气相色谱法检测橙子中氟虫腈农药残留分析

Determination of Fipronil Pesticide Residues in Orange by Gas Chromatographic Method

摘要: 为了便于农药残留检测参数的普及,笔者建立了气相色谱测定橙子中氟虫腈及其残留物的检测方法。此方法采用乙腈提取橙子中的氟虫腈及其残留物,用石墨碳黑氨基柱对样品进行净化,以气相色谱作为检测手段,ECD检测器进行定性定量分析。研究结果表明:测定橙子中氟虫腈及其残留物的农药残留含量重复性试验相对标准偏差为2.36%~5.68%,定量限为0.003~0.04 mg/kg,检出限为0.001~0.002 mg/kg。氟虫腈及其残留物共4 种农药,在0.05~2.0 mg/L 范围内线性关系良好,R 值均大于0.990。此方法检测橙子中氟虫腈及其残留物的农药残留的检测准确可行,符合国家标准要求。

Abstract: In order to popularize the detection arguments of residual pesticides, an analytical method for the determination of fipronil and other residues in orange by gas chromatography was developed. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, further cleaned up by graphite carbon amino columns, and detected by gas chromatography with electron capture detector (GC ECD). The results showed that the relative standard deviation of repeatability test to measure fipronil and other pesticide residues was 2.36% to 5.68% under this method, the limit of quantification was 0.003-0.04 mg/kg and the limit of detection was 0.001-0.002 mg/kg. There were four residues which had a good linearity in the range of 0.05-2.0 mg/L with the R value greater than 0.990. The method was feasible and accurate in the detection of fipronil and other residues in orange, and the result was in conformity with the national level.
