Abstract:

The effects of different tillage methods on the root system, photosynthesis, grain quality and yield of main grain crops in China are expounded through the collation of relevant data. The authors analyzed the necessity and importance of further strengthening the research on tillage methods in future agricultural production, and pointed out that the appropriate tillage methods should be selected according to the regional ecological environment, soil properties, crop species and crop rotation types in the future on the basis of combining Chinese national condition, aiming to provide a scientific basis for the reasonable selection of tillage methods in agricultural production, the improvement of crop yield and the sustainable utilization of cultivated land in China.
