AHP-Based Research of Lightning Disaster Vulnerability Zoning

摘要: 采用气象观测、地理信息、社会调查等数据,基于层次分析法(AHP)和分级统计法,从致灾因子危险性、孕灾环境敏感性、承灾体脆弱性方面建立评估模型,综合分析北京地区雷电灾害易损度分布特征。结果表明,致灾因子极高危险区主要分布在怀柔、密云和门头沟等地区;孕灾环境低敏感区主要分布于建筑物以钢筋混凝土结构为主的地区;承灾体最脆弱的地区为东西城、海淀和朝阳等经济发达且人口稠密的核心城区。综合分析发现,北京地区雷电灾害易损度区域分布比较分散,极高易损区包括东西城及北部延庆和密云,高易损区包括西南部丰台、门头沟、房山及北部怀柔,极高易损区和高易损区占北京市总面积62%以上。

Abstract: Distribution characteristics of lightning damage vulnerability in Beijing area are researched by establishing the evaluation model refer to the disaster factors’ hazard, sensitivity of disaster environment, vulnerability of bearing body. The data of meteorological observation, geographic information, and social surveys are used for analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and hierarchical statistics. The results show that the maximum value of disaster factors is distributed in Huairou, Miyun and Mentougou. The low sensitive areas of the disaster environment are mainly distributed in the areas where the buildings with reinforced concrete structure. The most vulnerable area is distributed in the East, the West, Haidian and Chaoyang. In addition, regional distribution of lightning damage vulnerability is relatively scattered in Beijing area. The highest-risk areas are distributed in the East, the West, Yanqing and Miyun, the sub-highest-risk in Fengtai, Mentougou, Fangshan and Huairou, these areas account for more than 62% of Beijing.
