  Identification Evaluation of Waxy Rice Strainswith Early Maturity 2016, 6 (2):  1-7.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15070003 Abstract + ( 2340 )   PDF ( 1354KB )   ( 945 ) In order to learn characteristics and the role of rice waxy lines in hybrid rice breeding, agronomic traits, grain quality, resistance and restoring force has been identified on waxy rice with early maturity in Fuzhou early season. The result indicated that ‘WX4’, ‘WX8’ and ‘WX9’ had better comprehensive performance on agronomic traits,grain quality, resistance and restoring force, and they could be used as restorer lines. By studying on key character of hybrids which obtained by waxy rice strains crossed with three waxy rice CMS-Lines, the combinations of waxy lines with ‘JianongWXA1’had better yield performance.Among these combinations, JianongWXA1/WX3 and JianongWXA1/WX4 accord with the standard of rice breeding in fujian early season on duration from seeding to heading and waxy endosperm quality, although their yield has lower than CK,but not significant. By combine the comprehensive characters of restorer lines and their hybrids,it was considered that restorer line ‘WX4’ has better performance.It has good value in conventional and hybrid rice breeding after being evaluated. ‘WX4’ was named ‘Fu Nuo Hui 1 Hao’.

  Effects of Nitrogen Fertilizer Amount on Grain Filling Rate of Different Panicle and Grain Positions of Rice 2016, 6 (2):  8-21.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15070014 Abstract + ( 2446 )   PDF ( 1652KB )   ( 1015 ) In order to explore the effects of different nitrogen fertilizer amount on grain filling rate of different pinnacle and grain positions, using‘nongda 3’as experimental material, under the condition of the same amount of phosphate and potash fertilizer, by changing the nitrogen fertilizer amount, the grain filling rate of different panicle and grain positions was studied. The results showed that the grain filling rate of different panicle positions was as follows: before grouting peak, whether it was the first branch or the secondary branch grains, the grain filling rate declined along with the lowering of the panicle position. After grouting peak, the filling rate of the first branch grains increased as the panicle position declined, the filling rate of the secondary branch grains was in an order of lower >middle > upper except under high fertilizer treatment (160-240 kg/hm2), which was middle > upper > lower. The grain filling rate of the same panicle position of the first and the secondary branch grains was as follows: before grouting peak, the filling rate the first branch grain was greater than that of the secondary branch grains; after grouting peak, the filling rate of the secondary branch grains was higher than that of the first branch grains. Grain filling rate of different panicle and grain positions showed an obvious unimodal curve, and the grain filling rate decreased with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer amount and the decline of panicle position.

  Comparison and Path Analysis of Agronomic Characters of Wheat Lines in Regional Trial in Southern Shanxi Province 任文斌,谢三刚,王倩,吴翠翠,赵智勇,柴永峰 and 李秀绒 2016, 6 (2):  22-26.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15070016 Abstract + ( 2278 )   PDF ( 1235KB )   ( 800 ) In order to understand the development trend of irrigated wheat breeding in southern Shanxi Province, agronomic characters of 41 wheat lines in regional trial in southern Shanxi from 2012 to 2014 were analyzed by comparison analysis, correlation analysis and path analysis methods. The results showed that the coefficient of variation of spike length was the highest, 9.61%. The variation coefficient of three factors of yield showed the number of effective spikes>1000-grain weight>grains per spike. Multiple comparative analysis showed that there were extremely significant differences in yield among the years, but T test of the agronomic characters between the trial wheat lines and CK had no significant difference. The correlation analysis showed that the yield was extremely and significantly positive correlated with the basic seedling, the number of effective spikes and growth period, and was significantly positive correlated with grains per spike. Path analysis showed that the number of effective spikes, grains per spike and 1000- grain weight had a greater direct contribution to the yield, and grain number per spike was the largest contributor in the comprehensive effect. According to the analysis results and ecological conditions in southern Shanxi Province, grain number per spike was the main factor affecting the wheat yield. The wheat line which had more grain number per spike and stable improvement of 1000- grain weight should be the breakthrough point in wheat breeding process of southern Shanxi.

