  The Adjustment Strategy of Wheat Cultivars in the Shajiang Black Soil Area of Huaibei 2014, 4 (9):  1-5.  Abstract + ( 1512 )   PDF ( 1303KB )   ( 1238 ) Key words: Wheat; Lime Concretion Black Soil; Climate Change; Cropping Pattern; Distribution; Adjustment Strategy To make the growth and development process of wheat in Huaibei area coordinate and synchronize local ecological resources of light, temperature, water and so on, and to effectively solve the problem of wheat seeds difficult to sow and emergency which was caused by drought at wheat suitable sowing date and poor soil tillage condition in lime concretion black soil of Huaibei, yield potential and promotion prospects of planting weak winter wheat varieties in Huaibei area was proved, and the planting area of weak winter wheat varieties which should be further expanded in lime concretion black soil of Huaibei was proposed in order to lay the foundation for wheat sustainable high and stable yield in this area on the basis of systematic analysis the change trend of meteorological factors which has affected wheat growth

  Wheat High-yield Cultivation Technology Assembly Under the Condition of Different Sowing Date in Huaibei Area 2014, 4 (9):  6-12.  Abstract + ( 1492 )   PDF ( 1347KB )   ( 1338 ) In order to establish cultivation technique model under the condition of different sowing date in different locations in Huaibei Area. Using comprehensive methods were orthogonal design method and stability evaluation based on many years and many places. The main research area was the northern region, central region and southern region in Huaibei area of Anhui Province. The results showed that, high stability of the treatment were: wheat varieties ‘Yannong 19’ and ‘Wanmai 52’; nitrogen quantity was 240 kg/hm2, ratio of base and topdressing was 5:5-4:6, planting density was 120×104-180×104 plants per hm2, Weeding hoe and spraying on leaf fertilizer "star of America" as the best course of action. For ‘Zhoumai 22’ high stability of the treatment were: nitrogen quantity was 300 kg/hm2, ratio of base and topdressing was 5:5, planting density was 180×104 plants per hm2. For production, early sowing (October 3rd) and late sowing (October 30th) had production effect, suitable sowing time was October 15th. Early sowing wheat high-yield cultivation techniques should choose winter wheat or semi-winter wheat varieties, appropriate to reduce density, Wheat repression and chemical control in the wheat turning green stage. Late sowing wheat high-yield cultivation techniques should be choose partial spring semi winter wheat varieties, increasing planting density, increase the fertilizer rate, spraying leaf fertilizer on wheat at later growth stage, in order to enhance grain grouting intensity. It will be beneficial to improve wheat yield.

  The Practices and Theories of Wheat Super-high-yielding Cultivation in Large Lime Concretion Black Soil Area of Huaibei 2014, 4 (9):  13-18.  Abstract + ( 1577 )   PDF ( 1185KB )   ( 1203 ) In order to effectively decrease the impact of the adverse property of “drought, waterlogging, concretion, leanness” in lime concretion black soil and frequent natural disasters of transitional climate in Huaibei area of Anhui province on wheat sustainable high yielding and production potential fully playing in this area. Since the “eleventh five-year plan” for national science and technology project of food production implementation, through the method of scientific research, verificating and demonstrating with many years and points and tracking analysis by establishing file at fixed fields, centering on regional soil characteristics, ecological conditions and wheat production status, from the aspects of improving lime concretion black soil fertility, selecting suitable wheat varieties, building high quality population, using resource efficiency, adopting scientific fertilization methods and the preventing disease and lodging, and established “one increase two change three prevent” super-high-yielding technological system of wheat yield 9750 kg/hm2 which was suitable for transitional climate and the characteristics of lime concretion black soil in Huaibei area. The results indicated that, the application of this comprehensive technology system could make the wheat yields in several hundreds mu of tackling fields in project counties of Taihe, Mengcheng, Guoyang were higher than 9750 kg/hm2, and also can create typical high yield example in the same year at multi-points which the wheat yield was higher than 11400 kg/hm2. The formation of this technical system which had been tested and verified through field production practice had great application significance and promotion values on increasing wheat yield in a large range in lime concretion black soil area of the south of Huanghuai Region.

