  Comparative Study of Seedling Characters on Super Rice Varieties Bred in Fujian Province FANG Xian-Tao,, and 2015, 5 (3):  1-4.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0710 Abstract + ( 1349 )   PDF ( 1248KB )   ( 930 ) Seedling characteristics are the first link in yield formation on super rice varieties. In order to investigate their seedling characteristic, four super rice varieties has been studied in the year 2010 and 2011, so does the position order of factors which effect dry matter accumulation. The results showed that in the middle season of 2010, there had significant or very significant difference between height of seedling, leaf sheath width, number of stems per plant and leaf age, while in the last season of 2011 there had no significant difference between all materials. In middle season, plant with elder leaf age, wider leaf sheath width, moderate height of seedling and number of stems per plant should be selected, while in late season, plant with higher height of seedling, wider leaf sheath width, moderate leaf age and number of stems per plant should be selected. Preliminary study showed that breeding indexes in the middle season was leaf age 4.67-5.07, leaf sheath width was 6.70-6.82 mm, plant height was 33.53-35.13 cm, number of stems per plant was 1.1-1.8, as in the last season plant height was 43.90-48.06 cm, leaf sheath width was 6.3-7.3 mm, leaf age was 7.76-8.10, number of stems per plant was 1.6-2.0.

  Research on the Photosynthesis and Chlorophyll Fluorspar Characteristic of Winter Wheat 2015, 5 (3):  5-10.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0599 Abstract + ( 1331 )   PDF ( 1213KB )   ( 1073 ) With the improvement of wheat harvest index, the high photosynthetic efficiency breeding will be the main means to further improve wheat yield. In this paper, wheat photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics in three physiological stages including jointing, heading, and late filling stage were studied by 210 materials. Additional, the correlation of wheat photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence indices were analyzed. The results showed that wheat’s photosynthetic rate averages in jointing, heading, and late filling stage were respectively 13.49, 16.22 and 7.83 μmol/(m2·s), variation ranges were 0.70-22.06, 5.59-25.17 and 0.82-17.1 μmol/(m2·s); intercellular CO2 concentration averages were 222.1, 200.5 and 232.9 vpm, variation ranges are 153.0-330.3, 147.0-275.7, 156.8-321.0 vpm; transpiration rate averages were 3.41, 4.45, 3.28 mmol/(m2·s), variation ranges were 0.67-6.55, 1.97-7.33, 1.03-6.22 mmol/(m2·s); stomatal conductance averages were 0.18, 0.20, 0.10 mol/(m2·s), variation ranges are 0.02-0.44, 0.05-0.52, 0.02-0.27 mol/(m2·s); leaf temperature averages were 27.5℃, 32.2℃, 34.7℃, variation ranges are 18.4-36.4℃, 23.2-37.1℃, 25.5- 42.9℃; initial fluorescence averages mean in jointing and heading stage were 91.9, 40.5, variation ranges are 49.33-125.33, 17.67-63.67, maximal fluorescence averages are 522.6, 224.3, variation ranges were 287.6668.7, 84.3-375.3, all the averages of maximal photochemical quantum yield of PS II was 0.82, the range of variation were 0.78-0.88, 0.75-0.88. Correlation analysis showed that no matter jointing and heading stage or late filling stage, photosynthetic rates were positively correlated with stomatal conductance and transpiration rate, the correlation between photosynthetic rate and intercellular CO2 concentration was not significant in wheat heading stage, but in the jointing and late filling stage the correlation was significantly negative; stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate were all positive correlation in wheat three physiological periods, and most reached a significant level; the negative correlation between intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate in the jointing and post-grouting stage reached a significant level too. By correlational analyses between leaf temperature and other photosynthetic indexes, we conclude that the best temperature of wheat photosynthesis was about 20℃; and by correlational analysed between photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence indices, we think that the stability selection of wheat photosynthetic performance should be strengthened in heading stage.

