  Effects of Sowing Date and Planting Density on Grain Yield and Its Components of Wheat Under Wide Belt Planting 2016, 6 (1):  1-6.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15060011 Abstract + ( 1377 )   PDF ( 1329KB )   ( 886 ) In order to clarify the suitable sowing date and planting density for wheat under wide belt planting in the area along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province, a vernal wheat variety‘Yangmai 13’was used as the material and a field experiment with split plot design was conducted to study the effect of sowing date and planting density on grain yield and its components of vernal wheat with 20 cm drilling width and 40 cm spacing intervals. The results showed that the effects of sowing date and density onkernels per spike and thousand seed weight were not significant, but their effects on spike number of unit area and grain yield were significant.The average yield of wheat sown on October 26 was the highest, the average yield of wheat sown on November 5 and 15 reduced by 5.98% and 19.50% compared with that on October 26, and the average yield of wheat sown on November 15 reached a highly significant difference. The average yield of wheat of the planting density of 3 million and 3.75 million seedlings per hectare had no significant difference, but were significantly higher than that of 1.5 million and 2.25 million seedlings per hectare. According to the analysis of sowing date and planting density, October 26 to November 5 was the suitable sowing period, and the corresponding density was 3 million to 3.75 million seedlings per hectare.

  Evaluation on the Adaptability of Main Domestic Naked Oat (Avena nuda) Varieties in Bashang Area, North Hebei 赵世锋,曹丽霞,,,,李萌萌 and 郭明 2016, 6 (1):  7-14.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15060018 Abstract + ( 1360 )   PDF ( 1265KB )   ( 997 ) In order to explicit the adaptabilities of 12 naked oat (Avena nuda) varieties from 6 domestic breeding institutions in the Bashang Area of north Hebei, the adaptability test had been carried out for 3 years. The main characteristics, variation coefficient and variance of grain yield and biomass were analyzed. The results showed that: the biomass of‘Dingyou No.1’,‘Bayou No. 3’and‘Bayou No.1 ’were sensitive to environment, the grain yield of‘Caoyou No.1’,‘Bayou No.1’and‘Jinyan No.14 ’were sensitive to environment, the plant height of‘Bayou No.3’,‘Dingyou No.1’and‘Jinyan No.13 ’were sensitive to environment. The differences of grain yield and biomass of different years were significant, grain yield differences of different varieties were significant, but the differences of biomass of varieties were not significant. The results showed that‘Jinyan No.14’,‘Baiyan No.2’,‘Ningyou No.1’,‘Huazao No.2’,‘Bayou No.1’and‘Baiyan No.11’were suitable for planting as grain varieties,‘Bayou No.3’and‘Jinyan No.13’ were suitable for planting as forage varieties,‘Bayou No.1’,‘Baiyan No.2’,‘Ningyou No.1’and‘Jinyan No.14’were suitable for planting as grain and forage varieties. The early-maturing variety‘Baiyan No.2’, midearly maturing variety‘Jinyan No.14’, mid-maturing variety‘Bayou No.1’and mid-late maturing variety ‘Bayou No.3’were appropriate for growing in Bashang Area of Zhangjiakou.

  Cotton Fiber Quality Comparison of Different Boll Positions and Bolling Stages in Liaohe River 2016, 6 (1):  15-20.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15050014 Abstract + ( 1364 )   PDF ( 1321KB )   ( 814 ) In order to study the influence of external environmental conditions on cotton fiber quality in Liaohe basin, an experiment was conducted to compare the fiber quality of 2 cotton varieties‘( Liaomian 19’and‘AC- 33B’), 3 fruit setting periods (before hot season boll, hot season boll and autumn boll), 2 fruit setting positions (1- 4 and 5- 8 fruit branches). The fiber length, strength, micronaire, uniformity and elongation, and the variation coefficient of each index were compared and analyzed. The results showed that: the fiber quality of ‘Liaomian 19’and‘AC-33B’reached A or AA standard of short season cotton, the environmental conditions influenced micronaire more obviously. For different bolling stages and boll positions, the indexes and variation coefficients of fiber quality were different but had the similar rule, which was: the comprehensive cotton quality of mid and early bolls (before hot season boll and hot season boll) which formed in the mid and lower positions (1-4 fruit breaches) was better than that of the later bolls (autumn boll) which formed in the upper positions (5-8 fruit branches), indicating the impact of environmental conditions on cotton fiber quality. Overall, hot season boll has better fiber quality and should become the goal of high yield and quality cotton cultivation.

