摘要：

近年来,我国农村创业创新在实施乡村振兴战略、助力脱贫攻坚、推动产业升级发展等方面取得显著成效,但同时存在一些问题短板。本文通过分析新农人创业创新存在的典型问题,提出农村“双创”背景下通过培育各类新农人引领乡村振兴的有效措施,并对未来新农人对农村“双创”引领示范作用做出进一步展望。

Abstract:

In recent years, China's rural “entrepreneurship and innovation” has achieved remarkable results in implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy, enhancing poverty alleviation, and promoting agricultural industrial upgrading and development, but there are still problems and shortcomings. This paper analyzes the typical problems existing in the New Farmers’ entrepreneurship and innovation, puts forward effective measures to lead the Rural Revitalization by cultivating all kinds of New Farmers under the background of rural “entrepreneurship and innovation”, and looks forward to the leading and exemplary role of New Farmers in rural “entrepreneurship and innovation” in the future.
