  Effects of Soaking Time and Cycle of wetting and drying on Germination Percentage of ‘Xiushui134’Rice Seed 2015, 5 (8):  1-4.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas14120038 Abstract + ( 1421 )   PDF ( 1352KB )   ( 1296 ) Abstract:【Objective】Studied the influence of different time and different cycles of wetting and drying on seed germinating percentage of rice,the study aimed to provide the references on improving?the?germination?rate?of?rice seeds.【Method】With the ‘Xiushui 134’ as test material ,explored the effect of seed soaking treatment with different time（48h、60h and 72h） and different cycles of wetting and dry (0 cycle、1 cycle and 2cycles)on seed germinating percentage of rice Xiushui 134 .【Result】Through the influence effect of experimental factor on germination percentage, the influence effect of different cycles of wetting and drying was always greater than different time. In the environment of 17.5℃, the germination percentage of treatment 3 which soaked with two cycles of wetting and drying was significantly higher than the germination percentage of treatment 1 which soaked with 0 cycles of wetting and drying and the germination percentage of treatment 2 which soaked with one cycle of wetting and drying.The germination percentage of treatment C which soaked with 72 hours was significantly higher than the germination percentage of treatment A which soaked with 48 hours and the germination percentage of treatment B which soaked with 60 hours.【Conclusion】Soaking the seeds for 72h and two cycles of wetting and dry could promote the germination rate，and had significant inhibiting effect on seed germination in Chongming.

  The Establishment and Utilization of Quality Rice Core Germplasm ‘Song 93-8’ 闫 平,,,,,徐振华 and 2015, 5 (8):  5-11.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas14100044 Abstract + ( 1699 )   PDF ( 531KB )   ( 1090 ) ybridized combinations were designed using ‘Song 93-8’ as parent, and pedigree method was adopted to choose the future generations in order to verify ‘Song 93-8’ was high quality rice core germplasm resources. The results show that 23 new rice species were bred in 11 years. And the species bred had such characteristics as early maturity, superior quality, high yield and strong resistance, and were cultivated with the cumulative promotion area 2013000 hm2. Growth period and plant height, spike length, yield presented significant positive correlation, and presented extremely significant negative correlation with rice blast. Head Rice Ratio presented extremely significant positive correlation with brown rice percentage and chalkiness ratio. It was positive correlation between taste value and brown rice ration, head rice ratio, gel consistency, and negative correlation with chalkiness ratio, chalkiness degree, amylose content. So ‘Song 93-8’ had strong heritability and combining ability, was high quality rice core germplasm resources with a broad genetic base.

  Effects of Cultivation Mode and Planting Density on Corn Yield and its Components 2015, 5 (8):  23-26.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas14100104 Abstract + ( 1548 )   PDF ( 1196KB )   ( 1187 ) We did the experiment to guide the corn production by choosing effective cultivation mode and reasonable planting density.We used Demeiya3 as test material to study the effects of cultivation modes and planting densities on corn yield ,yield components and main agronomic traits.The results showed under the same planting density the yield of T1 treatment was higher than T2 and T3 treatments,The yield difference between T1 and T2 treatment was not significant,but greatly significant with T3 treatment.Under the same cultivation mode,the yield firstly increased then decreased with the density increasing and the D2 treatment had the highest yield,the difference between D1 and D2、D3 was significant, the difference between D2 and D3 was not siginificant.Under the same density,T1 treatment had highest grain number per spike,grain weight per spike and lowest lodging rate, empty stalk rate.