  Study on Honeybee Pollination Technology of Cotton Cytoplasmic Male Sterile Lines in Net House 2016, 6 (1):  21-24.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15060008 Abstract + ( 1205 )   PDF ( 1251KB )   ( 896 ) The aims were to study the pollination characteristics of honeybee in cotton CMS lines, and whether honeybee was suitable for production of three-line hybrid cotton or not. In this experiment, honeybee (Apis mellifera Ligustica Spinola) was used as pollinators on cotton cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) lines in net house. The artificial pollination was used as a control. We investigated the visit frequency and single flower retention time of honeybee on cotton CMS maintainer and CMS lines in fine and cloudy days, and compared the agronomic traits, the yield of seed and the cost. In fine days, the visiting frequency of honeybee in cotton CMS maintainer and CMS lines were 60 and 49.2 times per hour, respectively, and the difference was significant. In cloudy days, the visiting frequency of honeybee in the two type lines were 23.4 and 13.8 times per hour, respectively, and the difference was not significant. In comparison of the characters between honeybee and artificial pollination, the difference of seed number per boll was significant, while boll number and empty branches per plant had extremely significant difference. The number of fruit branches, boll weight, lint percentage, seed index, germination rate had no significant difference. The hybrid seed production of bee pollination could reach about 70% of artificial pollination. But its cost was two-third of artificial pollination. Therefore, the rational use of honeybee pollination technology could play an important role in cotton CMS hybrid seed production.

  Breeding and Cultivation Techniques of a New Sweet Potato Variety‘Langyanshu 6’with High Yield and Good Quality 2016, 6 (1):  25-27.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15100019 Abstract + ( 1488 )   PDF ( 1147KB )   ( 975 ) In order to meet the market need for special sweet potato varieties, promote the development of sweet potato industry in Hebei Province, a new sweet potato variety‘Langyanshu 6’with high yield and good quality was bred by Langfang Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Science. Its female parent was the elite line ‘06-20’selected by Yantai Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the male parent was mixed pollens from 7 varieties,‘Yushu 868’,‘Yanshu 22’,‘Luoxushu 8’,‘Shangshu 7’,‘Mixuan 1’, and‘Zhongtai 9’. This variety had the characteristics of good sprout capacity, long tendril, more branches, concentrated storage roots, white and smooth chips, good taste, root rot resistance and good storage quality. It passed the new variety identification organized by the Achievement Transformation Centre of Hebei Department of Science and Technology in January, 2014, and named as‘Langyanshu 6’. The cultivation techniques of this high yield variety were developed. Test showed that the variety was a dual-purpose breed for starch and fresh edible, and had a prominent advantage in production, conformed to the breeding goals of food safety, product quality and production efficiency.

  Control Efficiency of Different Pesticides and Application Technologies Against Wheat Scab 2016, 6 (1):  28-32.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15060009 Abstract + ( 1155 )   PDF ( 1286KB )   ( 950 ) In recent years, the wheat scab has become a severe epidemic around the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River in China, and Fusarium graminearum has obvious resistance to benzimidazole fungicide carbendazim and its compounded agents. The authors selected 16 kinds of pesticides of 6 categories from registered and unregistered bactericides, conducted comparative experiments according to recommended dosage to screen the efficient fungicide to control the resistant strain, and also studied the best fungicides spray period, frequency and intervals. The results showed that: prochloraz, the mixture of triclopyricarb and tebuconazole, the mixture of tebucon azole and prochloraz and the mixture of JS399-19 and tebuconazole had good control effect on wheat scab, and the control efficiency was above 80% , which could be used as a replacement of carbendazim. The control efficiency of the mixture of tebuconazole and carbendazim, the mixture of prochloraz and carbendazim, tebuconazole, shenqinmycin and JS399-19 was 70%-80%, which was equal to or slightly better than that of carbendazim treatment, and they could be used as alternates. Shenqinmycin was a kind of antibiotic drugs, which had significant meanings to reduce the usage amount of chemical agent and environment stress. The results also showed the happen years of wheat scab, and the best spray period was the preliminary stage of flowering stage, the best pesticide application frequency was twice at the preliminary stage of flowering stage with a 5-7 days interval, and the best interval was 5-7 days.

