Abstract: Agricultural informalization and agricultural modernization is one of the most important strategies. And agricultural informatization is formed by the three stages of pre-production, mid-production and post-production informatization. At first, in this paper, the model of agricultural production circulate was given according to the research of the process of agricultural production from farmer to customer (consumer). Secondly, the paper focus on the current agricultural informatization situation of process, transportation and distribution and points out what is the problem in the situation and what reason lead to these problems. Finally, we discuss the way to achieve agricultural post-production informatization. One way is through the establishment of a variety of information systems which can replace the traditional manual management to reduce personnel costs. Another way is combining information system with some hardware technology to achieve more automated, efficient management and to achieve post-production informatization of process, transportation and distribution. All above provides a feasible way to achieve agricultural post-production informatization