  Analysis of the Quality of the Storage Wheat in Northern Sichuan 2015, 5 (3):  11-14.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0706 Abstract + ( 1193 )   PDF ( 1206KB )   ( 933 ) In order to understand the wheat quality of the storage wheat in Northern Sichuan, 19 samples taken in 9 counties or districts of 3 cities of this area in 2009 were tested and analyzed. The results showed that grain property and the farinograms of storage wheat in Guangyuan were better than that in Mianyang and in Deyang. There was significant difference in the test weight in Northern Sichuan, as the environment effect was obvious. There was no significant difference in the 1000-kernel weight, protein content of wheat grain, the wet gluten content, and the farinograms of storage wheat in Northern Sichuan, as the environment effect was not obvious.

  Effect of Nitrogen Topdressing Ratio on the Growth and Yield in Different Wheat Cultivars 2015, 5 (3):  14-19.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0749 Abstract + ( 1584 )   PDF ( 1355KB )   ( 1022 ) In order to provide a theoretical for high yield and quality of wheat, using‘Yaomai 16’,‘Anmai 16’ and‘Taishan 4241’as materials, the application of pure N 270 kg/hm2 and 3:7, 5:5, 7:3 effects of nitrogen topdressing on the bottom, study different varieties of wheat growth and yield. The results showed that, ‘Yaomai16’ and‘Anmai16’yieldwasthehighestin3:7treatment,yieldwere6839.93kg/hm2 and6202.2kg/hm2,the highest yield of‘Taishan 4241’under the treatment of 5:5, up to 7629.23 kg/hm2. The yield of‘Taishan 4241’was the highest,‘Anmai 16’was the lowest. Under different nitrogen topdressing ratio, SPAD values of ‘Taishan 4241’'s flag leaf were the highest, and topdressing ratio under 3:7 treatment showed the highest, ‘Yaomai 16’and‘Anmai 16’in 5:5 treatment showed the highest. The filling time relative to the filling rate is more easily influenced by nitrogen fertilizer topdressing ratio,‘Yaomai 16’and‘Taishan 4241’'s grouting process of impact was greater than the‘Anmai 16’,‘Taishan 4241’grain filling duration and grain filling rate were higher, functional leaf decay slower , production capacity is strong, can provide more nutrients as the kernel development, so as to provide the material guarantee for higher yield.

  Application of Principal Component Analysis in Comprehensive Evaluation of Summer Maize Ear Characters yacon jison zhao,,, and 2015, 5 (3):  20-25.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0818 Abstract + ( 1286 )   PDF ( 1228KB )   ( 1035 ) In order to explore the inner associated rules of maize ear characters’statistical data under differentyears, eleven ear traits data of two maize breeds and seven maize combinations were surveyed in southern Shanxi from 2011 to 2013, which was for comparing quantity variance in maize hybridized combination. In order to complete data analysis, we extracted 3-4 principal components through principal component analysis. The result showed ear traits vectors reflected by principal components were not alike in different years. The principal component scoring presented a similar trend in different years which was inferred from principal component evaluation function calculation. PB6, PB7 had higher principal component scoring values and better comprehensive ear traits performance in contrast with the control group‘( Zhengdan958’,‘Xianyu335 ’), it also mean higher yield potentialities. Therefore, principal component analysis (PCA) could serve as an auxiliary data analysis method in maize conventional breeding and improve breeding efficiency.

The study of plant type breeding was indepth on grain and oil crops such as rapeseed, soybeans, rice, corn and wheat. Plant type was an important trait for oil flax. Branch characters indexes can reflect most with oil flax plant type. Previous researchers researched the oil flax economic indicators for branch characters only commonly investigation branch number, but the branch length and branch space distribution state had no investigation and description, this couldn’t reflect the overall situation. This article analyzed and discussed the introducing oil flax traits“layer height of branch” and“branch type”from the following five aspects: the necessity, feasibility, the variety resources and new variety breeding, and cultivation technology research significance, also evaluated actual application results of the national oil flax regional test, and cultivation techniques research. We expected relevant researchers to pay attention on the study of these traits of oil flax.

