2015, 5 (7):  29-33.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.casb14110055 Abstract + ( 1166 )   PDF ( 1338KB )   ( 1082 ) In order to control rice diseases occurrence and insect damage effectively, reduce chemical pesticide use, increase control benefit, guarantee rice quality and safety,we adopt major rice diseases and insect pests monitoring, use high efficiency, low toxicity pesticides and technical measures as "one spray multiple prevention" "one drug multi-purpose" "treatment before control after".Through application research of prevention and control reduction technology on rice planthopper, rice leaf roller, snout moth insect, sheath blight and so on. The results indicate that, the early rice, late rice and single cropping rice regions which using prevention and control reduction technology can make effective control of rice planthopper, rice leaf roller, snout moth insect, sheath blight. These regions can also reduce seven kinds of pesticides; reduce spraying pesticide up to 3 times; decrease pesticide’s pure usage in the range of 46.10% to 93.84%; and increase production 2.23% to 8.81%. The economic benefits have increased significantly.To carry out the application of the major rice diseases and insect pests prevention and control reduction technology , is to achieve effective control of it.

  The Etiology of Green Spot Disease on Zizyphus Jujube 2015, 5 (7):  34-38.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0888 Abstract + ( 936 )   PDF ( 1379KB )   ( 1057 ) The paper aims to find out the cause of green spot disease of jujube. Through inoculating pathogen, Analysis distribution of disease fruit, gush medicine and fertilize. The causes of green spot disease occurring on jujube fruit were studied. The factors related to fruit location in different parts of tree crown, different green spots on the same fruit, and the calcium content of fruits were investigated. The results showed that fruits in the middle of tree crown had higher incidence rates (22.23%) than in other parts (give % here). Green spots in same fruit, the shade sides and middle parts had higher incidence rate at 51.73% and 41.38% respectively. The green spot organism was cultured, purified and then inoculated onto healthy fruit. The result showed that the inoculated fruit was not been infected, suggesting that green spot was not caused by fungi. The calcium content of diseases fruit was significantly lower than the health fruit. Therefore, green spots disease might be caused by the low level of calcium or deficiency of other minor element.

  Study on the Trapping Effect with Yellow Sticky Cards and Forecasting Model of Tobacco Whitefly in Protected Vegetables 2015, 5 (7):  39-46.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0762 Abstract + ( 1030 )   PDF ( 1447KB )   ( 993 ) For improving forecasting and sustained control the level of harm, dynamics of Bemisia tobaci (Gennadius) on different protected vegetables was monitored by using yellow sticky cards from 2009 to 2012. The results showed that internal cause of population and external cause of climate had a synergistic effect on the pest dynamics, leading tobacco whitefly to fluctuate up and down. The pest’s population had two damage peaks, summer and autumn peak (from July to August and from September to October). There were significant differences in population size among years. Both 2009 and 2010 were the severe occurrence period, while both 2011 and 2012 were lighter occurrence period compared with the other years. There was significant difference in catches by yellow sticky cards between different protected vegetables. The catches on cucumber was the highest, followed by eggplant and tomato, and the catches on pepper was the lowest. This suggested that the preference order of the pest on the protected vegetables was cucumber> eggplant> tomato> pepper in Hangzhou Area. Based on analyzing historical data, the population cardinal number in different periods and the meteorological data (such as temperature, humidity, illumination etc.) were used in selecting forecasting factors to construct the occurrence period forecasting model and occurrence amount forecasting model in peak period. In total, twenty- nine factors including nineteen meteorological factors and ten population density factors were screened out and used in the models, and models for different protected vegetables were constructed with the methods of stepwise regression. The population cardinal number and temperature were two key factors influencing the pest’s population dynamic based on the models.

  Studies on Seeds Dormancy Breaking Methods of Pigweed (Chenopodium album) 董良利,,,,,, and 2015, 5 (7):  47-50.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15010012 Abstract + ( 1381 )   PDF ( 1304KB )   ( 1144 ) [Objective]Studies on its biological characteristics, integrated control techniques and drug resistance was significant as dominant species of weed in northern dry land. Find fast and effective method of seed dormancy breaking was particularly important in order to accelerate the process. [Method]The effects of hot water, gbberellic acid and light condition treatment on seed dormancy breaking of Pigweed (Chenopodium album) were studied by indoor biometrics. [Result]The results showed that seeds germination potential, rate and vigor index of Pigweed increased using three treatments which could germinate seed dormancy of Pigweed. Gibberellic acid was the most effective of three. Maximum germination rate 89.33% could be obtained by 800 mg/L GA3 soaking treatments for 24 hours, and the germination rate increased 47.33% compared with the control. Light condition treatment followed, germination rate increased to 70% by 7 h/d after five days. Germination rate could be increased by the hot water treatment,but the effect was not significant.