  Effect of 3 Liquid Films on Soybean Root Rot and Soybean Yield 2016, 6 (1):  33-36.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15080008 Abstract + ( 957 )   PDF ( 1163KB )   ( 819 ) In order to find an effective method to prevent root rot in the middle and later periods of soybean growth, and to ensure the yield, the morbidity and yield were measured under 3 kinds of liquid films. The results showed that the liquid films aggravated Fusarium and Phytophthora root rot of soybean in seedling stage, but the difference was not significant. These 3 liquid films could control Phytophthora root rot in flowering stage and later stage, and Hemeite had the highest control efficiency of 21.83%. All the 3 kinds of liquid films could increase yield, and Hemeite had the highest rate of yield increase of 12.48%. Liquid film could effectively prevent Phytophthora root rot at flowering stage and later stage, and improve the yield of soybean. Hemeite had the best disease-resistant and yield increasing effect.

  Toxicity Test and Field Control Effect of 4 Different Fungicides on Grape Downy Mildew 陈宏州 and 2016, 6 (1):  37-41.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15060026 Abstract + ( 1111 )   PDF ( 1305KB )   ( 915 ) To investigate the biocontrol activity of Streptomyces corchorusii strain NF0919 and Bacillus subtilis DJ-6 WP to grape downy mildew, we had determined the indoor toxicity of the supernatant of S. corchorusii strain NF0919,1.0×1011cfu/g B.subtilis DJ-6 WP, mancozeb and dimethomorph on Plasmopara viticola by using leaf disc method, respectively,and the field control tests were conducted. The results showed that the EC50 values of the supernatant of strain NF0919,1.0×1011cfu/g B.subtilis DJ-6 WP, mancozeb and dimethomorph were 96.2859, 86.6038,69.9472 and 7.2636 μg/mL, respectively. The values of field control effect used in preventive experiments for grape downy mildew on the 7th day after 2 times spraying with 20 times liquid of the supernatant of strain NF0919 and 1000 times liquid of 1.0×1011cfu/g B.subtilis DJ-6 WP were 71.55% and 70.71%,the values of field control effect of 14th day after 2 times spraying were 67.54% and 68.19%, respectively. The values of field control effect used in curative experiments on the 7th day after 2 times spraying with 20 times liquid of the supernatant of strain NF0919 and 1000 times liquid of 1.0×1011cfu/g B.subtilis DJ-6 WP were 59.72% and 56.07%,the values of field control effect of 14th day after 2 times spraying were 56.88% and 57.46%, respectively. The field control effect of two kinds of supplied test biocontrol agents were equivalent.The protective effect between each of supplied test biocontrol agents and 300 times liquid of of 50%mancozeb WP had not significant difference, but there were significant difference at the efficacy between each of supplied test biocontrol agents and 200 times liquid of 40% dimethomorph SC. In conclusion, the S.corchorusii strain NF0919 and B.subtilis DJ-6 WP have certain biocontrol potential to grape downy mildew and value of development.