  Effects of Sowing Data on Growth，Yield and Component factorws of Maize After Wheat stubble Resowing 2014, 4 (9):  19-24.  Abstract + ( 1894 )   PDF ( 1316KB )   ( 1815 ) Four the expecially early varieties were tested in three sowing data to study the variation on the growth，yield and yield component factors. The results showed that the optional sowing data after wheat stubble resowing was June 25-July 5 in Taiyuan region and the optimal sowing data was June 25. The effect of sowing-emergence and emergence-silking days was not significant, but a lagged grain filling was found in late sowed Maize. The results of yield showed that there was significant difference on different varieties，different sowing data and the difference of interaction effect between variety and sowing data in this study, difference varieties were sowed in difference sowing data, the optimal sowing data for Bingdan No. 6 was June 25，Jiuyu No.5 was June 30, Jiuyuzaoshu No.1 was July 5 . Later sowing dacreased 1oo-grain weight and grains per row, thus make the yield of maize was decreased .

  Residue Dynamics about Acephate of Different Formulations in Cabbage 2014, 4 (9):  33-36.  Abstract + ( 1080 )   PDF ( 1616KB )   ( 1229 ) The results of dunamics about Acephate of different formulations showed:(1) Acephate could metabolize to Methamidophos and metabolic rate was affected by different formulations;(2) the half-life of Acephate in cabbages was 1.12~1.19 days,and the half-life of Methamidophos in cabbages was 1.53~1.76 days;(3) Acephate had higher Methamidophos residue risk in the crops,and the safe interval of acephate should be extended to 11days.

  Effect of compound fertilizer in different techniques on yield of winter wheat 2014, 4 (9):  37-41.  Abstract + ( 1057 )   PDF ( 1415KB )   ( 1103 ) In order to change the way of choosing compound fertilizer technique for winter wheat randomly and blindly, meanwhile solving the problem on low yield in winter wheat because of inadequate fertilization, the field trial, on the typical farmland, was researching the comparison on winter wheat by applying common S-based compound fertilizer, in different technique during 2010-2012.The treatments, designed including different compound fertilizer technique, mixed fertilizer and French AZF, were applying for base fertilizer 600kg/ha by proportion of N-P2O5-K2O=15-15-15. The result showed that the winter wheat yield of mixed fertilizer technique and French AZF technique were increased significantly,which had a significant difference between the 2 treatments, but economic benefit didn't have significant difference.The yield of mixed fertilizer technique and French AZF technique treatments were 3262.0kg/ha、3168.0kg/ha,increased by 65.7%、63.8% compared to CK, and the economic benefit increased 5278.20yuan、4252.80 yuan. The research suggested that the mixed fertilizer and French AZF technique should be chose for base fertilizer on winter wheat.

  Piggery fermentation bed padding with nitrogen fertilizer on tea tree photosynthetic characteristics and the influence of tea production 2014, 4 (9):  42-46.  Abstract + ( 1020 )   PDF ( 1304KB )   ( 1038 ) In order to explore the pig fermentation bed padding applied to the influence of the tea tree growth, to carry out the field experiments, research on base fertilizer application with fermentation bed padding using 0, 20, 40 t/hm2, top dressing nitrogen of 0, 67.5, 135.0 kg N/hm2 in spring to tea plant photosynthetic characteristics and the influence of tea production. The results showed that the application of fermentation bed padding processing , improve the tea tree net photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content and tea tree, but no obvious difference (P>0.05); Top dressing of nitrogen fertilizer significantly increased tea plant chlorophyll content and tea net photosynthetic rate (p < 0.05), increase rate increases with the increase of nitrogen. Fermentation mattress is expected to significantly improve top dressing nitrogen fertilizer, fresh tea tea production (p<0.05), Interaction of mattress material and nitrogen fertilizer in tea production was not significant (p>0.05). Comprehensive Treatment, medium fermentation mattress material with the conventional surueyed nitrogen treatment (T5) tea tree leaf chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate and tea production is the highest , suitable for tea garden fertilizer.

  The Effect of Biochar on Soil Temperature in Huanghuai Wheat Field 2014, 4 (9):  47-49.  Abstract + ( 1054 )   PDF ( 1307KB )   ( 935 ) In order to reduce the harm of soil temperature on wheat plants when freezing occurs, in 2011 and 2010, the effect of biochar on the soil temperature was studied by using the biochar in wheat field. The results showed that, compared with no applied biochar and applied biochar, applied biochar could improve the minimum temperature of freezing weather, reduce the maximum soil temperature and increase soil accumulated temperature, and had positive effect on the wheat frost resistance.