In this article, research progress on the status of soil acidification, mechanism and influence factors of soil acidification, effects of soil acidification on soil quality and agronomic modified measures of soil acidification were summarized, the existed problems on research on soil acidification were analyzed, and the related research directions were pointed out.

  Research on the latent problems and countermeasures of soil degradation in the Wuding river middle reaches area on the left bank monitoring 邱端,,张斌 and 马三保 2015, 5 (7):  56-60.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15020004 Abstract + ( 945 )   PDF ( 1295KB )   ( 1037 ) In this paper, a detailed investigation of the Wuding River Basin in the middle reaches of the river left bank monitoring area of agricultural production base of forestry and the main agricultural crops in, choose different topographic structure (slope, terrace and dam), different measures configuration (arbor, shrub) and other 10 kinds of agricultural land into land type, soil physicochemical index monitoring, and the monitoring results are analyzed with two horizontal and vertical level, find all kinds of index of each class there are the trend of degradation of different level, and proposes 3 measures to solve the problem.

  Panzhihua smoke zone and applying quicklime content, soil nutrient and the relationship between the quality of flue-cured tobacco 2015, 5 (7):  61-64.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0900 Abstract + ( 991 )   PDF ( 1277KB )   ( 1167 ) Abstract: To reveal the effect of quicklime on the acid soil cultivated with flue-cured tobacco in Panzhihua city, Sichuan province, a two years continuous field experiment with four different amount of quicklime including 450, 900, 1,350 and 1,800 kg/hm2 were established, and the soil nutrition and flue-cured tobacco production traits were monitored. The result showed that the application of quicklime in acid soil could significantly increase the soil pH. Meanwhile, the soil nutrients, flue-cured tobacco yields, flue-cured tobacco economic returns and chemical composition of tobacco leaves were all also significantly influenced by using of quicklime. Among the four different amounts of quicklime, the soil nutrients contents, the flue-cured tobacco yields and quality were all reached the highest under the amount of 1,350 kg/hm2, furthermore, the chemical components of the flue-cured tobacco leaves were also very similar to those in the high quality tobacco.

  Effect of Planting Density and Fertilization Level on Yield of ‘Cui Yi No.1’ After Planting Tobacco 2015, 5 (7):  65-68.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15020008 Abstract + ( 1147 )   PDF ( 1168KB )   ( 992 ) The aims were to study the effect of different planting density and fertilization level on the yield and component factors of ‘Cui Yi No.1’ after planting tobacco, and select the optimal combination of high yield cultivation. L16(45) orthogonal design randomized block arrangement field experiment method was used in the 32 m2 residential area. Field management was carried out according to the growth stage, and related growth data was collected, the harvest yield was checked and accepted. The results showed that, fertilization level, and both of them interaction on yield of ‘Cui Yi No.1’ had significant differences. In a certain range, with the increase of planting density and fertilization level increased, the yield was also increased correspondingly, but beyond the scope of dense planting, fertilization level was too high, the yield decreased., the direct contribution to the yield in the 4 factors of yield components, was as follows: the effective plant number> grain number per plant > setting seeds rate > 100 grain weight. There are obvious mutual influence relations among the effective plant number, grain number per plant, setting seeds rate, and 100 grain weight of ‘Cui Yi No.1’. Every hectare planting density 30000 plexus-36000 plexus with N 225 kg, P2O5 112.5 kg, k2O 225 kg collocation, adding other high-yield cultivation technique, the yield could reach more than 4600 kg.

