Breeding Report on New Rape Variety‘Yuhongyou No.4’with Good Quality

摘要: 为了选育出适应红塔区仍至云南省的品质优良、高产、抗性强的优良油菜品种满足品种更新换代,促进农业可持续发展的需要。通过选用从中国油料所引进的‘中双9 号’品种和红塔区的当家品种‘A35’作亲本进行品种间杂交,再经过多代的提纯选择培养,选育出了优质、高产的油菜新品种。2013—2014 年度8 个试点平均产量2924.25 kg/hm2,产量排名1,与对照‘花油5 号’6 个试点增产2 个试点减产,增产12.65%,产量与对照差异显著,且与其他品种间产量差异显著。芥酸含量未检出,硫甙含量19.75 μmol/g,粗脂肪含量45.26%,品质达到国家双低油菜标准。2009 年3 月25 日由云南省种子管理站主持进行田间鉴定,定名为‘玉红油4号’。

Abstract: The aim of this study is to breed a new high-quality, high-yield and oilseed rape variety with strong resistance and good adaptation to the natural environment of Hongta District even the whole Yunnan Province. ‘Zhongshuang No.9’imported from Oil Crops Research Institute, CAAS and local variety‘A35’were used as materials to conduct cross. Through selective culture of multiple generations, we obtained the high-quality and high- yield variety. The results showed that in 2013- 2014, average yield of the new variety in the eight experimental plots was 2924.25 kg/hm2, which ranked the first. Comparing with the control group‘Huayou No.5’, the new variety showed yield increase in 6 plots and yield decrease in 2 plots. In general, yield of the new variety increased by 12.65% compared with that of the control. In addition, there was significant difference between the new variety and other varieties. Contents of glucosinolate and crude fat in the new variety were 19.75 μmol/g and 45.26% respectively, and no erucic acid was detected, indicating that this new variety could meet the national standard. Finally this new variety was named as‘Yuhongyou No.4’by Yunnan Seed Management Station on March 25, 2009.