  The Analysis of Occurrence Regularity of Weeds in Direct Seeding Early Rice Fields 2015, 5 (8):  27-30.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas14110012 Abstract + ( 1421 )   PDF ( 1227KB )   ( 1469 ) In order to make clear the species and emergence trend of weeds in direct seeding early rice fields, to help farmers apply herbicide reasonably.Weed communities in direct seeding early rice fields of Xiangshan were studied by using W type five-point sampling method. The results showed that there were 14 species belonging to 5 families of weeds appearing in rice fields, Leptochloa chinensis, Echinochloa crusgalli were main species of weeds, total numbers of seedling emergence were 73.2%, 13.6%, 13.2% for grasses, sedges and broadleaf weeds, respectively. Grass weeds started to emerge in the fields 3 to 4 days after rice was seeded, E. Crusgalli germinated earlier especially. Sedge weeds and broadleaf weeds started to emerge in the fields 7 to 14 days after rice was seeded. Emergence peaks appear 28 days after rice was seeded, Numbers of weed species were 427, Grasses weeds composed the majority of weeds, accounted for a total of?82.7%. Because of a mass of sedges and broadleaf weeds germinating, the total amount of the weeds appear emergence peaks trend 42 days after rice was seeded, Numbers of weed species were 364.

  The Study of Millet's Properties and Quality Effects Spraying Paclobutrazol with Different Concentration and Time 2015, 5 (8):  31-35.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15050010 Abstract + ( 1223 )   PDF ( 1192KB )   ( 1350 ) Abstract: In the 3 period, spraying Paclobutrazol proved on millet varieties of JinGu 21 regulation, improved the stress resistance of JinGu 21, with 5 concentration testing. The results show that: after spraying Paclobutrazol, the JinGu 21's internode length (1-9) has obvious inhibiting effect, and reduce the number of internode, the plant height decreased significantly; the best period of spraying Paclobutrazol for millet is 9 leaves stage after seedling; the optimal concentration of Paclobutrazol is 0.4-0.5%; JinGu 21 millet's yield and quality did not affect.

It is difficult to control because of its small size, rapid propagation, better adaptability. Aphids caused not only plant nutrients loss, but also plant virus spread, serious impact on crop yield and quality. Various methods had been tried and researched to resist aphid, such as biological control, chemical control and gene engineering. This paper concluded and summarized the effective measures of aphid control in recent years, for the purpose of providing the basis and reference in future aphid control research.

  Synergisms of the Mixture of Thiamethoxam and Monosultap againstTetramoera schistaceana Snellen and its Field Control Effects against Sugarcane borer 2015, 5 (8):  40-43.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2013-xb1023 Abstract + ( 1335 )   PDF ( 1223KB )   ( 1706 ) Abstract: To study the chemical control of sugarcane borer and and to provide scientific basis for screening its efficient pesticides. The toxicity of thiamethoxam, monosultap and their mixture against Tetramoera schistaceana Snellen 2nd instar larvae were tested in the laboratory by sugarcane stem dipping methods, the results showed that both the thiamethoxam and monosultap had relatively high toxicity against Tetramoera schistaceana adults. Significant synergism was observed in the mixture of thiamethoxam and monosultap, with the ration of 1:18 showing the highest synergism. According to the proper proportion, a 3.8% GR synergistic formulation was manufactured, and the results of controlling after 45 days showed that the control effect were 80.1%, 85.4% at 55, 70 kg/hm2, respectively. These suggested monosultap thiamethoxam 3.8% GR be better as alternative pesticide on controlling sugarcane borer.

  Formula Development of Environmental Friendly 20% Quizalofop-p-ethyl EC 2015, 5 (8):  44-47.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15030017 Abstract + ( 1756 )   PDF ( 1155KB )   ( 1438 ) Abstract: To improve the environmental friendliness of Quizalofop-p-ethyl EC and meet the need of high quality Quizalofop-p-ethyl EC, formula of 20% Quizalofop-p-ethyl EC was developed and the optimal formula was determined based on the traditional formula of EC. Herbicidal effects of environmental friendly 20% Quizalofop-p-ethyl EC and the imported herbicide were compared through field efficacy trials. The results showed that the main control indicators were in line with the requirements. Herbicidal effect of environmental friendly 20% Quizalofop-p-ethyl EC was better than that of imported herbicide significantly. Thus, environmental friendly 20% Quizalofop-p-ethyl EC can replace the imported herbicide to control grassy weeds. Key words: Quizalofop-p-ethyl; EC; Formula; Efficacy