  Effect of leaching solution of Equisetum arvense of soil property、soil microbial quantity and soil enzyme 2015, 5 (7):  69-75.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15010020 Abstract + ( 933 )   PDF ( 1397KB )   ( 1038 ) [Objective] To evaluate soybean rhizosphere micro the allelopathic effect of ecological environment after different concentration of leaching solution of Equisetum arvense treatments, [Method] the changes of soil property、soil microbial quantity and soil enzyme were investigated. [Result]The results showed that the content of alkali nitrogen、available phosphorus and organic matter, the number of bacteria、fungi and actinomycetes were reduce after greater concentration of leaching solution of Equisetum arvense treatment; the activity of catalase were increase, the activity of urease were reduce, the activities of phosphatase and invertase were no apparent change after leaching solution of Equisetum arvense treatment. [Conclusion] Therefore, allelochemicals of Equisetum arvense decreased soil nutrient, and the soil enzyme is cushion for foreign substances.

  The Status Research on Synthesis and Application of Urea Formaldehyde Fertilizer 2015, 5 (7):  76-80.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0918 Abstract + ( 1032 )   PDF ( 1238KB )   ( 1490 ) The urea formaldehyde fertilizer was the earliest study and had the largest use of slow-release fertilizer in the world. It has been studied matured in a foreign country, while it has begun to be studied in China in recent years. The study in china started late, and the development of the fertilizer was lagging. In this study, there were synthesis of urea formaldehyde fertilizer, quality evaluation, the transformation and application status in the soil, to elaborate the synthetic and application status of urea formaldehyde fertilizer. The article also pointed out that as an emerging research hotspot in China, urea formaldehyde fertilizer had more broad prospects for development, and provided a reference for the development of urea-formaldehyde fertilizer in China.

  Investigation and Analysis on Fertilizer Structure of Different Farming Systems in Jiande City 2015, 5 (7):  81-86.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0908 Abstract + ( 904 )   PDF ( 1224KB )   ( 1068 ) Investigation of the structure of applied fertilizers in farming systems can provide a basis for understanding the problems in fertilizer application, and improving the program of soil testing and formulated fertilization. Thirty-one farmland fields in Jiande city were selected for five year-continuous monitoring of fertilizer structure, and the differences in application amounts and rates of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, and compositions of organic manure and chemical fertilizers of eight kinds of farming systems were compared. The results showed that farmland fertilizer inputs in the city varied greatly with planting systems and farmers, total input of N, P2O5, and K2O ranged from 219.45 to 1526.55 kg/hm2, with a average of 734.70 kg/hm2. There was a phenomenon of excess fertilizer application for part of the farmlands. In recent years, manure application rate increased, and contribution of organic manure to total nutrients of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium in farming systems averaged about 10.89%. Average ratios of N: P2O5: K2O in the fertilizers were about 1:0.6:0.6. The amounts of fertilizer application of economic crops were significantly higher than those of grain crops, and the organic fertilizer and phosphorus, potash fertilizer was preferentially applied to economic crops. Combined application of organic manure and chemical fertilizer, and NPK ratios of the applied fertilizers in present farming systems for the city are not very reasonable. In order to improve the productivity of cultivated land, it is necessary to increase efforts to promote the application of organic fertilizer, and increase the application amounts of phosphorus, potassium and organic fertilizer in agricultural fields with food crop production.

  Comparison of agricultural character and aroma component of Burley Tobacco Varieties in Dazhou Aera YANG Xing-you and 2015, 5 (7):  87-92.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0703 Abstract + ( 1013 )   PDF ( 1361KB )   ( 1312 ) Comparison experiment of different burley tobacco varieties were carried out in Dazhou, the index of growth and the content of chemical component and aroma component in leaves of different varieties were studied. The results showed that the variety‘Dabai 1’was the most adaptable in Dazhou area and the variety ‘KT204’was the second. The chemical component in cured leaves of these varieties was fitting, and two varieties‘KT204’and‘TN97’were better. The aroma component in cured leaves of these varieties was different, the aroma component in cured leaves of‘TN90’was the highest, followed by‘TN90’, and the aroma component of‘KT204’was more than that of‘Dabai 1’and‘EY4’.