  Effect of Biochar Application on the Reduction of Antibiotics Uptake by Vegetable Crop 2016, 6 (1):  42-46.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15040009 Abstract + ( 1211 )   PDF ( 1238KB )   ( 852 ) A soil culture experiment was carried out to study the effects of different biochar application rates of 0.75%, 1.5% and 2.0% on the content of effective antibiotics in soil, the uptake amount of antibiotics by vegetables and the growth of vegetable. The soil was treated with 4 antibiotics (oxytetracycline, enrofloxacin, sulfamethazine, and tylosin) with the concentration of 25 mg/kg. The results showed that the application of biochar could slow down the degradation of antibiotics, but it significantly decreased the concentration of available antibiotics in soil. After 52 days incubation, the application of 1.5% and 2.0% biochar decreased the concentrations of soil available antibiotics by 25.29% and 39.09% for oxytetracycline, 16.39% and 28.69% for enrofloxacin, 16.97% and 23.64% for sulfamethazine and 17.76% and 25.70% for tylosin, respectively. The application of biochar could also reduce the uptake amount of antibiotics by vegetable plants. After the application of 1.5% and 2.0% biochar, antibiotics content in vegetable reduced by 23.11% and 35.93% for oxytetracycline, 15.89% and 22.85% for enrofloxacin, 7.64% and 16.56% for sulfamethazine and 16.79% and 29.50% for tylosin, respectively. The application of biochar could increase the biomass of vegetable plants compared to CK.

  Spatial Distribution and Evolution of Moisture Index of Alpine Meadow in Tibet 杨文才 2016, 6 (1):  46-51.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.casb16100024 Abstract + ( 687 )   PDF ( 3576KB )   ( 461 ) Abstract: To study the spatio-temporal variation laws of moisture index of alpine meadow in Tibet, according to the data on the average daily temperature and precipitation from 38 meteorological stations in Tibet and surroundings in 1971-2010, the authors adopted the moisture index (K) and the ArcGIS software to analyze the spatio-temporal variation laws of moisture index of alpine meadow in Tibet for nearly 40 years. The results showed that: (1) the average moisture index decreased from northeast and southwest to central Tibet, which appeared banded; (2) the variaton trends of moisture index had pronounced regional characteristics, some areas of Changdu and Rikaze had a increasing trend, conversely, other regions had a downward trend and obvious aridification; (3) the moisture index presented a trend with “increase-decrease”, resulted in the area decrease of alpine meadow from 94.61% in 1990s to 83.24% in the beginning of 21st century, this also proved that the aridification was significant in research regions; (4) the location of 1.2 contour of moisture index had a clear displacement, invaded to northeast and into alpine meadow and alpine steppes. The regions where the alpine meadow distributed should pay high attention to the drought phenomenon during the climate changing in the future.

  Effectiveness of Stanley Pure Compound Fertilizer on‘Fuji’Apple 2016, 6 (1):  47-50.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15060001 Abstract + ( 1311 )   PDF ( 1308KB )   ( 977 ) In order to compare the application efficiency of pure S-based compound fertilizer (N:P:K=20:10:21) and common compound fertilizer (N:P:K=15:15:15), the growth characteristics, fruit quality, yield and economic benefit of‘Red Fuji’apple of 13 years old were studied in the article. The results showed that th e leaf number and area of new shoots were the highest under pure S- based compound fertilizer of Stanley treatment, the leaf number was 23.5, and the leaf area was 62.5 cm2. Compared with the control, the ratio of sugar and acid decreased by 3.7% under the common compound fertilizer treatment, and increased by 13.1% under the pure S-based compound fertilizer treatment. The yield of apple was 56160 kg/hm2 under pure Sbased compound fertilizer treatment, which was 13110 kg/hm2 more than that in control and 4620 kg/hm2 more than that under compound fertilizer treatment, yield increasing rate was 30.4% and 8.9%, respectively. The shoot growth was promoted, leaf area, fruit soluble solid content and sugar acid ratio was increased, fruit quality and yield was improved significantly under pure S-based compound fertilizer treatment.