  Effect of No-till Straw Mulch on Soil Moisture in Soybean Field 赵桂范,, and 2015, 5 (8):  48-51.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15030018 Abstract + ( 1430 )   PDF ( 1287KB )   ( 1239 ) Micro area locating method was used in this test in order to study the effect of different no-till straw mulch amount on soil moisture in no-till soybean field. The results indicated that: As the straw mulch amount increased, the changes of soil moisture also increased in different soil layers treatments during different growth stages. The average soil moistures in different no-till straw mulch amount treatment of 0%, 30%, 60% and 100% are all higher than the conventional ridge culture treatment. The average increase range was from 0.99% to 3.77%. The 100% straw mulch treatment had the best water conservation effect in all the treatments; After straw mulch, the surface soil of no-till soybean in the early growth stage had significant water inrichment phenomenon. Compared to the conventional ridge treatment, the soil moisture of 5cm soil layer increased in different no-till straw mulch treatments by 4.81% to 9.43%.

  The analysis of a heavy rainfall process in summer over Tianshui 王小龙,朱拥军 and 李悦 2015, 5 (8):  59-64.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15010005 Abstract + ( 1278 )   PDF ( 3400KB )   ( 1004 ) In order to improve the forecasting and service ability of heavy rainfall in Tianshui，based on of all automatic station data, sounding data and Micaps actual data, he author analyzed a heavy rainfall weather process occurred in August 12, 2010 in tianshui. Results indicated that the heavy rain occured associated with the vortex shear line in the south of Gansu Province. The moisture transports coming from the SCS to Tianshui was main sources of the heavy rainfall process and the moisture transports from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and upstream of Indian Ocean played complementary roles. The coupling interaction of the high and low-level jet had a certain guide and promote role in the heavy rainfall process. Upper air divergence and the flow field of low convergence situation caused strong upward movement, which was a necessary condition for the heavy rainfall. According to the analysis of the vertical velocity field, it was favorable to the occurrence and development of heavy rain as constant upward movement to trigger the release of unstable energy.

  Research on the Adaptability of New Flue-Cured Tobacco Varieties (Lines) in Heilongjiang Tobacco Growing Area 2015, 5 (8):  65-72.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0572 Abstract + ( 1050 )   PDF ( 1288KB )   ( 1258 ) Abstract: In order to select new flue-cured tobacco varieties (lines) suitable for Heilongjiang flue-cured tobacco areas, a comparative trail of seven new introduced flue-cured tobacco varieties (lines), including of ‘Youxuan1’, ‘LY0414’, ‘Y8190’, ‘0408’, ‘CF225’, ‘Y106’, ‘JZ7-07’, were identified, using ‘NC89’ as controls. The results showed that ‘Y8190’, ‘0408’ and ‘JZ7-07’ had favorable characters of yield, output value, quality, adaptability and economic efficacy, and the comprehensive characters of ‘Y8190’, ‘0408’ and ‘JZ7-07’ were superior to those of ‘NC89’ as check variety. They should be recommended for further demonstration in Heilongjiang flue-cured tobacco areas.

  Effects of exogenous hormones and medium on Stem Tip germination ‘Akihime’ strawberry 金真 2015, 5 (8):  73-77.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0643 Abstract + ( 3160 )   PDF ( 1220KB )   ( 1708 ) Abstract: The research is set up in order to get an efficient and acceptable system for stem tip germination of ‘Akihime’ strawberry. The system of rapid propagation was established by tissue culture of stem tip of ‘Akihime’ strawberry under different concentrations of exogenous hormones and different medium. The results showed that the best medium or treatment for various stages were as follows: (1) the larger the stem tips, the higher the survival rate. (2) Survival rate of stem tip was higher of 80% under the improved White medium and 40 g/L sucrose, pH 5.8. (3) Considering for both proliferation coefficient and quality, the acceptable proliferation medium was: MS 6-BA 0.5 mg/L NAA 0.05 mg/L 30 g/L saccharose, in this medium, the proliferation coefficient was 3.8. (4)Rooting medium: 1/2 MS sucrose 30 g/L. When using this acceptable system to germinate ‘Akihime’ strawberry, the research can get high efficiency.

