Effects of Mulching Materials on Nitrogen Metabolism, Yield and Quality of Watermelon

摘要:

为筛选西瓜栽培适宜的覆盖材料,选取4种不同材料(白膜、菇渣、液态膜、黑色防草无纺布)进行覆盖栽培,综合比较其对西瓜氮代谢、产量和品质的影响。结果表明:(1)在所有处理中,黑色防草无纺布的覆盖效果最佳,果实产量、可溶性固形物和Vc含量均极显著高于其他处理,叶片总氮、可溶性蛋白含量显著或极显著高于其他处理,硝酸还原酶(NR)、谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)、谷氨酸脱氢酶(GDH)活性均显著或极显著高于其他处理。(2)相关性分析表明,不同覆盖处理的西瓜产量与总氮含量呈显著正相关,与NR活性呈极显著正相关;总氮含量与NR活性呈显著正相关,与GS、GDH活性呈极显著正相关。试验结果认为,黑色防草无纺布可作为西瓜栽培适宜的覆盖材料。

Abstract:

In order to select suitable mulching materials for watermelon cultivation, four different materials (white film, mushroom residue, liquid film and black grass control non-woven fabric) were selected for mulching cultivation, and their effects on nitrogen metabolism, yield and quality of watermelon were comprehensively compared. The results showed that: (1) among all the treatments, the mulching effect of black grass control non-woven fabric was the best, the fruit yield, and the content of soluble solid and Vc were significantly higher than those of other treatments; the contents of total nitrogen and soluble protein in leaves were significantly or extremely significantly higher than those of other treatments, so were the activities of nitrate reductase (NR), glutamine synthetase (GS) and glutamate dehydrogenase (GDH); (2) the correlation analysis showed that the yield of watermelon under different mulching treatments was significantly and positively correlated with total nitrogen content and extremely significantly and positively correlated with NR activity; there was a significantly positive correlation between total nitrogen content and NR activity, and an extremely significantly positive correlation between total nitrogen content and GS and GDH activities. The results showed that the black grass control non-woven fabric could be used as a suitable mulching material for watermelon cultivation.
