生栀子(Gardenia jasminoides Ellis)杀螨活性物质的提取与分离

摘要: 为了对生栀子(Gardenia )中的杀螨活性物质进行分离分析,采用色谱技术对生栀子乙酸乙酯部分的萃取物进行了分离和纯化,并获得了两个萜类物质。采用色谱技术鉴定其化学结构为京尼平苷和熊果酸。这两种化合物对朱砂叶螨的触杀活性的半致浓度(LC50)值分别为2.69 mg.ml-1、1.81 mg.ml-1。并发现当两种试剂的溶液中加入等浓度等体积的KOH溶液后,其杀螨活性大幅度提高,半致死浓度为0.94mg.ml-1和0.95mg.ml-1。实验结果表明京尼平苷和熊果酸对朱砂叶螨均具有一定的杀螨活性,尤其在加入KOH溶液后。

Abstract: To study acaricidal activity of compounds from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis, two hemiterpene were isolated from EtOAc extract of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis by using various chromatographic techniques,and their chemical structure were identified as Geniposide and Ursolic acid on basis of comparing spectroscopic data with literature.Their half lethal concentration(LC50) value against Tetranychus cinnabarinus( Boisduval) were detected as 2.69 mg.ml-1and1.81 mg.ml-1 .And detected that the acaricidal activity of two compounds increased significantly when join with concentration of KOH. The half lethal concentration(LC50) value were detected as 0.94mg.ml-1、0.95 mg.ml-1 .The result showed that Geniposide and Ursolic acid all have significantly higher acaricidal activities,especial when join with KOH.