  Effect of Organic Fertilizer on Yields and Quality of Solanun melongena 2016, 6 (1):  51-55.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2014-xb0768 Abstract + ( 1670 )   PDF ( 1930KB )   ( 716 ) In order to solve the problem of the amount of application of organic fertilizer in eggplant reasonable, based on the study of field experiment conducted in suburb of Hangzhou, Zhejiang in the year 2012, through the application of different levels of organic fertilizer on the yield and quality of eggplant, the results showed the best curve equations between the rate of organic fertilizer (ranged from 0 to 4.5 t/hm2) and Solanun melongena yield, solidity, protein and rutin were the cubic (P=0.002<0.01), linear (P=0.048<0.05), cubic (P=0.007<0.01) and quadratic (P=0.002<0.01) curve equation respectively. For example, the yield was the best in the rate 2.0 t/hm2 of organic fertilizer, and then declined; the solidity significantly decreased as organic fertilizer consumption increased, the protein content and rutin content were best in the application rate of 3.5 t/hm2 and 3.0 t/hm2 respectively, and then dropped significantly. Accordingly, while similar soil property regions grow Solanun melongena, right amount of organic fertilizers (2.0-3.0 t/hm2) can improve the yield and quality of Solanun melongena.

  Variation of Soil Nutrients, Microbial Biomass and Enzymatic Activity with Isoetes sinensis Palmer Growth Under Different Cultivation Conditions 2016, 6 (1):  56-61.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15060013 Abstract + ( 1117 )   PDF ( 1360KB )   ( 941 ) In order to rejuvenate critically endangered Isoetes sinensis Palmer, and try to find out its suitable cultivation conditions, we studied the variation of microbial quantity, soil nutrient and enzyme activity after Isoetes sinensis Palmer growth under three artificial cultivation modes, i.e. constant temperature condition (CTC), greenhouse condition (GHC) and outdoor condition (ODC). The results showed that soil pH increased (P<0.05), the number of soil bacteria (BAC) reduced (P<0.05) under GC and OC, but the number of soil fungi (FUN) and actinomycetes (ACT) increased (P<0.05) under OC after Isoetes sinensis Palmer growth compared with that under the original soil condition. Soil total nitrogen (TN) and available phosphorus (AP) content, invertase (INT) and protease (PRO) activity decreased (P<0.05) under all conditions, while soil alkalihydrolysable nitrogen (AN), total phosphorus (TP) and organic matter (OM) content, phosphatase (ACP) and urease (UR) activity reduced (P<0.05) only under GC. Soil catalase (CAT) activity also reduced (P<0.05) only under CTC. The above showed that different cultivation conditions had different influences on soil microbes, nutrients and enzyme activity after Isoetes sinensis Palmer growth. So it was necessary to fertilize the soil reasonably and adjust the soil biological activity effectively after Isoetes sinensis Palmer growth.

  Influence of Fertilization Level and Planting Density on the Yield of Organic Rape 2016, 6 (1):  62-65.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15050015 Abstract + ( 1175 )   PDF ( 1166KB )   ( 858 ) In order to solve the plant density and fertilizer levels of organic rapeseed cultivation, the use of organic fertilizer use Nong-Fuwang in organic production, to explore the optimal cultivation pattern of the organic fertilizer rate of rape and density. The effect of fertilization amount and density on yield of organic rape was studied by using split plot design. Results showed that the organic rape yield which factors analysis the highest percentage of per plant effectively occurred when the high fertilizer rate and high density pod, the highest of pod grain number gained under high fertilizer level and low- density. Under the same planting density, effective pod per plant and pod grain number increased but the balance of power between the groups was not obvious. Organic rape yield was little impact on organic fertilizer levels of 3000-5250 kg/hm2, the yield difference was significant in the organic rape planting density; it was no effect of interaction between the two. Combinedallthefactors, the appropriate amount and density of organic rape were the organic fertilizer 3750kg/hm2 and planting density of 300000 per hm2.

