  Breeding and Application of‘Jingu57’with High Quality 2016, 6 (6):  1-5.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas16010014 Abstract + ( 1280 )   PDF ( 1080KB )   ( 870 ) This study aims to breed millet variety with high quality, high yield, disease- resistance, wide adaptability and being suitable for high quality millet development. New varieties with simplified cultivation technique could be applied to production. Crop research institute, Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences used‘Qinzhouhuang’as the female parent and‘Jingu21’as male parent, and adopted the chemical castration technology to conduct the crossbreeding. As a result, high quality millet variety ‘Jinfen96’was bred, and its cultivation techniques were studied.‘Jinfen96’was determined and named‘Jingu57’by crop evaluation committee of Shanxi Province in July 2013. Its high yield and high efficiency cultivation technique was studied and developed.‘Jingu57’had characteristics of high quality, high yield, strong resistance, wide adaptability, etc. Its accumulative total promotion area was 40933 hm2 from 2014 to 2015. In the rain-fed agriculture of Shanxi Province, the new variety could play a role in the development of rural economy and increase of farmers’ income.

  Comprehensive Evaluation of Seed Vigor in Sweet Corn Germplasm 2016, 6 (6):  6-11.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15120003 Abstract + ( 1342 )   PDF ( 1222KB )   ( 838 ) The study aims to provide reference for evaluating, classifying and genetic improvement of seed vigor of sweet corn. Ninety-five sweet corn inbred lines were tested under standard germination, cold test (CT) and artificial aging (AA) treatment. Seven indexes, including germination rate (GE), seedling height (SH), root length (RL), relative germination rate in CT (CRGE), relative germination rate (ARGE), relative seedling height after AA (ARSH) and relative root length after AA (ARRL), were measured. The comprehensive evaluation of seed vigor was done by membership function method and multiple statistic analysis. The results showed abundant genetic variation of seed vigor exists in sweet corn germplasm. The coefficient of variation of seven indexes ranged from 14.42% to 34.46%, and the total contribution rate reached to 71.27%. A mathematical evaluation model for seed vigor was established by stepwise regression equation: Yvigor=-2.596 1.626GE 1.07ARGE 0.628CRGE (R2=0.900), and the predictive values (Y) were basically consistent with the mean value of subordinate function (L). Finally, 95 sweet corn lines were divided into five grades based on comprehensive seed vigor value. GE, ARGE and CRGE can be used as main indexes to evaluate seed vigor of sweet corn.

  Fiber Soluble Sugar Content of Manual Harvest 3-5 Locules Cotton of 89 Upland Cotton Varieties in Southern Xinjiang 刘明, and 马珍 2016, 6 (6):  12-19.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas16040006 Abstract + ( 1275 )   PDF ( 1651KB )   ( 920 ) In order to screen out the low fiber soluble sugar content upland cotton genetic resources and reveal the rules of fiber soluble sugar content in different locules cotton, the fiber soluble sugar content of 3-5 locules cotton of 89 upland cotton varieties was studied by the method of vitriol anthrone colorimetry, 7 low sugar materials (1.01 -2 mg/g) were screened out, which account for 7.87% of all the varieties. The fiber soluble sugar contents in the varieties from different regions were different, and followed the order of Jiangsu ＞Anhui ＞ Hebei ＞ Xinjiang ＞ Sichuan ＞ Hubei ＞ Shanxi ＞ Shandong ＞ Henan. The fiber soluble sugar content of 4 locules cotton was higher than that of 5 locules cotton in Hebei and Shanxi, while the varieties from other regions all showed the opposite rule. The fiber soluble sugar content of Chinese cotton varieties was higher than that of foreign varieties. The results of the comparison among different variety series showed that the fiber soluble sugar content of Xinjiang upland cotton series was higher than that of Zhongmiansuo series, hybrid cotton series was higher than that of routine cotton series, middle and late maturing series was higher than that of early maturing series. The comparison of 3 locules cotton of 13 varieties showed that the fiber soluble sugar content in‘Yahuang 9103’and‘Zhong- 190’was relatively low, which was significantly different from other varieties. The analysis of the 7 varieties with special botanical characters showed that 5 locules cotton had larger bell weight, single bell had bigger seed number and seed index, and lint yield rate and lint yield per seed were low, but its influence on cotton fiber quality was not significant.

