Abstract:

To investigate the sensitivity level of Corynespora cassiicola to boscalid, a new carboxamide, 102 isolates of C. cassiicola in Tianjin were evaluated by mycelial growth rate method. The results showed that there existed significant difference in the sensitivity of C. cassiicola. The minimum value of EC50 was 0.29 μg/mL, and the maximum value was 773.33 μg/mL. The total resistance frequency of the 102 strains to boscalid was 78.43%, and the high resistance frequency was 4.9%. The application frequency of boscalid in cucumber production in Tianjin is relatively high, and it has moderate resistance risk, which is not suitable for the control of Corynespora leaf spot in Tianjin.