  Traits Analysis of New Cotton Germplasm‘Ji863’with High Quality, High Yield, Disease Resistance, and Early Maturity 2016, 6 (2):  27-32.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15060025 Abstract + ( 2595 )   PDF ( 1381KB )   ( 981 ) Aiming at the common problems in cotton production, such as serious Fusarium wilt and Verticillium wilt, low fiber strength, too high micronaire and lack of earlier maturity varieties, different genetic background materials were collected and good comprehensive characters germplasms were screened as the parent materials. Then, hybridization was conducted between selected parent materials to cultivate progeny materials with multiple excellent target traits and through many generations’ south-reproduction and north-selection, evaluation of disease resistance in the whole growth period and different environmental adapting identification, the high quality, early maturity, disease-resistance and high yield ‘Ji863’ was cultivated. In 2006, the variety attended the Mid-South of Hebei Province spring sowing cotton regional trial. Then it was approved by Hebei Breeding Examination and Approve Committee and was entitled ‘Ji863’ in 2010. ‘Ji863’ fiber quality conformed to the law of the People's Republic of China agriculture industry standard Ⅱ type and quality cotton AA grade. Compared with other conventional spring cotton varieties approved in 2010 and in recent five years, ‘Ji863’ had better fiber qualities and earlier maturity, such as higher uniformity index, higher fiber strength, higher reflectivity and more suitable spinning evenness index. ‘Ji863’ was suitable for the production needs and the best comprehensive properties of cotton variety. ‘Ji863’ was an excellent germplasm resource which could be used to breed more new good varieties.

  Effect of Waterlogging Degree on Cotton Seedling Growth and Physiological Change 郑曙峰,王维,刘小玲,吴文革,陈敏 and 阚画春 2016, 6 (2):  33-38.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15110014 Abstract + ( 4929 )   PDF ( 1394KB )   ( 4437 ) In order to clarify the adaptability of cotton after waterlogging stres. cotton morphology, production and physiological changes at the seedling stage under different flooding degree were studied by using a pot experiment. The results showed that after flooding, cotton production, the rate of bolls per plant, boll weight, plant height, number of leaves and dry matter accumulation of per plant reduced, while Lint percentage did not change; with the flooding time increasing, various indicators continued reducing. after flooding 20d, leaf SPAD value declined rapidly, cotton lint yield decreased by more than 80%, even total crop failure. Overall, flooding 15d could be considered the critical time of cotton to adapt waterlogging stress during seedling stage , so cotton can resuming growing through cultural technique measure before the critical time.

  Effect of 250 g/L Propiconazole EC on Wheat Stripe Rust and Powdery Mildew 2016, 6 (2):  39-43.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15070013 Abstract + ( 1214 )   PDF ( 1257KB )   ( 925 ) In order to explore the effect of 250 g/L propiconazole EC on wheat stripe rust and powdery mildew and the reasonable application dosage, a field demonstration experiment was carried out through the method of forecast and investigation, randomized block design and statistical analysis. The results showed that during the spring wheat stripe rust epidemics, the two- time continuous application of 600 mL/hm2, 450 mL/hm2 and 300 mL/hm2 of 250 g/L propiconazole EC had a good control effect on wheat stripe rust. The control effects after 8 days and 18 days were still above 98% and the difference among different application dosages was not significant. Also there was a good control effect on wheat powdery mildew. After 8 days, the control effect could reach 100% but the effect could only be kept for about 10 days. After 18 days, the control effect of 250 g/L propiconazole EC significantly decreased, the effect of 600 mL/hm2 was only 78.4%, and the effect of 450mL/hm2 or lower was under 41% . In the case of not serious wheat stripe rust and powdery mildew, the optimal application dosage was 300-450 mL/hm2, which could reduce pesticide usage and pollution, and also save the control cost. Under heavy outbreak of powdery mildew and in the mixed incidence area of the two diseases, the 250 g/L propiconazole EC application should be 600 mL/hm2 for two times to ensure the control effect. There was no difference between 250 g/L propiconazole EC produced by Lier Chemical Co., Ltd. and Syngenta Suzhou crop protection Co., Ltd. in control effect with the same dosage, and the domestic production and foreign production did not differ in quality. For saving the cost of prevention and control , it is better to use 250 g/L propiconazole EC produced by Lier Chemical Co., Ltd.

  Effect of Application of Sustained Release Urea on Root Rot and Yield of Soybean 2016, 6 (2):  44-47.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15060020 Abstract + ( 1518 )   PDF ( 1239KB )   ( 802 ) The study aims to find out whether the sustained release urea has certain effects on the disease index of soybean root rot, and whether the effect could be the main factor of the yield decrease. The relationship between the main physiological index of soybean and soybean root rot disease index and yield of soybean was analyzed by using path analysis in 2014. The results showed that the disease index of treatment of long-term sustained release urea was the lowest, which was 33.96% , but its yield was 2998.65 kg/hm2. In the path analysis of the root parameters affecting the yield of soybean, we could see the direct path coefficient was 0.4649, which was the most important factor for underground fresh weight. The disease index of root rot was one of the factors that affect soybean production, but it was not the main factor. The effect of sustained release urea on the yield was mainly through the increase of underground fresh weight.