  Effect of Terrain on Evaluation of Soil Fertility and Improvement and Utilization in Shache County 2014, 4 (9):  50-54.  Abstract + ( 1021 )   PDF ( 1137KB )   ( 1085 ) The development of soil and terrain is closely related to in the process of soil development, the terrain greatly affect the soil thickness of farmland, irrigation conditions and vegetation. According to the relationship between terrain and soil formation the terrain of Shache county was summarized 5 types: upper of alluvial diluvial fan、middle of alluvial diluvial fan、bottom of alluvial diluvial fan, edge of the desert, piedmont alluvial plain. In this paper, soil fertility of the cultivated land was systematically graded according to the different landscape scale of development of soils in Shache County. The soil fertility of the cultivated land was divided into 6 grades in the basis of 12 factors by the expert judgment and the cultivated land fertility evaluation system, which analyzed the reasons of different topographic position, limited the soil fertility to proposed measures to improve and use more effective. The scientific basis was provided for enhancing the effective utilization of cultivated land in Shache County.

  Comparison of Several Methods in Genomic DNA Extraction from Rose rugosa 2014, 4 (9):  59-64.  Abstract + ( 1365 )   PDF ( 1717KB )   ( 1799 ) In order to find a convenient, fast and cost-effective genomic DNA extraction method and lay a good foundation for the study of Rose rugosa, its genomic DNA was extracted from young leaves of different varieties of Rose rugosa with CTAB method, SDS method, modified CTAB method and DNA minprep kit method. The quality and quantity of the extracted DNA was tested and compared by means of agarose gel electrophoresis and UV specterphotometry. The results showed that DNA could be extracted with all the four methods, but as an improved method, modified CTAB method could extract DNA of the best quality and the highest concentration under the premise of being economical and practical. However, DNA minprep kit method was a new method of DNA rapid extraction. This method had disadvantages of lower yield and higher cost, but had advantages of simpler operation, shorter time, lower toxicity, higher efficiency and faster. A suitable method could be chosen according to the actual conditions of the labs.

  Research on Oolong Tea Quality Differences at Different Altitude between Fujian and Taiwan 2014, 4 (9):  65-67.  Abstract + ( 1161 )   PDF ( 1250KB )   ( 1103 ) Analysis of sensory evaluation and the chemical components on Tieguanyin from altitude of 40m, 100m, 200m, 500m, 1000m in Fujian and Oolong tea from altitude of 40m, 1200m, 1500m, 1800m, 2200m in Taiwan show that, while the sensory quality improves with the increase of altitude, Tieguanyin at 1000m altitude and Lishan oolong tea at 2200m altitude are of the best, flat land oolong tea is relatively inferior in sensory quality; the amino acid content goes up with the increase of altitude, oolong tea from Qilaishan and Lishan whose altitudes are over 1800m are as high as 4.36% and 4.27% respectively. differences are distinct in low mount and high mount oolong tea., Tea polyphenol, caffeine, phenol and ammonia levels decline with the increase of altitude。

In this study, according to the good agricultural practice for Chinese traditional crude drugs and many years planting practices, the biological characteristics, propagation, grow seedlings, cultivation techniques, harvest and preliminary working were elaborated, so as to provide a technical guidance to production.

  Comparative analysis on the agronomic traits and quality of different pineapple varieties 2014, 4 (9):  72-74.  Abstract + ( 1194 )   PDF ( 1288KB )   ( 1103 ) We compared and analyzed four differert pineapple vatieties on new leaves, stem diameter, shoot height before bloom in Jiangmen.Then three pineapple varieties were chosen to compare the quality. The result implied that: Four cultivars showed a consistent growth pattern. The change of new leaves, stem diameter and shoot height per month was approximately 1.5, 0.15cm and 0.5cm respectively; ‘MD-2’ has the highest soluble sugar content, followed by ‘Golden’ and ‘Bali ’. The organic acid content of three varieties was similar, and vitamin C content of ‘MD-2’ was significantly higher than ‘Gold’ and ‘Bali’.

