农产品质量安全监管实践与问题思考

Developing the Long Term System for Certificated Agro-product Supervision

摘要: 从山东省寿光市农产品质量安全监管实践出发,分析了有关制度实施中存在的问题,提出了强化农产品质量安全监管、提高效能的若干建议。对农业的弱势基础、分散经营方式和低效发展能力等制约中国农业现代化进程发展和制约农产品质量安全提升的问题进行了分析,并有针对性的提出了相关的意见建议。

Abstract: Starting from the practice of quality and safety supervision of agricultural products in Shouguang City of Shandong Province, we analyze the problems existing in the implementation of the relevant systems, and put forward suggestions on strengthening the supervision and improving the efficiency. We study the problems restricting the development of agricultural modernization and the improvement of the quality and safety of agricultural products in China, such as the weak foundation of agriculture, the mode of decentralized management and the inefficient development ability, and propose some countermeasures.