  Injury and Yield Loss by the Golden Apple Snail Pomacea canaliculata Lamarck in Rice 2015, 5 (3):  29-35.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0544 Abstract + ( 1144 )   PDF ( 1475KB )   ( 1178 ) To investigate the relationship among rice yield loss, the golden apple snail (GAS) (Pomacea canaliculata Lamarck) density and damage beginning time, the GAS was added to early rice field, late hybrid rice field and single late rice field artificially from 2007 to 2009. The results showed that, the earlier GAS was added to field, the more damage GAS caused. It was also identified that the more GAS added to the field, the more damage GAS caused. The power function equations could be used to describe the relationship between GAS density and yield loss. There should be less than 1 per m2 in early rice and field or 3.5 per m2 in late rice field if the yield loss was expected blow 5%. In early rice field, lower density was beneficial for higher survival rate. Although the survival rate was low in late rice field, the oviposition capacity would be higher with low density. It was important to control GAS after rice transplant. And preventing GAS before rice transplant would be better. To reduce yield loss, rice seedling should be added in time if seedlingless ridges happened.

  Effects of Botanical Medicine and Chemical Medicine Joint Health Applying 2015, 5 (3):  36-41.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0846 Abstract + ( 1664 )   PDF ( 1255KB )   ( 1070 ) Abstract: This article took the botanical medicine as synergistic agent jointed with chemical medicine to search the control effect of bacterial wilt, the yield and output value in those two fields. It was shown that, by the jointing measurement of botanical medicine and thiediazole copper, the relative control efficiency could be 83.1%, yield was 12.72% higher than CK, output value was 16.93% higher than CK. To achieve this effect, we should apply 600 g/hm2 Qinongsu, 600 kg/hm2 botanical exacts with thiediazole copper to roots 3-4 times before the disease occurs.

  Studies on predation of Phrynocaria congener (Billberg) and Scymnus sp. on Cornegenapsylla sinica Yang et Li 2015, 5 (3):  42-44.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0127 Abstract + ( 960 )   PDF ( 1289KB )   ( 1059 ) In order to study the control effects of natural enemies on pests in Longan orchards, the predation of Phrynocaria congener and Scymnus sp. on the Cornegenapsylla sinica were studied in laboratory. The results showed that the functional responses of the two predatory ladybirds on C. sinica were of Holling’s II. The capitia of C. sinica preyed by the two predatory ladybirds were both increased with the increase of prey density. With the increasing of age of C. sinica, the searching rate of the predatory ladybirds decreased, and its handling time became longer. Comparison of the two predatory ladybirds, the P. congener performed the higher searching rate and the shorter handling time. Given a certain number of the same age of C. sinica, the feeding capitia of P. congener was larger than Scymnus sp. did.

  Application of Agricultural Compound Microbial Fertilizer on the Sugar Cane in Leizhou Peninsula Area Yu Xu-Dong 2015, 5 (3):  45-49.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0603 Abstract + ( 1016 )   PDF ( 1294KB )   ( 948 ) Research brand "Feinong" biological organic fertilizer on the Leizhou Peninsula of sugar cane agronomic traits, yield, quality and utility of the sugarcane diseases and insect pests occurrence and effects on soil physical and chemical properties. By used of brand "Feinong" biological organic fertilizer of effective microbes number ≥ 2.0×107 cells/g, organic matter ≥ 25% and N P2O5 K2O ≥ 15% used in Leizhou Peninsula sugar cane. Study the agronomic traits, yield and quality of sugar cane, plant diseases and insect pests occurrence of utility and its influence on soil physical and chemical properties. The results showed that agricultural compound microbial fertilizer had no significant impact on the germination rate of sugarcane, but significantly increased the rate of sugarcane tillering, plant height and stem number. And the same time, this fertilizer also increased sugarcane and sugar production. In the aspect of insect, application of agricultural compound microbial fertilizer declined the pest rate by 23.4%, which declining pest rate of termite and beetles were 7.69% and 15.71%, respectively. The fertilizer can promote tillering, high growth, the role of effective tiller growth, at the same time had significant production, add sugar, income effect and could reduce the occurrence of sugarcane pests.

Treated of soil microaggregates with periodate, all of them destroyed greatly. Compared of dispersing grouping of soil colloid, periodate oxidation was more destroying. Soil polysaccharide was very important to <10 μm and 50-250 μm microaggregates forming in cultivated land and corner, showed that perhaps there was other cementing materials playing prior actions in woodland. But in woodland 10-50 μm particles it did more work.