  The analysis of the current situation and development of Beijing sturgeon aquaculture 2014, 4 (9):  75-78.  Abstract + ( 1021 )   PDF ( 1136KB )   ( 1499 ) On the basis of the research on sturgeon farmers in Beijing, this paper is from five aspects: the species, the methods, the forages, the scales and the marketing of commercial fish to describe the present status of Beijing sturgeon aquaculture industry. And it comprehensively analyzes four major problems about sturgeon farming in Beijing. The first one is the scale of the sturgeon farming was small and it was lack of typical enterprises. The second is the aquaculture feed was mostly from other towns and it increased the farming costs. The third is the efforts for market development were insufficient and the forms of the sturgeon products were very few. The fourth is the sales channels were single and people like to consumer small sturgeon. At last, it puts forward five proposals to promote the development of Beijing sturgeon aquaculture: to use the resources to shape the green brand, to cultivate typical enterprises to extend the industrial chain, to promote sturgeon cooking methods to expand the consumer market, to transform the results of the research to improve the farming technology and to strengthen personnel training to enhance the soft power of sturgeon industry.

  Analysis of Proximate Composition and Collagen Content of Fish Muscles 2014, 4 (9):  79-81.  Abstract + ( 1515 )   PDF ( 1263KB )   ( 2528 ) The purpose of this study was to determine the proximate composition and collagen of fish muscles of Lateolabrax japonicas, Liza haematocheila, Ctencpharyngodon idellus, Cyprinus carpio, which analyzes its collagen content. The results showed that crude protein contents in these fish muscles were 18.23%, 19.82%, 16.18%, 17.07%. Hydroxyproline contents were 0.0574%, 0.0645%, 0.0781%, 0.0743%, collagen contents were 0.6371%, 0.7159%, 0.8669%, 0.8247%. The results showed that fish muscle was a good source of protein only from the protein content, and saltwater fish was better than freshwater fish. However, collagen of fish muscle was lower, indicating that fish muscle was not suitable as raw material for extraction of collagen.

  The Research of the Water-saving Fishery of Suocao Fisheries from Water Saving to Recycle Water 2014, 4 (9):  82-87.  Abstract + ( 1003 )   PDF ( 1314KB )   ( 1095 ) In order to alleviate the shortage of water resources and promote the efficient water-saving fishery development in Beijing. By the research of the Water-saving Fishery of Suocao fisheries in Beijing Huairou District, obtaining the Water-saving mode from water saving to recycle water. Using of greenhouses breeding the sturgeon, realizes the water saving, low carbon, ecology, high-efficient water-saving fishery. This mode leads the demonstration significance, promoting the economic development mode change, promoting the farmers' income to become rich. But there are farmers unable to grasp well the problem such as water saving technology, need the support of the related government department. Based on this, it puts forward constructing water-saving fishery system. Play the role of the government, enterprises, research department. At the same time increase the propaganda of the water-saving fishery, rational planning of water-saving fishery, transformation of the mode of fisheries to realize the goals of the development and implementation of Beijing efficient water-saving fishery.

  Agricultural Climate Characteristics and Main Agro-meteorological Disasters for Flood Season in Southeastern Anhui Province in 2013 2014, 4 (9):  95-98.  Abstract + ( 980 )   PDF ( 1314KB )   ( 1722 ) In order to improve the capability of addressing climate change for agricultural production and the defense capability of meteorological disasters, climate characteristics distribution of precipitation and temperature, main agro-meteorological disasters and the comparison with usual years in southeastern Anhui Province were investigated, based on the precipitation and temperature data of 254 automatic weather stations in flood season (from April to September).The results showed that: precipitation was abnormally less then usual years and the precipitation in southwestern area was more than that of northeastern area. Rainstorm had regional maldistribution, while partial areas had heaven rainstorm. Average temperature from April to Jun and in September was near to usual years, and was abnormally higher in July and August. In region distribution, north area temperature was higher than the south area, high temperature days was 2 times than usual years and extremely high temperature was beyond history record. Agro-meteorological disasters for flood season were drought, flood and waterlogging, which had bad effects on agricultural production.