  Toxicity Determination of Azoxystrobin and Dimethomorph Against Plasmopara viticola 谭玉娴, and 易图永 2016, 6 (6):  20-23.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas16030027 Abstract + ( 1240 )   PDF ( 1211KB )   ( 1691 ) Long-term continuous use of chemicals will cause drug resistance of Plasmopare viticola. By using leaf disc method, the toxicity of azoxystrobin, dimethomorph and their mixtures against Plasmopare viticola were tested. The results showed that the EC50 of 95% azoxystrobin, 98% dimethomorph and their five ratios (1: 1, 1:2, 2:1, 1:4, 4:1) was respectively 7.9003, 1.7656, 1.454, 1.685, 1.0117, 1.9688, 3.2009 μg/mL. The mixture of azoxystrobin and dimethomorph at the ratio of 2:1 had very strong inhibiting effect on Plasmopare viticola and could be used to control grape downy mildew in field experiment.

  Effects of Glycyrrhiza Inflata on Soil Physical and Chemical Properties and Soil Enzymatic Activities of Xinjiang Saline-alkali Land 2016, 6 (6):  24-29.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas16010005 Abstract + ( 1770 )   PDF ( 1169KB )   ( 867 ) In this study, saline land in Yuli Country in the Takelamagan Desert in Xinjiang were selected as the research object to analyze the variation of the soil physical and chemical properties and soil enzymatic activity and the inter-relationship among them on the growth and development process of Glycyrrhiza inflata, to inverstigate the effect of planting Locorice on salinizated soil properties and provide scientific basis for govermance and the use of saline desert in arid area . The results indicated that saline soil can be effectively improved by cultivation Glycyrrhiza inflata.The content of total nitrogen, alkalystic nitrogen and organic matter in soil were significantly increased. The nutrient content of land growing 3-year age licorice was the highest. In comparison with the bare land(CK), the content of total nitrogen, alkalystic nitrogen and organic matter are increased by 42%, 62% and 40% respectively.The content of available phosphorus and available potassium in soil were significantly decreased as the increasing of planting years. In comparison with the bare land(CK), the content of available phosphorus was decreased by 37%, 46% and 72%, the content of available potassium was decreased by 3.5%, 27% and 45%, respectively. Compared with bare land(CK), soil water content of land growing 3-year age licorice increased 271%. Soil pH and electrical conductivity decreased significantly after planting licorice. The soil pH of land growing 3-year age licorice showed signficantly different from bare land(CK), land growing 1-year age licorice and land growing 2-year age licorice. In comparison with the bare land(CK), electrical conductivity in soil was decreased by 42%, 72% and 80% respectively. The activities of soil urease、phosphatase and invertertase show an increasing tendency with the increasing of planting years. Compared with bare land(CK), soil enzyme activities were increased by 47%, 301% and 130%. Utilizing Pearson coefficant correlation, it analyzes the correlation between soil enzyme activities and soil physical and chemical properties in the different planting years licorice plot. The results of simple correlation analysis indicated that there are significant correlations between soil edaphic physicochemical factors and activities of soil urease, phosphatase and invertertase. The regression formula indicated that the activity of urease increased with soil water content, organic matter content but decreased with soil total nitrogen content, the activity of phosphatase increased with soil water content but decreased with soil total nitrogen content and organic matter content, the activity of invertertase increased with soil water content but decreased with soil available potassium content. Therefore, soil water content plays a dominant role in soil urease, phosphatase and invertertase. In a word, planting licorice in the salinization desert of Xinjiang could improve the soil physical and chemical properties, significantly increase the activities of soil urease, phosphatase and invertertase, ant it can improve the saline-alkali soil.

