复合微生物菌剂对西瓜生长及根结线虫防治的影响

Effects of Compound Microbial Agents on the Growth of Watermelon and the Control of Root-Knot Nematode

摘要:

为有效防治西瓜根结线虫,选择2020年线虫危害98%造成西瓜绝产的春大棚,采用复合微生物菌剂战线+寡糖·噻唑膦(Nematode Killing+Oligosaccharides Fosthiazate, treatment 1)和复合微生物菌剂富土抗线(Anti-Nemetode, treatment 2)2种不同微生物菌剂处理与不施用任何杀线虫药剂进行对比,研究微生物菌剂对西瓜根结线虫的抑制效果,以及对西瓜产量和品质的影响。结果表明:2个微生物菌剂在西瓜生长及线虫防治上均优于对照。战线处理西瓜产量为60912.0 kg/hm2,富土抗线处理西瓜产量为60393.6 kg/hm2。战线处理西瓜中心可溶性固形物为13.73%,富土抗线处理的为13.30%,均优于对照处理,且中心、边缘可溶性固形物及产量与对照相比均差异显著。施用复合微生物菌剂的处理线虫虫口量远低于对照,同时全生育期植株根系均无线虫浸染,好于对照。说明微生物菌剂在防治西瓜根结线虫中具有较好的应用效果。

Abstract:

To effectively prevent and control watermelon root-knot nematodes, the author chose greenhouses where 98% of watermelons were damaged by nematode and had no yield in 2020, compared the treatments of two compound microbial agents (Nematode Killing+Oligosaccharides Fosthiazate, treatment 1; Anti-Nemetode, treatment 2) with no nematicides application (CK), and studied the inhibitory effect of microbial agents on watermelon root-knot nematode, as well as the impact of microbial agent on watermelon yield and quality. The results showed that the two microbial agents had better effect on the growth of watermelon and the control of nematodes compared with CK. The yield of treatment 1 was 60912.0 kg/hm2, and the yield of treatment 2 was 60393.6 kg/hm2. The soluble solid content in the center of watermelon was 13.73% in treatment 1, and 13.30% in treatment 2, better than that of CK. The soluble solid content and yield were significantly different from those of CK. Under the treatment of compound microbial agents, the nematode population was much lower than that of CK, and at the same time, the plant roots in the whole growth period were not infected by nematodes, which was better than that of CK. In conclusion, compound microbial agents have a better application effect on the control of watermelon root-knot nematode.
