摘要:

甲氧基丙烯酸类农药是近年来发展起来的新型杀菌剂,它包括嘧菌酯、吡唑醚菌酯、肟菌酯、啶氧菌酯、氟嘧菌酯和醚菌酯等产品。本研究对甲氧基丙烯酸类农药的残留方法进行综述,包括提取技术、净化技术和分析技术。在样品前处理中,以octadecyl silica(C18)、N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)或石墨化碳黑(GCB)为净化剂的QuEChERS技术应用最广泛。在样品分析中,传统的气相色谱、高效液相色谱虽仍在应用,但气相色谱-串联质谱、高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术由于具有极高的选择性和灵敏性,己得到迅速发展和广泛应用。飞行质谱、近红外光谱、酶联免疫吸附等检测技术也会有很大的应用潜力。

Abstract:

Strobilurins are new fungicides developed in recent years, mainly including azoxystrobin, pyraclostrobin, trifloxystrobin, picoxystrobin, fluoxastrobin and kresoxim-methyl. In this study, the development of strobilurins residue analytical methods such as extraction, purification and detection techniques was expounded. QuEChERS can be applied widely in sample pre-treatment with octadecyl silica(C18), primary secondary amine(PSA) or graphitized carbon black(GCB) as purifying agent. Although traditional gas chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography are still used in analysis of samples, gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS) and high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) have been developed rapidly and applied widely because of their excellent selectivity and sensitivity. Time of flight mass spectrometer (TOF MS), near-infrared spectroscopy(NIR) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISA) also have great application potentiality.