This new technology aimed to improve the functions of the confocal laser scanning microscope from the following aspects: improve resolution, decrease the phototoxicity, and improve scanning speed, viviperception. Meanwhile, the potential of biology applications was great with the help of these new techniques, so it was necessary to sort out and analyze the principles of these new techniques. This essay mainly analyzed some techniques’ principles and potential in their applications, including Light gate, White laser, GaAsP, Ultrahigh-resolution, Live cell imaging system, Light-sheet ,Multi-photon microscopy, Coherent Anti-stokes Raman Scattering, Laser Capture Microdissection. Besides, the next research area and the shortcomings of the existing technique in scanning speed, compatibility, applicability of samples are also analyzed. This essay can assist researchers to learn more about some new techniques and make them know “what kind of technique they can use to achieve what kind of biology functions”in order that they can form more ideas of experiment research.

  Effect of Frying on Essential Oil Composition of Fresh Pepper 2016, 6 (6):  36-44.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas16010024 Abstract + ( 836 )   PDF ( 1322KB )   ( 1552 ) To investigate the effect of the frying treatments on the chemical composition of piper essential oil in the fresh pepper, the different material oil ratio, the different oil temperature and the different frying time were studied. The piper essential oil had 18 kinds of chemical compositions in untreated fresh pepper. The piper essential oil had 28, 23, 28, 25 and 26 kinds of chemical compositions respectively, when the oil ratio were 1:1, 1:1.5, 1:12, 1:2.5 and 1:3. While the frying temperature were 90°C、100°C、110°C、120°C and 130°C, the kinds of chemical compositions in piper essential oil were 21、26、23、27 and 23. Meanwhile the piper essential oil respectively had 29、22、23、22 and 26 kinds of chemical compositions fried for 1 min, 2 min, 3 min, min 4, and 5 min. The results showed that the different frying treatments could increase the chemical compositions of piper essential oil. The main chemical compositions were Caryophyllene, 3-carene, D-limonene, L-β-pinene, α-Phellandrene and α-pinene.

  Construction of E-government Cloud Computing Center 2016, 6 (6):  45-50.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15120019 Abstract + ( 884 )   PDF ( 1078KB )   ( 1083 ) The need of agricultural e-government is changing fast and business resources are becoming big data, the development of e-government is entering into a new era, traditional e-government data center cannot meet the need of business development. In order to adapt to the new situation, new demands and the development of new technologies, aiming at agricultural electronic government affairs, the technical ideas of cloud computing center construction including unifying standard system, application of supporting platform and operation and maintenance services, adopting cloud computing technology architecture and virtualization technology, centralizing the construction of computer room and other infrastructures were put forward to build e-government cloud computing center, so as to realize the implementation of service resources and improve resource utilization.

  Design and Implementation of Tobacco Alcoholization Information System Based on Batch Management 2016, 6 (6):  51-55.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas16020003 Abstract + ( 1091 )   PDF ( 1206KB )   ( 855 ) Batch management of tobacco alcoholization information system was established in order to scientifically and reasonably record and analyze various influence factors of tobacco alcoholization quality. This system could also solve the problem of disunity of data collection in the tobacco alcoholization process, and the lacking of traceability of alcoholization quality. Through the batch management, it realized the record, query, statistics and analysis of tobacco alcoholization information according to the batch. This information system provided an information management platform for fully grasp the tobacco alcoholization information and alcoholization quality traceability. Practical application shows that tobacco alcoholization information can be obtained in real time and alcoholization quality can achieve backtracking control. So this system further enhances the informationization level of raw materials warehouse management.

  Development of Urban Agriculture by Innovation Function of Agricultural Park in Shanghai 2016, 6 (6):  56-60.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas15100013 Abstract + ( 996 )   PDF ( 1046KB )   ( 1062 ) The study aims to further promote the development of modern agricultural park in Shanghai. Taking the overall plan of the Sannong issues (agriculture, rural community and farmers) as the starting point, the authors tried to put the innovation function into the connotation of modern agricultural park, discussed the problems found in the study as well as put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the summary of the current development of urban modern agriculture in Shanghai. The research showed that the overall development of modern agricultural park in Shanghai was good, and the innovation function could be combined with the new rural construction, the development of agricultural insurance and the development of resource saving and environment friendly agriculture.

