涝渍胁迫对切花菊‘黄中黄’生理活性的影响

Physiological Effects of Chrysanthemum Varieties ‘Huang zhong Huang’ on Waterlogging Stress

摘要: 为了解决切花菊由于大水漫灌以及大量降雨所引起的根系衰弱和植株死亡的问题,采用土培模拟涝渍胁迫,对菊花品种‘黄中黄’的根系活力、叶绿素、丙二醛和电导率进行测定。结果表明:电导率随着涝渍时间的延长持续上升,叶绿素呈现先下降后上升再下降的趋势,丙二醛含量变化最为明显,涝渍开始后第3天的丙二醛含量相当于对照的700%,第9天为对照的1730%。根系活力呈现先下降后上升的趋势,第9天的α-萘胺含量为对照的43.02%,部分植株开始枯萎死亡。说明涝渍胁迫加速了切花菊‘黄中黄’的衰老。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of weak growth or death caused by flooding and heavy rainfall on cut chrysanthemum. By the soil culture simulate waterlogging stress, the electric conductivity, chlorophyll, MDA, and root vigor was determined on chrysanthemum varieties ‘Huangzhonghuang’. The results showed that: electric conductivity raised continuously, α-naphthylamine started to decline. Chlorophyll content first appeared to decline, and raised slightly, then continued to decline. The content of MDA with the beginning of the stress that appear to rise sharply, a slight decline in 3 d was equivalent to 700% of the contrast,9 d compared to 1730%. Waterlogging stress accelerated the cut chrysanthemum ‘Huangzhonghuang’ aging.
