Abstract: The 19th national congress of the CPC has made important deployment of the rural revitalization strategy, which requires the development of high quality agriculture and the primary task is to improve the quality of agro-products. The current trend of agro-products’consumption choice is the pursuit of safe, high quality, characteristic and healthy products. This paper analyzes the mismatch of the agro-products’supply and demand and the causes, and accordingly put forward suggestions of strengthening scientific research to promote the whole-process quality control technology, enhancing the information service and the supervision to improve the agro-product quality to meet consumers’demand.
