山西省谷子白发病菌种分类及致病能力的研究

Research of white millet disease bacteria classification and pathogenic ability on Shanxi province

摘要: 摘要: 本研究征集了山西省五个谷子主产区白发病菌种,对13个抗性不同的谷子品种进行抗病性鉴定,根据不同地区菌种的致病能力可分为3类,晋中地区菌株致病力极强,为第一类菌种。最高菌株率达52.38%,平均菌株率达14.1%;长治地区菌株致病力较强,为第二类菌种;临汾、吕梁和忻州地区病菌致病力比较接近,弱于前两者,分为第三类菌种。同时,鉴定分析了山西省五个地区白发病菌与13个品种之间的互作反应,为山西省谷子新品种选育提供依据。

Abstract: Abstract: The study recruited five millet production area of Shanxi province white hair disease strains against 13 different resistance of Foxtail Millet Varieties for resistance identification. According to pathogenic bacteria in different regions can be divided into three categories, strain pathogenicity in Jinzhong area is very strong, as the first class strain. The maximum strain rate was 52.38%, the average strain rate of 14.1% strains pathogenic stronger; in Changzhi, for the second species of bacteria; Linfen, Lvliang and Xinzhou Virulence relatively close, weaker than the first two, divided into the third categories. At the same time, the identification and analysis of the interaction between the five regions of Shanxi province hair germs and 13 varieties, and provide the basis for breeding new varieties of Foxtail Millet in Shanxi province.
