摘要： 发展现代农业是农业转型升级的主要任务，笔者结合潍坊市坊子区发展现代农业取得的初步成效，就坊子区立足自然资源和农业资源优势，如何克服制约因素，探索新形势下发展现代农业，对“休闲化”、“规模化”、“产业化”、“品牌化”和“科技化”方面的思路和对策做出简单论述。

Abstract: Developing modern agriculture is the first task of cultural transformation and upgrading. Based on the natural and agricultural resources in Fangzi District of Weifang City, this thesis was combined with the achievements of developing modern agriculture, simply discussed how to overcome the restricting factors and develop the ‘Leisure’, ‘Scale’, ‘Industry’, ‘Brand’ and ‘Technology’.
