Abstract:

Risks, such as Less arable land per capital, large population base, weak fertility of farm land, natural hazard, environment pollution and so on, have threatened China's grain self-sufficiency and food security for a long time. Food security risk management has always been a hot issue in the field of agricultural risk management. Previous researchers have conducted in-depth research on this issue. The main factors affecting food security include resource risk, climate risk, market risk and so on. In the author's opinion, there are not only consciousness problems, but also system and mechanism problems, such as the awareness of risk management subject needs to be improved, the risk prevention and control system and institutions need to be established and improved. Therefore, it is suggested that we should strengthen the awareness of risk management based on prevention, lay a solid foundation for grain production, and establish a risk management system for grain production, so as to continuously improve the level of food security risk management in China.