  Comparative Study on the Calculation Method of Soil Organic Matter and Organic Carbon 2015, 5 (3):  54-58.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0698 Abstract + ( 1342 )   PDF ( 1226KB )   ( 2004 ) Level of organic matter often serves as the first indication of a fertile soil, and soil organic carbon is the important role in the study of global change. In order to provide a scientific basis for accurate calculation of soil organic matter and organic carbon and rational fertilization, the study took 14 samples in newly reclaimed cropland of Ninghai County as an example, and compared calculation methods of organic matter content and organic carbon content of surface soils (0- 30 cm). The results showed that: levels of organic matter had declined by 22 percentage (mean from 23.1 to 18.0 g/kg) when the gravels (>2 mm) were included in these samples. While according to the calculation method of USDA and the evaluation criteria of Agriculture and Agri-food Canada, organic carbon content of surface soils (0-30 cm) belonged to the low levels (from 1.97 kg/m2 to 8.97 kg/m2).

  Studies on the Best Curve Equation between the Total Salts and the Electrical Conductivity of the Coastal Saline Soil 2015, 5 (3):  59-62.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0557 Abstract + ( 1093 )   PDF ( 1633KB )   ( 994 ) The high amount of total salts is an important characteristic of the coastal saline soils, an impeding factor to the growth crops too. Electrical conductivity (EC) measurements are quick, simple determinations for water-soluble salts in soils. The standard EC method used a soil to water ratio of 1:5 and was measured in the supernatant at 25℃ . But the calculate method differed radically. In order to investigate the essential relationships between the total soil soluble salts (Y) and the soil electrical conductivity (X) in the coastal saline soil, this paper compared 10 types of curve regression equation. The results showed the best curve equation between the total soil soluble salts (Y) and the soil electrical conductivity (X) was linear equation in the coastal sandy saline soil: Y=0.045 2.935X(R2=1.000). But the R2 of the power curve equation was 0.998. The best curve equation between the total soil soluble salts (Y) and the soil electrical conductivity (Y) was the cubic curve equation in the coastal clayey saline soil: Y=0.194 3.096X-0.253X2 0.046X3 (R2=1.000). But the R2 of the power curve equation was 0.998.

  Grassland Deterioration and Fixed-grazing :Comparative Study onOrdos grassland and BaShang Prairie 2015, 5 (3):  63-70.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0368 Abstract + ( 994 )   PDF ( 2118KB )   ( 1153 ) Grassland degradation and desertification are conceptually different, grassland degradation is caused by interaction of irrational human activities and fragile ecological environment, and it can turn into desertification. Two northern regions: Ordos’s grassland and Bashang prairie were selected as typical objects of the study, both of which occurred degradation. From the natural mechanism level, natural climate, rainfall, soil, vegetation, incidental natural and biological disasters were reason which led to degradation. Grassland degradation in Ordos’s grassland and Bashang prairie performed consistent human reasons, for instance: irrational land reclamation, overgrazing, firewood collection and over-excavation of Chinese herbal medicines, irrational tourism resources development and excessive urban construction. Degradation mechanism manifests in this way: natural factors determined the fragility of the natural environment, worse still, human factors further influenced the vulnerability of the natural environment, this had led to grassland degradation, created a feedback loop with human systems, further reacted in natural systems. Therefore, based on grassland degradation succession law, in order to realize sustainable development of grassland animal husbandry, regulations named‘decide livestock quantity according to grass resource’and‘drag a balance between grassland and livestock’must be implemented. What’s more, rotation grazing, rest grazing and prohibition of grazing should also be carried out.

  Research on Freezing Resistance in Hanfu 2015, 5 (3):  75-77.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0370 Abstract + ( 969 )   PDF ( 1295KB )   ( 1027 ) In order to study the cold hardiness on low temperature stress of‘Hanfu’, and the fitting cultivating region in Ili. We used conductivity method to observe the changes of leakage ratio of electrolyte (REC) after low- temperature treatment for investigating three varieties of apple annual branch semilethal temperature (LT50). The results showed that electrolyte leakage rate increased like‘S’curve when the temperature was reducing. The semilethal temperature of‘Hanfu’was around -5℃ .‘Fuji’semilethal temperature was about - 29℃ .‘Huang- haitang’semilethal temperature was - 38℃ or so. According to the freezing injury classification,‘Hanfu’was good for the winter survival in the Ili temperature inversion area.‘Hanfu’also could be cultivated in flat area.

