不同配比施肥对药用薏苡生长特性及生物产量的影响

摘要:

为确定药用植物薏苡的氮、磷、钾及有机肥的合理配伍施用,以不施肥为对照,共设6个处理,进行薏苡的盆栽试验,研究了不同配比施肥对薏苡生长特性、生物产量的影响。各施肥处理的叶绿素含量和分蘖数均显著高于不施肥处理(对照);氮磷、氮钾、氮磷钾、氮磷钾加施有机肥处理的叶片全氮、全磷、全钾的含量高于不施肥处理,其中,氮磷钾和氮磷钾加施有机肥处理达到了显著水平;各施肥处理的生物产量明显高于不施肥处理;其中,与不施肥和单施氮处理相比,氮磷钾和氮磷钾加施有机肥处理的生物产量存在显著差异。氮、磷、钾等无机肥配伍施用或无机肥与有机肥配伍施用,在分蘖初期和分蘖末期均能明显提高薏苡叶片叶绿素含量,有利于叶片全氮、全磷、全钾等养分的积累,能促进薏苡的生长发育和提高薏苡的生物产量。

Abstract:

In order to medicinal plants Coix to determine the Reasonable proportion fertilization, the author designed the pot experiment with Coix were conducted to no fertilizer different combinations of fertilization on the growth characteristics of Coix and biological yield. Results show that N,P,K etc inorganic fertilizer or The combined fertilization of organic and inorganic fertilizer can obviously increase the leaf chlorophy ll content of Coix at initial tillering stage and late tillering stage,which is advantage to accumulate total N,P,K content,N,P,K etc inorganic fertilizer or The combined fertilization of organic and inorganic fertilizer can obviously promote the growth and biomass yield of Coix.