  Principal Component and Cluster Analysis of Leaf Physiological Traits of 52 Helianthus tuberosus Germplasm Resources in Southern Xinjiang 吴全忠 and 艾买尔江?吾斯曼 2016, 6 (1):  66-72.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15060015 Abstract + ( 1621 )   PDF ( 1346KB )   ( 749 ) The study aims to provide reference for evaluating, classifying, utilizing, parental selection and introduction of germplasm resources of Helianthus tuberosus. The physiological indexes (specific leaf weight, SLW; Chl.a; Chl.b; Car.; Chl. (a b); Chl.a/b; acid sucrose invertase, ASI; soluble protein content, SPC; starch content, SC; soluble sugar content, SSC) of 53 H. tuberosus cultivars’leaves were measured and analyzed by correlation analysis, principal component analysis and cluster analysis. The results showed that variation coefficients of starch content and soluble protein content were high, but those of acid invertase activity, specific leaf weight, chlorophyll a/b were low. Photosynthesis index of H. tuberosus leaves had different levels of correlation. All factors were distributed into 5 principal components by principal component analysis, with cumulative contribution of 90.301% . These materials classified as photosynthetic capacity, photosynthate, shade tolerance, protection of carotenoids and composite indicator of enzyme activity. All the 53 H. tuberosus cultivars were divided into 5 groups by cluster analysis. Group I had lower starch and soluble sugar content in leaves; group II had higher chlorophyll a/b content; group III had higher acid invertase activity and starch content; group IV had higher carotenoids content; group V had higher chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll (a b), specific leaf weight, starch and soluble sugar content. Five varieties, including‘Beichun 29’,‘Beichun 32’,‘Beichun 15’,‘Beichun 52’and‘Nanchun 56’, with good productive characters were selected for future demonstration and extension.

  Bud Induction and Plantlet Regeneration of Cucumis melo var. saccharinus Terminal Bud 2016, 6 (1):  73-76.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15030010 Abstract + ( 1003 )   PDF ( 1336KB )   ( 772 ) Using terminal bud of Cucumis melo var. saccharinus aseptic young seedling as explants, the influences of different hormones on adventitious bud induction, proliferation and rooting were studied in order to obtain a rapid propagation method of Cucumis melo var. saccharinus. Results showed that no cluster bud was induced from the terminal buds in the medium without hormone, while in medium added hormones 6-BA and NAA, the inducing rate could reach 91%, the optimum medium for adventitious bud induction was 1/2MS 6- BA 2.0 mg/L NAA 0.5 mg/L, and no root was induced from the tissue culture seedlings in medium without hormone, while the rooting rate could reach 96% in medium added NAA, the best rooting medium was 1/2MS NAA 1.0 mg/L.

  Driving Force of Forest Landscape Change in Southern Section of Gaoligong Mountain Based on GIS 2016, 6 (1):  77-82.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15070012 Abstract + ( 858 )   PDF ( 1343KB )   ( 844 ) In order to study the relationship between the forest landscape change of Gaoligong Mountain and its driving force, remote sensing satellite images of 1974, 1987, 1997 and 2006 in Gaoligong Mountain were obtained and interpreted. The cost-distance analysis was used to study the effect of villages and roads on forest landscape change, and function fitting was carried out to explore the relationship between cost-distance and landscape spatial change. The results indicated that the variation of forest in Gaoligong Mountain showed a trend of first increase and then decrease, the changes of forest were obvious in the elevation of 1000-2000 m. There was a significant correlation between forest changes and villages and roads, mathematical fitting showed high significance.

  Determination of Fipronil Pesticide Residues in Orange by Gas Chromatographic Method 2016, 6 (1):  83-87.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15060012 Abstract + ( 1370 )   PDF ( 1354KB )   ( 725 ) In order to popularize the detection arguments of residual pesticides, an analytical method for the determination of fipronil and other residues in orange by gas chromatography was developed. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, further cleaned up by graphite carbon amino columns, and detected by gas chromatography with electron capture detector (GC ECD). The results showed that the relative standard deviation of repeatability test to measure fipronil and other pesticide residues was 2.36% to 5.68% under this method, the limit of quantification was 0.003-0.04 mg/kg and the limit of detection was 0.001-0.002 mg/kg. There were four residues which had a good linearity in the range of 0.05-2.0 mg/L with the R value greater than 0.990. The method was feasible and accurate in the detection of fipronil and other residues in orange, and the result was in conformity with the national level.