  Effects of N -Carbonyl Glutamic Acid on Milk Yield of Dairy Cattle 2015, 5 (3):  78-80.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0520 Abstract + ( 999 )   PDF ( 1285KB )   ( 991 ) 20 Chinese Holstein cows of basically the same condition at age and lactation were selected, randomly divided into 2 groups of 10 cows. This experiment was assigned to 2 dietary treatments: control group (0%) and NCG group (20 g/d) to study the effects of N-carbonyl glutamic acid added into dairy diet on yield of dairy cattle. The results indicated that the milk production and milk protein rate of the NCG group was higher than that of the control group; the fat in every milk samples was lower. The economic return of the NCG group was higher than that of the control group. It could be concluded that NCG could indirectly affect milk yield and components of milk by urea cycle.

  The Development of ‘Fob 9’ Tea Drinks 2015, 5 (3):  81-84.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.casb14100091 Abstract + ( 931 )   PDF ( 1180KB )   ( 1069 ) In order to establish a perfect research system of mint tea, high quality fresh stems were used as materials to test production capability under different conditions. Drying temperature at 40 ℃ and consuming time in 40 h could get the best quality of mint tea. Also, it could save time and cost. With the increase of temperature, the change of the quality was a parabola trend. The annual yield and dry weight of fresh stems were 76664.7 kg/hm2, 13117.8 kg/hm2. The general fresh production and dry matter rate of each harvest were 6000.0-6750.0 kg/hm2, 18.0 %-21.0 %. The fresh production increased to 15000.0 kg/hm2 while the dry matter rate decreased significantly to 15.0 %-17.0 % between June and July. The end product could be kept for more than 9 months in close and dark condition.

And agricultural informatization is formed by the three stages of pre-production, mid-production and post-production informatization. At first, in this paper, the model of agricultural production circulate was given according to the research of the process of agricultural production from farmer to customer (consumer). Secondly, the paper focus on the current agricultural informatization situation of process, transportation and distribution and points out what is the problem in the situation and what reason lead to these problems. Finally, we discuss the way to achieve agricultural post-production informatization. One way is through the establishment of a variety of information systems which can replace the traditional manual management to reduce personnel costs. Another way is combining information system with some hardware technology to achieve more automated, efficient management and to achieve post-production informatization of process, transportation and distribution. All above provides a feasible way to achieve agricultural post-production informatization

  Characteristic Analysis of Agro-meteorological Disasters and the Impacts on Grain Yield in Guangxi 王燕, and 黄国勤 2015, 5 (3):  92-96.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0773 Abstract + ( 948 )   PDF ( 1312KB )   ( 1133 ) Based on the statistic data of drought，flood，wind-hail，low temperature，combining with grain yield data in Guangxi Province from 1981 to 2012，agro- meteorological disasters tendency variation and their impacting on grain yield in Guangxi Province was analyzed by using linear regression analysis, moving average and gray correlation analysis in this paper. The results showed that, in recent 32 years，the disaster-affected area rate change of wind-hail, while flood，drought and low temperature was not obvious, but existed phase characteristics. In 1980's and early 1990's, the disaster-affected area rate of drought was in increasing trend, especially, it t remained more than 20% during 1988-1992, while it was low and gentle changed in the middle and late 1990's,and recent period was in dry phase again. Relatively the disaster-affected area rate of blood and chilling damage and wind-hail was low, particularly chilling damage happened rarely. Since the middle of 1990's the disaster-affected area rate of flood presented to decrease, while wind-hail presented to increase obviously, chilling damage presented fluctuant trend. The impaction of agro- meteorological disasters on average grain yield and early rice yield and late rice yield and corn yield performed as, drought>flood>windhail> chilling damage, on single- crop rice as, flood>drought>wind- hail>chilling damage, which revealed drought and flood were major agro-meteorological disasters during grain production in Guangxi province.