  Dynamic Change and Countermeasures of“One Village One Product”in Beijing 2016, 6 (6):  61-66.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas16010023 Abstract + ( 1008 )   PDF ( 1146KB )   ( 969 ) With the deepening of agricultural structure adjustment in Beijing, the development of village presents a new trend. To promote the construction of beautiful village and“One Village One Product”(OVOP), dynamic changes and features of OVOP from 2010 to 2014 were analyzed. The results showed that the main problems of OVOP at present included low contribution of main product income, low income of productionoriented peasants, slow development of service-oriented villages and weak driving capacity of the specific agricultural market. Therefore, development of OVOP should be upgraded with structure adjustment, the implementation of land circulation, asset management and farmer’s cooperatives construction, the beautiful village construction, the internet plus and the training of professional farmers.

  Development Strategy of Urban Agriculture in Huairou District Under the Integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei 2016, 6 (6):  67-72.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas16030028 Abstract + ( 915 )   PDF ( 1188KB )   ( 912 ) In order to promote the harmonious development of urban and rural areas and increase peasants’ income under the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, aiming at the current situation of urban agricultural development in Huairou District, SWOT method was used to analyze the strengths, weaknesses and external opportunities and threats of Huairou. The strengths of urban agriculture in Huairou district were the increasing development of scale and branding of cold water fish industry, forest fruit industry and vegetable protected production. But the efficiency of resource utilization was low, ecological industry proportion was small and the development of leisure agriculture in mountain areas was slow. Thus the opportunities such as the development of integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and leisure demand should be seized to meet the challenges brought by the resource environment and land system. At last, the suggestions such as ecological priority and integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industry,do strong cultural industry were put forward to promote the development of urban agriculture in Huairou in the future.

  Grape Wine Culture Tourism in Yantai: Tourists’Recognition and Participation Behavior 2016, 6 (6):  73-77.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas16010001 Abstract + ( 852 )   PDF ( 1234KB )   ( 1487 ) In order to promote the development of leisure agriculture tourism and wine culture tourism industry in Yantai and fill the blank of the relevant research. Based on questionnaires survey and point rating method, the consumer′ recognition and participation behavior were studied. The results suggested that there was low awareness of the Yantai wine culture tourism, the composite score 8.74. There was the highest awareness of Yantai Changyu. The consumers from two channel understand Yantai wine culture and tourism, 47.8% of consumers participated in Yantai wine cultural tourism, 31.52% of consumer choose to travel with the family, the purpose of showing the diversity of tourism, including ornamental wineyard scenery proportion of 59.69%.Consumers" awareness of cultural tourism in Yantai should be improved.

  Grain Security and Economic Growth in China Adapting to Climate Change: Based on Multi-Regional General Equilibrium Model 2016, 6 (6):  78-116.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.casb15110149 Abstract + ( 855 )   PDF ( 2013KB )   ( 1595 ) This paper studies the adaptation to Climate Change, Grain Food Security, and Economic Growth in China. with a static Multi-Regional Computable General Equilibrium (MGCGE) model, we conduct policy simulations for 31 Chinese provinces and autonomous districts on the basis of grain yield projections under the A2 (high emissions) and B2 (medium-low emissions) climate change scenarios. Our results show that, under both climate change scenarios, maize, wheat, and rice production will grow significantly. consumption demand of Livestock, industry, seed and Household will grow significantly. As production increases, exports of the three grains will increase, and imports decrease. Most provinces will experience growth in real GDP, real investments, and net exports. The main conclusions of our study are as follows. 1) Climate change will boost China’s grain production, strengthening economic growth. 2) Grain production growth resulting from climate change exhibit considerable regional variations; Poductionwill grow faster in major grain production provinces, such as the three Northwest provinces, than in the rest of the nation. 3) Productiongrowth differs in magnitude under different climate change scenarios. 4) In light of the uncertainty in many socio-economic and environmental factors, grain food security should continue to be watched closely by China’s policy makers.