According to selection criteria of herb, we selected 29 species of 11 families of wild herb, and their properties, habitat, ornamental values and landscape application were discussed and analyzed. Suggestions were proposed on exploring the wild herb resources to promote the development of landscape in Hengyang City of Hunan Province, South-central China.

This paper discussed the circulation agricultural model of scale dairy farm mode and put forward the relevant policy. Farmdung (including cow dung, urine and aquaculture wastewater) was proposedto be the main factor causing environmental pollution. And the grass could consume farm dung and turn waste into treasure, which was the main carrier of the agricultural cycle. Therefore, large-scale dairy farm can make the best use of grass, formed to build grassdyke-circulation agriculture model. Large-scale dairy farm needed a large amount of fresh grass and hybrid Pennisetum had high yield and high absorption rate for dairy effluent ammonia. This model which was built on three major factors, was a low cost and high efficiency, safe and high quality, clean and eco-agricultural model cycle.

  The research on introduced bee colonies in different florescence on the effect of pear pollination 2015, 5 (8):  105-110.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0898 Abstract + ( 1180 )   PDF ( 1651KB )   ( 1632 ) In order to perfect the techniques of bee pollination for pear, improve the efficiency of bee pollination and save cost, research the influence of the introduced bee colonies in different florescence on the honeybees collecting pear pollen. Using Pyrus bretschneideri ‘Dangshansuli’ and Apis mellifera as test materials, study the influence of introduced bee colonies in different florescence on the effect of pear pollination. The results showed that there was a large quantity of pollen dispersal during pear declining period, the quantity of the pollen collected by bees was to maximum, there was a positive correlation between the pear pollen weight and flowering quantities of introduced bee colonies in the first day, the pear pollen percentage of introduced bee colonies which collected during early blooming time and full blooming time were higher than other florescence, the weight and percentage of pear pollen of introduced bee colonies which collected during early blooming time were higher than other time in the same day, the peak time of collecting pear pollen was between 12:00 to 13:00, the foraging ability and pollination efficiency of the bee colonies introduced during early blooming and full blooming time was better than other florescence. So we think that the bees should be introduced to pollinate when the flowering percentage is about to 20%, the effect of pear pollination could be the best.

Comparing with method of the correlation coefficient of analytic system on maize leaf area and method on leaf area equipment –CI202 were 0.9479, comparing with method of the correlation coefficient of analytic system on maize leaf area and and paper cutting were 0.9382,comparing with method of the correlation coefficient of analytic system on maize leaf area and method on leaf area equipment –LI-3100 were 0.8561. The result showed that it was suit for testing maize leaf area with analytic system of maize leaf area. To look for one counting method of testing maize leaf area, which was leaf length unlimited, handy, quickly, accuracy, no other power supply and used of outside. The beneficial supplement, rather than replace.

From the operation mode, under-forest economy can be divided into four kinds of development modes which were under-forest planting, under-forest breeding, under-forest product processing, forest landscape use. In order to promote the healthy development of under-forest economy, the author has carried on the investigation and the analysis of under-forest development in Henan ,Anhui and Shanxi, summarized the main operation modes of under-forest economy in the middle area, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the various development modes. Then the author pointed out that the popularization of each mode should fully consider the climatic and market conditions so as to make a good plan for the development mode and scope of under-forest economy; species resources under forest should not be rigid piecing together and follow the same pattern. At last the author emphasized that development of under-forest economy must be on the condition of ecological environment protection, and highlighted the dominant position of forestry development to ensure the sustainable development of forest land.

Take the operation mode of Fuxi plantation for an example, we demonstrated the beautiful countryside construction must be based on the theory of "3E" agriculture, with low carbon and high efficiency as the goal, with the ecological cycle as the core and with information technology as the method, urban and rural areas realized linkage development at last. Finally, on the policy background of the integrating development of urban and rural areas, we analyzed the practical significance to develop “3E” agriculture for the construction of the beautiful countryside from the perspectives of economic, social, ecological etc.