  Chemical Forms and Release Characteristics of Potassium in Livestock and Poultry Manure 2016, 6 (1):  88-91.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15090010 Abstract + ( 1184 )   PDF ( 1187KB )   ( 805 ) In order to know the bio-availability of potassium in livestock and poultry manure, four kinds of livestock and poultry manure including cattle manure, pig manure, duck manure and chicken manure were collected from large-scale farms in Hangzhou. The chemical forms of potassium were analyzed and the soil cultivation experiments were conducted. The results showed that the total K content in the manure ranged from 4.87 to 53.40 g/kg, and the average value was 21.50 g/kg. Potassium content in livestock and poultry manure decreased in the order of pig manure, chicken manure, duck manure and cattle manure. Bio-availability of K in livestock and poultry manure was very high. The average proportion of available K in the total K was 49.4%, and the average proportion of slow-release K in the total K was 32.4%. Most potassium in the manure could be released into soil and became available K in a short time after the manure was applied to soil.

In order to explore whether innovation method could be used in veterinary medicine and support its development, TRIZ was introduced and preliminarily applied to veterinary technology in this study. The results showed that innovation method could provide both new thinking and projects for solving technique problems. New projects were conformed to the development trend and could point out the key for technical innovation and promote the progress of technique. It could be concluded that the complete combination of veterinary medicine and innovation method could enhance the independent innovation ability, promote the innovation of technology and products and sustained the development of industry.

  Application and Developing Prospect of Internet of Things in Agriculture WANG xiang-dong and 2016, 6 (1):  96-98.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.2013-xb0605 Abstract + ( 1203 )   PDF ( 1091KB )   ( 1649 ) In recent years, with the fast- growing of computer and 3G network technology, the Internet of Things (IOT) becomes increasingly mature and has been quickly applied to various fields of agricultural production, scientific research etc. The technology of IOT applied to the field of agriculture effectively romoted the transformation of aditional agriculture to modern agriculture. The forming process of the concept of IOT was reviewed. Research progress of IOT in facility agriculture, crop pest remote diagnosis, precision irrigation and farmland environment monitoring were summarized in this paper, and the application status of four aspects of IOT was also discussed. Some main problems to be solved in the development of agricultural IOT in China were analyzed and the corresponding measures were put forward. Finally, the development prospects of agricultural IOT in China were forecasted and agricultural IOT was highlighted as the future development direction of agriculture in China.

The authors designed and developed an agricultural image resource management system that could realize the precise management of agricultural image resources. The authors first studied the related technologies to agricultural image resource management system, analyzed the requirement for the system, then designed the frame and function modules of the system, clarified its structure of database tables and their relationships, and finally adopted an object-oriented method to establish the management system based on B/S architecture.

  Analysis of an Agricultural Disaster Caused by Weather in Nansi Lake Area 2016, 6 (1):  103-109.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15040011 Abstract + ( 866 )   PDF ( 1980KB )   ( 746 ) The paper aims to improve severe weather forecasting and warning technology in the Nansi Lake area. The author analyzed an agricultural disaster caused by thunderstorm winds and hail in September 19, 2012 in Nansi Lake area which located in the southwestern Shandong Province. The results showed that the favorable condition for the occurrence of severe convective weather was the forward-tilling trough in which the dry and cold air was above the moist and warm air. The dry and cold intrusion which was behind the trough was the trigger mechanism of the strong convection. Strong wind convergence center easily triggered severe convective weather on the ground. A movement direction of the maximum center of K index was consistent with the direction of movement of heavy rainfall. The wind vertical shear of the direction and speed on troposphere were conducive to strong convective storm development. An appropriate height between 0℃ layer and -20℃ layer was conducive to the formation of hail. Composite reflectivity factor and echo tops had certain indication for the region of the hail.