  Inhibition Effects of Eight Fungicides on Tomato Late Blight 2016, 6 (2):  48-51.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15080011 Abstract + ( 1452 )   PDF ( 1195KB )   ( 1010 ) The study aims to explore the antifungal effects of eight agents on phytophthora infestan, the pathogen fungus of tomato late blight. Drug-containing medium was used to determine the indoor inhibitory role of 8 experimental antifungal agents on P. infestan. Experimental results showed that the 8 agents all had inhibition effects on P. infestan and the antifungal rates increased with the concentration. 72% cymoxanil mancozeb WP, 50% flumorph mancozeb WP, 60% pyraclostrobin metiram WG and 20% athomin EW had the best antifungal effect on P. infestan, and their antifungal rates were 100% after 7 days of application.

  Effect of Different Applying Patterns and Amounts of Fertilizer-N on Growth and Yield of‘Koshihikari-S’ 2016, 6 (2):  52-59.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15060022 Abstract + ( 1947 )   PDF ( 1494KB )   ( 847 ) To provide a technological basis for the high-yield cultivation of‘Koshihikari-S’, the effects of different applying patterns and amounts of fertilizer-N on growth and yield of‘Koshihikari-S’were researched to find out the reasonable pattern and suitable amount of fertilizer-N application. The experiment was done with a randomized block design with the Japanese high quality rice variety‘Koshihikari-S’as the material. There were 9 treatments in total with three replications: 2 kinds of applying patterns, 5 levels of applying amounts. The results showed that: for the new applying pattern of fertilizer-N (1:1:1:1), the yield (6935.7 kg/hm2) was the highest when fertilizer-N was applied for 202.5 kg/hm2 totally; for the traditional applying pattern of fertilizer-N (5:2:3:0), the yield (6534.3 kg/hm2) was the highest when fertilizer-N was applied for 135 kg/hm2 cultivated with the new pattern had less amount of growth in the early period, but grew steadily in the later period, thereby resisted lodging better; prolonged the functional period of leaves and increased the percentage of available tillers, seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight.‘Koshihikari-S’cultivated with the traditional pattern had the advantage of growing early and quickly thus increased spikes number, but had easy lodging and premature, and the percentage of available tillers, seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight reduced too. In conclusion, the reasonable applying pattern of fertilizer-N for the high-yield cultivation of‘Koshihikari-S’was: base fertilizer: tiller fertilizer : panicle fertilizer: grain fertilizer=1:1:1:1, the suitable applying amount of fertilizer-N was about 200 kg/hm2; the reasonable applying pattern of fertilizer- N for the mid- low- yield cultivation of‘Koshihikari- S’was: base fertilizer : tiller fertilizer : panicle fertilizer : grain fertilizer=5:2:3:0, the suitable applying amount of fertilizer-N was about 140 kg/hm2.

  Effect of Chitosan on Seed Germination of Kidney Bean Under Water Stress 黄明镜,黄学芳,韩彦龙 and 张 伟 2016, 6 (2):  60-64.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15100018 Abstract + ( 1293 )   PDF ( 1371KB )   ( 1062 ) In order to solve the problem of kidney bean germination in production, under basin culture, the authors simulated drought stress through controlling soil water, and studied the effect of different concentrations and ratios of seed and chitosan on seed germination of kidney bean. The results showed that: chitosan could improve the percentage of germination, germination potential, germination index and vitality index of seed. When the concentration of chitosan was 2% and the ratio of chitosan and kidney bean was 1:50, the germination rate was the highest, and when the concentration of chitosan was 1.5% and the ratio of chitosan and kidney bean was 1:50, the germination potential was the highest. Under the same ratio of chitosan and kidney bean, when the concentrations of chitosan were 1.5% and 2%, the index of germination was the highest, and when the concentrations of chitosan were 1.5% and 2%, the ratio of chitosan and kidney bean was 1:50 , the vitality index of seed was the best. So, when the concentration of chitosan was 1.5%-2%, and the ratio of chitosan and kidney bean was 1:50, the effect of chitosan on the kidney bean was the best, and it would build a solid foundation for future research on the seed coating of kidney bean.