  Propagation Technique of Acer Negundo ‘Auratum’ by Tender Branch Cutting under Full Sunlight and Water Spraying 2015, 5 (7):  93-96.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15010004 Abstract + ( 1137 )   PDF ( 1197KB )   ( 1390 ) Acer Negundo ‘Auratum’ has been cultivated in the three North Region, Jiangsu and Zhejiang area and South China, thanks to its stronger ability to adapt to the soil and climate environment. In the meantime, Acer Negundo ‘Auratum’ is a ornamental species with a high ornamental value and wide range of application, and suitable for courtyard trees, street trees and specimen trees. In order to speed up seedling propagation of Acer Negundo ‘Auratum’, the tender branch cutting propagation technique of Acer Negundo ‘Auratum’ was studied in this study, by making full use of cutting facilities in the colored-leaf trees domestication base of Henan Academy of Agricultural Science. The tender branch cutting has advantages of quick rooting, high survival rate, and a rich source of branches. But cutting facilities and the choice of the substrate is a key to success of the tender branch cutting. The tender branch cutting of Acer Negundo ‘Auratum’ was put by using full sunshine and auto spay system, and perlite substrate, in order to improve the rooting rate and survival rate. The results showed that rooting rate and survival rate reached both above 95%, and rotten root rate was almost zero. Therefore, it is an effective approach to achieve the scale rapid tender branch cutting propagation of Acer Negundo ‘Auratum’ under full sunlight and water spraying, and using perlite as a culture substrate.

By making 6 ecological scenic spot, a good ecological scenic spot pattern was established. By strengthening landscape patches complementary, and paying attention to industrial ecological cycle, good landscape ecological system was established. The paper proposed landscape ecological planning scheme in view of sustainable development to provide methodological guidance for mountain agriculture park planning.

  Climate regionalization of malting barley planting area based on GIS technologyin Hexi of Gansu Province 2015, 5 (7):  121-125.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas14120034 Abstract + ( 1264 )   PDF ( 1294KB )   ( 1243 ) : [Objective]Research aimed at use local climatic resources scientificly and rationally, in order to provide a scientific basis for Hexi area of Gansu Province reasonable layout of malting barley production and sustainable development.,[method] According malting barley climatic conditions needed for growth, combined with the results of previous studies, Select year≥0℃accumulated temperature, panicle initiation stage (late May to early June) and the average temperature of grain filling period (late June to mid-July), and the number of annual sunshine climate elements as malting barley climate zoning index. Used Hexi region 20 meteorological stations from 1981 to 2010 standard climate statistics and 1:250000 geographic information. Established a division factor and projections model of geographic information by multiple regression method, usingGIS technology and expert scoring method,[Results] malting barley of Gansu Hexi areas were refined agro-climatic division, divided into appropriate, second suitable and unsuitable three areas.[Conclusion] The results show that suitable areas are mainly located along the north Qilian Mountains and nearby the Mazong Mountain12 counties (districts, cities) above sea level in the region between 1500 to 2200m.

Agricultural and pastoral area is the area of sensitive to environmental, the area of fragile ecological environment, and the key area of national agricultural development and governance. Tuyou Banner is the typical agricultural and pastoral area. According to analysis on present situation of Toyou Banner, summarize the strengths, weakness, opportunity and threats for the development of modern agriculture, study on the core development strategy, put forward modern agricultural development planning ideas of Toyou Banner, then sum up a whole idea on the modern agriculture development of the typical agricultural pastoral areas, provide theoretical reference for the sustainable development of agricultural and pastoral areas in China.

  Analysis of Land Use Structure Based on Multiple Index ——A Case of Haikou 2015, 5 (7):  132-140.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15040013 Abstract + ( 1020 )   PDF ( 1450KB )   ( 1108 ) The quantitative measurement indicator system is established base on the feature of land use structure and regional actual in order to scientific analysis the level of coordination of land use structure and regional economic development. Base on the land change survey data and socio-economic data for the corresponding time points of Haikou in 2011,the system conducts measure from six indicators including the degree of land development utilization,intensive degree and comprehensive benefits,combination type, the degree of diversification, the degree of centralization and regional index.The results show that the analysis results of indicators measure is consistent with the region actual,and measurement indicator system established base on regional land use characteristics is reasonable from the result of mutual authentication of different indicator. According to economic development situation of Haikou city district and land use combination type results of each district,The study finds Haikou domain can be divided 3 mixed-use zones base on similarity situation of land use：zone of concentrated and intensive use of construction land,zone of types of land diverse and development moderately, and zone of land type concentrated.