  Spatial-temporal Variations of Waterlogging Disaster for Rape in Anhui Province in Recent 50 Years 2016, 6 (1):  110-116.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15050016 Abstract + ( 937 )   PDF ( 1851KB )   ( 896 ) Waterlogging as one of the main agrometeorological disaster effect the yield and quality of rape. In this paper, the spatial-temporal features of waterlogging for rape in Anhui Province was analyzed from 1961 to 2010 based on the industrial standard(QX/T 107-2009). The result showed that the waterlogging index gets the maximum value in blossom-bolting stage, when about 70%~80% waterlogging occurred. The index had a rising trend in bolting stage while decreased in filling stage; In the space, the value of waterlogging indexes increased regularity from north to south. The waterlogging occurred mainly in the south of Huai River Valley. The appearance of rape waterlogging is on a 5~6 years cycle in Jianghuai region.In Yanjiang region, the appearance of waterlogging is on a 2 years cycle,among them, mild waterlogging on a 3~4 years cycle, moderate waterlogging on a 5~6 years cycle, severe waterlogging on a 15~16 years cycle. In Anhui South region the appearance of waterlogging is on a 1~2years cycle, among them, mild and moderate waterlogging on a 3 years cycle, severe waterlogging on a 5 years cycle.

  Evaluation of County Economic Development Subjective Evaluation Index System and Satisfaction:Taking Yantai City as an Example 齐萍萍,郭晓月 and 于立云 2016, 6 (1):  117-121.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15060017 Abstract + ( 853 )   PDF ( 1192KB )   ( 772 ) In order to scientifically evaluate the county economic development level, promote the development of county economy and fill the gaps of relevant researches, 2 first level indexes which were economic development and life of urban and rural residents, and 15 second level indexes including economic growth rate, income level, medical service level etc., were selected to construct the county economic development subjective evaluation index system of Yantai City. Based on the questionnaire of urban and rural residents, subjective satisfaction on economy of eight counties in Yantai was evaluated. The results showed that satisfaction of urban and rural residents on county economy in Yantai was relatively satisfied. The development of the first and second level indexes among different counties in Yantai was unbalanced. Development level of county economy in Yantai City needs to be improved.

  Development Path of Urban Agricultural Tourism in Old Revolutionary Base Area in Western Henan Province:Taking Lushi County in Henan Province as an Example 2016, 6 (1):  122-128.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15100005 Abstract + ( 1581 )   PDF ( 1283KB )   ( 1034 ) The aim of this study is to give full play to the advantages of natural resources and characteristic industry of Lushi County which is the famous old revolutionary base area in Henan Province, explore the industrial orientation and development mode of urban agricultural tourism and promote the new agricultural modernization of Lushi County. Firstly, the advantages of urban agricultural tourism development in Lushi County were analyzed. These advantages mainly included humanity history and culture, natural resources and geographical conditions and economic and industrial base. Secondly, the development direction of agricultural tourism and the overall layout of constructing“four galleries”including ecological agricultural sightseeing gallery in Luo River Basin, over-summer organic vegetable picking gallery in Duguan River Basin, original ecological product exhibition gallery in Laoguan River Basin and modern ecological agricultural education gallery in Qi River Basin were put forward. Based on this, four development modes of agricultural tourism including leisure sightseeing tourism, vacation tourism using pension, beautiful rural tourism and the red revolution tourism were designed. Finally, four policy suggestions including regulating land circulation, implementing benefit farming policy, playing a role of agricultural science and technology and strengthening rural environment regulation were proposed to promote the development of urban agricultural tourism.

Based on the investigation of the present development situation of characteristic industries in Wuling Mountain area and industries interaction theory, development ideas of constructing the connection and interaction of three competitive industries, namely tea industry, ethnic cultural industry and tourism industry, were put forward. Tea industry development mode and its implementation way that fitted the status quo of Wuling Mountain were preliminarily explored. The mode was based on the tea industry and driving by ethnic cultural industry and leading by tourism industry, and provided useful reference for driving the overall economic improvement in multi-fields and multi-layers and accelerating regional development and poverty-alleviation program.

Property income of rural residents in China increased rapidly in recent years, but it did not play a full role in rural residents’income increase. The purpose of this paper was to get some experience by combing domestic and foreign studies of rural residents’property income. Then the obstacles in increasing property income of Chinese rural residents were analyzed, insufficiencies of the study on rural residents’income were pointed out and the research approach of Chinese rural residents’property income was explored. It was concluded that property income could be studied from urban-rural perspective to find the income mechanism and implementation pattern. It plays an important role in promoting the balanced and coordinate development between urban and rural areas.