On the basis of a comprehensive and systematic investigation and a scientific analysis of the development status of the mustard industry, especially the technical bottlenecks and problems constraining the industrialized production of mustard in south China, the present study proposed specific research ideas, prospects, suggestions and measures accordingly. It is hoped that this study can provide powerful technical support to promote the industrialized, healthy and sustainable development of the mustard industry in south China, and be of practical implications for the enrichment of people's‘vegetable baskets’and the restructuring of the vegetable industry.

  Screening of Mushroom Bran for Cultivating Watermelon Stock 谢宇,林 强 and 赵依杰 2016, 6 (2):  72-75.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15100016 Abstract + ( 1543 )   PDF ( 1170KB )   ( 881 ) This essay took four kinds of mushroom bran as nursery substrate to test seedling cultivation of watermelon stock, observed the applicability of various mushroom bran for watermelon stock seedling cultivation. Hypsizigus marmoreu, Pleurotus eryngii, golden mushroom and tea mushroom were selected and separately mixed with vermiculite to make the nursery substrate, then the authors measured the physicochemical characteristics of the substrates and performed seedling cultivation of watermelon stock. The results showed that: the mushroom bran of Pleurotus eryngii and golden mushroom had comparatively small bulk density and comparatively less total porosity. The mushroom bran of Hypsizigus marmoreu and tea mushroom had better effect than Pleurotus eryngii and golden mushroom. Sample mushroom bran made of Hypsizigus marmoreu: vermiculite=4:1 and tea mushroom: vermiculite=1:1 had significantly higher watermelon stock seedling index than sample mushroom bran of peat: vermiculite=2:1, suggesting that the mushroom bran of Hypsizigus marmoreu and tea mushroom should be used as nursery substrate for further research and development on watermelon stock.

  Effects of Reactive Oxygen Metabolism on Wizened Bud Development of‘Yulu Xiangli’Pear 2016, 6 (2):  76-81.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15070007 Abstract + ( 1644 )   PDF ( 1412KB )   ( 1004 ) The aim of this study was to clarify the mechanism of slowing vegetative growth to reduce wizened bud occurring in‘Yulu Xiangli’pear. Experiments were conducted to investigate the relative reasons induced wizened bud and the change regularity of metabolism of active oxygen during flower bud differentiation using normal flower buds in short shoot from Weixian, Hebei and Taigu, Shanxi as control, wizened bud in Weixian as research material. The results showed that length and diameter of shoot growth in the wizened bud pear orchard were significantly longer than that in normal pear orchards and the time of shoot stopped growing was latest in the wizened bud pear orchard. In the period of flower bud differentiation, the content of SOD, CAT, POD and MDA in shoots in normal pear orchards increased at first and decreased subsequently. But in wizened bud pear orchard, the activity of SOD and POD showed a downtrend, the activity of CAT and content of MDA increased at first and decreased subsequently. Activity of SOD, CAT and POD in the wizened bud were significantly lower than that in normal bud, but the content of MDA was significantly higher. All of above indicated that excessive vegetative growth might lead to the occurrence of wizened bud, which was closely related to the activity of SOD, CAT and POD in buds.

  The Lignin Deposition Process in Fruit Endocarp of Different Jujube Cultivars 2016, 6 (2):  82-87.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15070017 Abstract + ( 1236 )   PDF ( 1981KB )   ( 1096 ) To understand the change of lignin content and endocarp lignin deposition process in different periods of different cultivars,‘Jinsixiaozao’and‘Jinsiwuhexiaozao’were used as the test materials, the lignin content in jujube fruit was measured by the Klason method and the distribution of lignin was observed by color reaction between the phloroglucinol and lignin for the purpose of researching the dynamic changes of lignin deposition in jujube fruit. The results showed that: in jujube fruit the endocarp lignin deposition process was from the base, after the lignification of medial peel was completed, the lignification was achieved from the inside to the outside until gradually accomplished; during 15-25 days after flowering, the lignin content in ‘Jinsixiaozao’and‘Jinsiwuhexiaozao’fruit was basically the same, and starting from the 40 days after flowering, the lignin content in‘Jinsixiaozao’fruit began to rise and exceeded the lignin content in ‘Jinsiwuhexiaozao’fruit; the change of the lignin content in‘Jinsiwuhexiaozao’fruit was smooth within all fruit development period, and that in‘Jinsixiaozao’fruit increased obviously during 15-75 days, after 75 days the lignin content showed a leap in growth and increased more significantly. There are significant differences in the process of lignification between the two cultivars of jujube in the experiment, so they can be used for related research on jujube fruit endocarp lignification.

