Abstract: China’s total grain output reached 590 million t in 2012, for the first time the “nine even increase”, which is the great achievement of China’s agricultural historic and is rare in the history of world agriculture development. However, at the same time tremendous achievements, China’s agriculture is still facing many problems. On the basis of extensive investigation, author think that the current China’s agriculture is facing 10 prominent issues .There are: land, labor problems, animal power, water conservancy, investment problems, disasters, ecological environment problems, waste of resources, economies of scale and economic benefits. These problems have extremely adverse effects on the agricultural development in our country. In response to these problems, in order to implement the new century and the new era of China’s agriculture sustained, stable and healthy development, the following countermeasures and measures must be taken: one is to raise awareness; Second, strictly enforce the law; Third is to strengthen training; Fourth, improve efficiency; Fifth is to conserve resources; Sixth, protect the environment; Seventh is the development of science and technology; Eighth is a solid foundation.
