Abstract: Since the new century,because of China's comprehensive national strength enhanced, the social mainstream value tends to be the values of fairness and justice, there has been a great improvement in social policy about migrant workers of the floating population.However, limited by the weakness of the migrant workers status, lack of interest expression channels and political participation ability, also can't effectively with unit of choose and employ persons on behalf of the management bargaining, the actual policy implementation results are unsatisfactory. As China's floating population of migrant workers internal differentiation , relevant social policies should be positive change , should pay more attention to integration of migrant workers in urban issues .