It has a strong resistance to cold, drought and disease. The recent researches on its resource distribution, biological characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics, taxonomic status, genetics research, fruit quality were summarized, and prospects on future research were discussed for a better protection, development and utilization of Amygdalus mira (Koehne).

  Explant Selection and Micro Propagation Start of Davidia involucrata 2016, 6 (2):  92-95.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15030023 Abstract + ( 1507 )   PDF ( 1367KB )   ( 924 ) Davidia involucrata is an endangered ancient relic species. As the flower shape of Davidia involucrata is graceful, it has great application value in gardening. But Davidia involucrata has obstacles in seed and shoot cutting propagation. Therefore, it is urgent to develop the technology of plant tissue culture for establishing a fast propagation system according to the needs of both germplasm conservation and economic application. In this research, explant selection, different concentrations of mercuric chloride disinfectant and basal culture media were explored. The results showed that spring bud and semi-lignified branches with bud were the best explants, and 75% alcohol disinfection for 10 s and followed by 0.1% HgCl2 disinfection for 10 min could meet the need, and the WPM basal media had the best effect. The results built the bud proliferation technique system, but the rooting of cultured seedlings need to be further studied.

The authors summarized the research status and existing problems from the aspects of the theoretical research, methods of planning and the suitability evaluation of wells. Suggestions on future research emphasis were provided: strengthening the study of wellcanal combined, paying attention to the study on the suitability evaluation methods and spatial layout, strengthening new technologies (GIS, groundwater simulation software and a variety of modern heuristic algorithms) application in motor-pumped well spatial layout study.

  Design and Evaluation of Corn Multifunctional and Integrated Seeder 2016, 6 (2):  101-106.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15060024 Abstract + ( 1265 )   PDF ( 1466KB )   ( 840 ) In order to solve the problems of seeds waste, film burning seedlings, technological backwardness of fertilizing and so on during planting spring corn, a corn multifunctional and integrated seeder was designed. Structural parameters were provided through analyzing overall structure, working principles and critical parts of this machine, and field performance tests were also carried out in comparing with 2FBJD- 2 (another mechanical sowing machine). The results showed that the structure of this machine was more reasonable than that of 2FBJD-2. Its quality and speed of sowing were also better than 2FBJD-2. The average seeding depth of this machine was 3.52 cm without too deep or too shallow phenomenon. It was 0.20 cm deeper than the control group and the difference was significant. The qualified rate of seedlings space was 93.80%, reseeding rate was 9.20% and miss- seeding rate was 2.60%. So the seeding uniformity was better than that of the control group. This machine had high mulching quality and the damage rate was almost 0. The stability of fertilization and uniformity of rows were better than that of the control group. The germination rate in the field which was seeded by the corn multifunctional and integrated machine was 95.60%, 3.80% higher than that of the control group, whose germination rate was 91.80%. In addition, the harvest test showed that the yield of the field seeded by this machine was higher and the average yield was 12934.50 kg/hm2, which increased by 12.70% in comparing with that of the control group (11473.40 kg/hm2). In conclusion, this multifunctional and integrated seeder could conduct land leveling, film mulching, fertilizing, punching, seeding, soil covering and earth compacting at the same time. This machine could reduce the labor intensity, increase working efficiency and saving cost. It can basically meet the agronomic requirements of maize.

  Flavor Impact of Single Strain Ferment on Coffee Wine Based on HS-SPME/GC-MS and Sensory Analysis Technology 2016, 6 (2):  107-112.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15070011 Abstract + ( 1535 )   PDF ( 1401KB )   ( 1018 ) The aim of this paper was to investigate the effects of single stain fermentation on coffee wine flavor. The gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS) was utilized to analyze the coffee wine flavor compounds of stain fermentation, and electronic sensory (e- nose and e- tongue) and human sensory were utilized to evaluate the overall flavor effect of coffee wine. The study provided a theoretical reference for brewing highquality coffee flavor wine and selecting the optimum strain combination. The experimental results showed that the ethanol value of the yeast B and D brewed coffee wine was higher than the others, while the loss rate of the yeast C brewed coffee wine was slightly higher than the other three kinds of yeast. The GC-MS detected 26 compounds, including 15 esters, 7 alcohols, and 4 other compounds. The detected compounds were in addition to the acids, had a pleasant flavor. The alcohol compounds all were higher alcohols, mainly 3-methyl-1-butanol and phenylethyl alcohol. The peak area of yeast D was significantly higher than that of the other three kinds of yeast; the alcohol ester ratio was C(8.61)> A(4.17)> B(1.16)> D(1.05). Electronic sensory testing showed that the first principal component analysis contribution rate of electronic nose and electronic tongue was more than 98%, but most regions were overlapped and had the poor distinguish effect, indicating that the coffee wine brewed with the four kinds of Saccharomyces cerevisiaes had close flavor and taste. Human sensory distinguishing had the same result.