  The Climatic Change In DaTong Basin Since the Late Pleistocene 苏志珠 2015, 5 (3):  97-101.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15010007 Abstract + ( 1017 )   PDF ( 1353KB )   ( 1049 ) The paper aims to find out the process of climate change in Datong Basin, find out its change rule, predict the trends of climate change in the future, and direct local agricultural production better. To observe the formation of the sedimentary section and dating of samples, use the grain size and magnetic susceptibility analysis, and restore the climate change since the late Pleistocene in Datong Basin. It shows a warm and wet—cold and dry —warm and dry climate cycles: the Late Pleistocene of the Xujiayao Group is warm-wet climate; Late Pleistocene of the Malan Group is dry-cold climate; Holocene is warm-dry, which shows a gradual dry and warm climate trend. Some scholars has predicted that the future climate according to recent changes on precipitation and temperature, which confirmed the conclusion is reasonable. In short, the overall climate was dry trend since the late Pleistocene in Datong Basin, which will provide reliable scientific basis for the development of this district droughty agricultural development policy.

The results showed that: when the survey results accord with the following conditions, may determine the lightning accidents caused by lightning shock hazard, this identification method is the shock wave analysis method. (1) Stroke time and metal components of lightning damage. (2) The impaired time in metal component, the flash of lightning damage to objects located near. (3) The lightning discharge produced higher flow channel heat and the heat is generated shock wave is strong. (4) In the metal component is damaged, the direction of non explosive damage, and no metallic body external impact. (5) the damaged metal body is smaller than the lightning surge capacity of resisting impact air pressure.

(1) There are a lot of significances in the developing circular agriculture in ecological economic zone of Poyang Lake, for example, saving resources, protecting environment, improving the quality of agricultural products, increasing the economic income of farmers, enhancing the sense of quality of the cadres and the masses, and promoting the construction of the "beautiful of ecological economic zone of Poyang Lake", etc. (2) There are a lot of favorable conditions and advantages in the developing circular agriculture in ecological economic zone of Poyang Lake, for example, suitable climate, fertile soil, biological diversity, rich resources, beautiful environment, convenient transportation, superior location, good foundation, and policy support, and so on. (3) At present, the types and modes of circular agriculture in ecological economic zone of Poyang Lake are the type of three-dimensional use of agricultural resource, the type of biological symbiosis among organisms, the type of regeneration of agricultural resource, the type of resource recycling, the type of disaster reduction, the type of recreation agriculture, the type of low carbon agriculture, and the type of compound model agriculture. (4) According to the survey, at present there are a lot of problems in the developing of circular agriculture in the ecological economic zone of Poyang Lake, for example: not knowing of the meaning of circular agriculture, not paying enough attention to circular agriculture, lacking of funds, old technologies of circular agriculture, not excellent model of circular agriculture, poor promotion of results in circular agriculture, low quality of people in the zone, small scale of circular agriculture, relax in linking of circular agriculture, not much communication among the peoples in the zone, ineffective rewards and punishment in the zone, and poor efficiency of circular agriculture in the zone. (5) In view of the existing problems, the following measures should be taken. The first, to strengthen learning and deepen the understanding of circular agriculture; the second, to do scientific planning and to develop orderly in circular agriculture of the zone; the third, to increase investment and to improve the conditions; the fourth, to optimize model and to innovate technology of circular agriculture in the zone; the fifth, to expand the scale and to improve efficiency of circular agriculture in the zone; the sixth, to train personnel and to improve quality of cadres and farmers of the zone; the seventh, to carry out exchanges and to expand cooperation in circular agriculture; the eighth, to perfect the systems and to standardize the management in the developing of circular agriculture in the zone; the ninth, to attach importance to science and technology and to strengthen the research and development of circular agriculture; and the last, to strengthen the promotion of results in circular agriculture and to serve the agriculture, rural, and farmers.

Based on research achievements and the development trend of China's ecoagriculture and circular agriculture, the concept of recycling eco-agriculture and design disciplines, it is the basis of agricultural system design, has been put forward by system analysis method and the comparative study; the macroscopic design on a regional scale of recycling eco-agriculture based on industry chains has been formed, it can improve the adaptability of system design, benefiting the design at different levels for the first industry, second industry and third industry of design, and ensure agricultural system development with the adjustment of industrial structure and optimize; The main contents of the regional agricultural system design has been put forward, the method and content of the first industry design been got, including crop farming internal design, husbandry internal design and the first industrial composite design, and the second industrial design, the third industrial design, technical design and policy design is proposed, the results of research provide reference for the development of China’s modern agriculture.
