The Status, Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural IT Application Construction Under the Background of the Internet of Things

摘要: 物联网背景下大力发展农业信息化建设有助于整合农村各类资源、改造传统农业、提升农产品质量安全,促进农产品标准化生产,进而提高国内农业发展质量和效益。文章在分析农业信息化建设现状的基础上,从要素投入角度,按照投入资金、人员素质、基础设施、核心技术、管理体系这5个维度较为深入地分析了物联网背景下农业信息化建设的问题,并针对性的提出了应加大政府扶持力度、调整人才培养结构、加强基础设施建设、完善相关制度体系等政策建议,以期达到农业与信息化的全面深度融合,使其形成农业转型升级的助推器,从而为农业农村发展提供新动能。

Abstract: Vigorously developing of agricultural informatization in the context of the Internet of Things has the ability to integrate rural resources, to transform traditional agriculture, to improve the quality and safety of agricultural products, and to promote standardized production of agricultural products, in order to improve the quality and efficiency of domestic agricultural development. Based on the analysis of the status of agricultural informatization construction, the agricultural informatization construction under the background of the Internet of Things was analyzed from the perspective of factor input and the five dimensions of investment capital, personnel quality, infrastructure, core technology and management system. Government support should be strengthened to achieve comprehensive deep integration of agriculture and informatization, such as increasing government support, adjusting personnel training structure, strengthening infrastructure construction, and improving relevant institutional systems. Therefore, a booster of agricultural informatization will be formed for agricultural transformation by providing new kinetic energy for agricultural and rural development.
