甘蓝废弃叶发酵液灌根对番茄产量和品质的影响

Effects of Irrigating Roots by Fermentation Broth of Cabbage Leaves on Tomato Yield and Quality

摘要: 蔬菜生产过程产生的废弃物不仅污染生态环境,还造成了资源的浪费。沼气技术的应用在获得优质廉价的生物质能源的同时还能够减轻环境污染。为探索蔬菜废弃物有效利用的新途径,以蔬菜废弃物(甘蓝叶)为材料制作沼气发酵液,研究不同浓度的甘蓝叶发酵液灌根对番茄产量及品质性状的影响。结果表明对番茄灌溉甘蓝叶发酵液可以显著增加番茄产量,提高果实中维生素C含量。处理G5(发酵液的比例为80%)比对照增产64.25%,处理G3(发酵液的比例为40%)的维生素C含量比对照提高了37.60%。

Abstract: Vegetable waste not only pollute the environment, but also resulted in a waste of resources. Application of biogas technology can gain high quality energy and solve environmental pollution problem. In order to explore a new method of the application of vegetable waste, the author used the biogas fermentation broth of vegetable waste (cabbage leaves) and irrigated at different concentrations to tomato roots. Effects of biogas fermentation broth on tomato yield and quality were analyzed. Results showed that biogas fermentation broth increased the yield and the content of Vitamin C in tomato fruits. The yield of treatment G5 (the percentage of biogas fermentation broth was 80%) increased 64.25% than that of control. The content of Vitamin C of treatment G3 (the percentage of biogas fermentation broth is 40%) increased 37.60% than that of control.