  Analysis of Two Strong Weather Processes Based on CINRAD/CA Radar 2014, 4 (9):  99-107.  Abstract + ( 1208 )   PDF ( 2756KB )   ( 778 ) In order to study the features of the different types of severe convective weather on Doppler radar products, based on CINRAD/CA radar data in Datong, a hailstorm weather process occurring in Guangling on July 5, 2012 and a short-time rainstorm weather process occurring in Zuoyun on July 21, 2011 were analyzed comparatively. The results showed that: (1) inversion layer was thick in the hailstorm weather and was shallow in the short-time rainstorm weather. (2) The height of strong echo area was on the -20℃ isotherm in the hailstorm weather and was under 0℃ isotherm in the short-time rainstorm weather. (3) The height of 65-60 dBz echo in the hailstorm weather was 4-5 km higher than in the short-time rainstorm weather. (4) There were weak echo area on low level and overhang echo on middle-high level in the hailstorm weather. (5) Mesocyclone, mesoscale convergence and divergence of the storm top were the main characteristics in the hailstorm weather, while deep moist layer and jet maintained for a long time were the main characteristics in the short-time rainstorm weather. (6) The wind direction was clockwise on low layer and was counterclockwise on middle layer and was clockwise on high layer in the hailstorm weather, while the wind direction on all layers was clockwise in the short-time rainstorm weather. (7) There were sustainable high value of VIL and a corresponding gradient changes value in the hailstorm weather, while the VIL jumped by small amount of data in the short-time rainstorm weather.

  Analysis on current situation of farmers' income and countermeasure for income incensement ---A case study in Taizhou 2014, 4 (9):  108-113.  Abstract + ( 1204 )   PDF ( 1565KB )   ( 1261 ) To increase farmers' income, as a core element of "agriculture, village and farmer" work, is the focus of the whole society. Based on the example of Taizhou city, this paper analyzes the current situation of farmers' income from the perspectives of income level, income structure and income gap. Furthermore, restraining factors that affect the farmers' income increment are studied from the aspects of high-efficiency agriculture, deep processing of agricultural products, rural labor force and risk of agricultural production. Finally, a series of countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the taches of promoting maximum employment, driving entrepreneurship and wealth acquirement, innovating system and mechanism, improving social security system, and so on.

  Changes and challenges of China's migrant workers policies in the new century 2014, 4 (9):  114-118.  Abstract + ( 1091 )   PDF ( 1191KB )   ( 1281 ) Since the new century,because of China's comprehensive national strength enhanced, the social mainstream value tends to be the values of fairness and justice, there has been a great improvement in social policy about migrant workers of the floating population.However, limited by the weakness of the migrant workers status, lack of interest expression channels and political participation ability, also can't effectively with unit of choose and employ persons on behalf of the management bargaining, the actual policy implementation results are unsatisfactory. As China's floating population of migrant workers internal differentiation , relevant social policies should be positive change , should pay more attention to integration of migrant workers in urban issues .

  The investigation and countermeasures of Tumorous Stem Mustard production and sales in Chongqing 2014, 4 (9):  119-124.  Abstract + ( 973 )   PDF ( 1643KB )   ( 1232 ) Tumorous Stem Mustard is seasonal characteristic vegetable in Chongqing, The main listing period in late November to March the following year, and the average annual growth of 3.15% about output of nearly three years,including fresh sale and processing, Most of the processing. The total planting area of Tumorous Stem Mustard in chongqing is 1.37 million mu with total production 2.53 million ton in 2012,of which the processing area is about 0.98 million mu, production amount 1.77million ton, have accounted for more than two-thirds of the total. Tumorous Stem Mustard planting area in “One hour economic circle” Suburban district is the most, accounting for 61% of the total, the southeast area of Chongqing account for 36%, the northeast area of Chongqing account for 3%. The total trading volume of Q is 9418.54ton over the whole year in the Guannongmao wholesale market, average daily volume is 25.8 ton ,trading from November to April the following year. The annual foreign and local Tumorous Stem Mustard volume ratio is 5.6:1. Tumorous Stem Mustard sales amount is 777.19 ton in 66 supermarkets of the downtown area, accounting for 1% of total sales of vegetables; accounting for 53.49% of the mustard vegetables. The sales ratio between foreign and local Tumorous Stem Mustard is 7.5:1.
