Abstract: Abstract: According to the basic meteorological data during the period of 1961-2008 in Fujian Province, the light, temperature, precipitation and the main agricultural meteorological disasters were analyzed in rice field in winter fallow period(from October this year to April next year) . Rely on agrometeorological science and technology, take advantage of mountain resources of winter, the article puts forward many efficient cropping patterns of agricultural development in mountain areas in winter with guidance of market, and raises multiple cropping index, and increases farmers’ income.
