Abstract:

As an effective production organization form prevailing all over the world, industrial cluster is an important way for a country or region to obtain competitive advantage. The industrial park has become an important platform and incubation carrier to promote the adjustment of industrial structure, economic development and the gathering of science and technology industries. It carries a series of important missions, such as gathering innovative resources, cultivating new industries, solving the issues of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and promoting the integration of urban and rural areas. In order to research the pros and cons of industrial park construction, give a full play to the industrial park to build the positive role in promoting local economic and social development, the author went to Shandong, Heilongjiang, Hunan, Guangdong and other places to carry on the research on industrial park construction, and based on this, put forward suggestions as optimizing park planning and layout, increasing the capital investment in a diversified way and building characteristic industry, improving the talent cultivation mechanism, and optimizing the investment environment.
