摘要:

鲜食蚕豆产业自20世纪90年代初开始发展,主要历经了产业起步、产业雏形、产业发展阶段,目前中国鲜食蚕豆产业已到达提升阶段。本研究综述了鲜食蚕豆产业的发展阶段、影响鲜食蚕豆产业发展的主要因素、鲜食蚕豆产业发展的现状并针对现状提出鲜食蚕豆产业发展的几点策略,以期为将来鲜食蚕豆产业发展实现突破和不断提升提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:

China’s fresh broad bean industry started in the early 1990s, and it has mainly gone through four development stages including industrial beginning, industrial rudiment, industrial development and industrial upgrading. At present, China’s fresh broad bean industry has reached the stage of upgrading. This paper reviewed the development stages of fresh bean industry in China, the main factors affecting the industry, and the current status of the industry. In addition, the study proposed several countermeasures for the breakthrough in future development and upgrading of China’s fresh broad bean industry.
