Abstract: Talents are the determinant factor of rural revitalization. To implement the strategy of rural revitalization and promote the overall rural development, we must adhere to the strategy of prioritizing the talent development and strengthen the weak links in the cultivation of rural talents. By analyzing the problems in the construction of rural talent team, such as shortage in total number, unsatisfied quality, serious brain drain, disconnected training and demand, imperfect working mechanism and so on, the author proposes that the cultivation of rural talents should be problem-oriented and goal-oriented, and focus on the aspects of top design, system and mechanism innovation, targeted implementation, training of key talent groups, thus to accelerate the construction of rural talent team and the development of rural undertakings, and promote the overall rural revitalization.