The current situation of zoonosis was summarized in this paper. Pathogen leakage from medical, teaching and scientific institutions was becoming more and more frequent, which polluted the environment and contributed to human infections. Ordinary people, even practitioners, lacked professional knowledge and skills to solve those accidents and problems. To promote innovation of associated curriculum, the authors suggested that the key points of current zoonosis course in agricultural university should be as follows: (1) strengthening theoretical base of flu or other zoonosis, and paying more attention to the training of biological safety protection and emergency handling; (2) improving education quality, teaching safety and attention on zoonosis, and the teaching object should also include both university student and ordinary people.

Audio resource, as an effective mode of agricultural information transmission, is the record of agriculture related science and technology in voice form, and can be easily accepted by farmers. The users access to the information by downloading and online listening. Based on this, the authors developed a management system for audio resource collection, streamlining and publishing. This paper described the system design route, system development of related technology, and introduced in detail the system database design, system process, and the main function module, etc. The application of the system could have certain significance for the utilization rate of agricultural resources and improvement of agricultural information service level, in order to achieve the sharing of advanced technology and valuable experience, and provide a convenient information access approach for famers.

With the aggravation of global warming, heat injury has already become one of the principal disasters in rice production. Consequently, it is of extremely practical significance to conduct a research on rice heat injury and risk assessment. This thesis summarized the influence of heat injury on rice physiology, output and rice quality, and thus elaborated the breeding method of rice heat resistance and cultivation countermeasures which could prevent rice heat injury. Thereafter, it put forward three principal research methods targeting at rice heat injury risk assessment and issues to be solved in the rice heat injury research in the future.

Through the analysis of the development mode of traditional agriculture of tidal flat in Yancheng City, this paper summed up the need for the development of saline agriculture of tidal flat. According to the current development situation of saline agriculture in Yancheng City, SWOT analysis method was used to get the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of saline agriculture, and then countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of saline agriculture in Yancheng was put forward.

  Model Diversification and Distribution Standardization of“Alliance of Agriculture and Community” 2016, 6 (2):  131-134.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15070010 Abstract + ( 1292 )   PDF ( 1173KB )   ( 957 ) “Alliance of agriculture and community” is a new agricultural products marketing model that farmers provide farm products to customers directly. It simplifies the circulation link, reduces the circulation cost, and plays a positive role in improving farmers’ income and making the public consumption to be more convenient. The position of “alliance of agriculture and community” in agricultural products logistics and the related reasons were analyzed in this paper. The limited business ability of agricultural products suppliers, the preference of traditional consumption ways, the lack of quality safety standards, supervision for agricultural products and technical support for logistics distribution all resulted in the subordinate role of “alliance of agriculture and community” in agricultural products logistics. Besides, the positive effects of model diversification and distribution standardization on it were analyzed, the specific suggestions such as establishing direct sales association and consumer groups, improving distribution system, establishing industrial standards, developing creative agricultural e-commerce were provided in detail. Finally the authors made an outlook on the future development of “alliance of agriculture and community”.

  Problems of Family Farms in Shanghai: Taking District D as an Example 2016, 6 (2):  135-140.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15070019 Abstract + ( 947 )   PDF ( 1345KB )   ( 911 ) In order to promote the sustainable development of family farms in Shanghai, District D was taken as an example and 271 family farms were investigated by questionnaire investigation and face to face discussion. The basic situation of family members, business scale, business scope, operation type and efficiency of the family farms were analyzed. The study revealed that family farms were troubled by high land transfer fee, poor farmland infrastructure, insufficient agricultural socialized service system and financial supporting service, weak processing auxiliary facilities and agricultural training. Based on the existing problems, the authors put forward suggestions such as improving the efficiency of land transfer subsidies, promoting farmland infrastructure construction, perfecting agricultural socialized service system and agricultural processing auxiliary facilities, strengthening the financial support and innovating agricultural training.
