  A Preliminary Report for Green Channel Regional Test on Variety Identification of Medium-indica Rice in the Upstream Yangtze River in 2016 2017, 7 (12):  1-7.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17030022 Abstract + ( 1097 )   PDF ( 1227KB )   ( 983 ) To satisfy rice production and development, and select the new hybridized rice combination which is suitable for planting in Nanchong and the upstream region of the Yangtze River, the green channel regional tests on medium-indicar rice variety identification were conducted. The methods of field investigation, plant laboratory test, single harvest, randomized block design and statistical analysis were used in the experiments. The results showed that four varieties ‘( Aofuyou958’, ‘Qianfengyou990’, ‘Liufuyou977’ and ‘Guangliangyou990’) possessed good agronomic and economical characters, as well as disease resistance (especially for rice blast resistance). The yield of ‘Aofuyou958’increased by 12.97% compared with that of ‘Fyou498’, and the difference reached extremely significant level. Compared with that of CK, the yield of ‘Qianfengyou990’,‘Liufuyou977’and‘Guangliangyou990’increased by 9.24% , 5.67% and 4.79% , respectively.‘Aofuyou958’and‘Qianfengyou990’were the ideal varieties in Nanchong National Agricultural Science and Technology Park, with the advantages of high yield, high quality, strong stress resistance and disease resistance. ‘Aofuyou958’ ,‘Qianfengyou990’,‘Liufuyou977’and‘Guangliangyou990’could be popularized as in Nanchong and the upstream region of the Yangtze River.

  Corn Harvest Methods and Benefit Analysis 2017, 7 (12):  8-11.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas16040027 Abstract + ( 1420 )   PDF ( 1237KB )   ( 1057 ) In order to provide theoretical basis and data support for further popularization of corn grain harvest technology and improve the mechanization level of corn production, the authors compared the labor use and costs input of different harvest methods, analyzed the benefit of promotion of corn mechanized kernel harvesting. In the form of interview and questionnaire, the authors investigated farmers’harvest methods of corn and the cost of different harvest methods in 4 provinces (regions), 16 cities (counties), 48 villages in the northeast and northwest spring corn area, and Huanghuaihai summer corn region, 465 valid samples were received. The results showed that there existed significant differences among regions in the adoption rate of corn mechanized harvest, the rate was the highest in Heilongjiang and Xinjiang, the adoption rate was above 89.4%, then was Henan of 58.1% and Jilin was the lowest of 21.5%. Comparing the harvesting efficiency and economic benefit of different corn harvest methods, technology of corn mechanized kernel harvesting was the most efficient, and it could save 300-600 yuan/hm2 and 900-1380 yuan/hm2 than that of mechanized ear harvest and artificial harvest respectively, which was a harvest mode that met the need of corn industrialization with less process, labor saving, low cost and high efficiency.

  Response of Maize Varieties with Different Genotypes to Drought Stress at Three Critical Stages and Drought-resistant Identification 2017, 7 (12):  12-17.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17070022 Abstract + ( 1975 )   PDF ( 1325KB )   ( 1887 ) The objective is to investigate drought-resistant differences of maize varieties at different growth stages. Eighteen maize varieties were used as materials. Four treatments were set including drought stress at three key growing stages, jointing stage (T1), booting stage (T2), silking stage (T3) and the normal irrigating treatments (CK). The drought resistance was identified and evaluated. The results showed that the ASI of the tested varieties extended 1- 6 d in various degrees compared with the control. The ASI of nine varieties prolonged slightly, such as‘Jingnongke728’and‘Jingke968’; that of‘Zhongdan28’and‘Xundan20’were relatively long. After the drought stress, the yield of‘Jingke968’and‘Jingnongke728’were relatively high; that of‘Xianyu335’and‘Zhengdan958’were medium; and that of‘Xundan20’and‘Zhongdan28’were relatively low. It is concluded that the yield level and drought resistance of‘Jingke968’and‘Jingnongke728’ are the highest; those of‘Zhengdan958’and‘Xianyu335’were medium; ‘Liaodan565’ and ‘Jiyuan1’ had poor drought resistance and yield.‘Zhongdan28’was the worst productive and drought sensitive variety.

  Heterologous Expression Bacterial β-mannanase: Research Progress 2017, 7 (12):  18-21.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17040011 Abstract + ( 1618 )   PDF ( 1263KB )   ( 836 ) Mannanase is a key enzyme for hydrolyzing mannan, and is widely found in plants, animals and microorganisms, particularly in bacteria. In order to meet the needs of industrial production, heterologous expression of bacterial-derived mannanase gene is studied in order to obtain high-quality mannanase. In this paper, the origin and enzymatic properties of mannanase were reviewed, and the heterologous expression of bacterial mannanase was summarized concerning the aspects of improving the enzyme activity, expanding the pH range and improving the safety, including heterologous expression of Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis and Pichia pastoris. The use of microbial resources can broaden the application of mannanase, and the use of microbial technology can improve the amount of enzyme production to meet industrial needs, these lay a foundation for the determinate evolution and transformation of mannanase.

  Analysis of Carotenoids Contents in Pumpkin by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography 2017, 7 (12):  22-27.  DOI: 10.11924/j.issn.1000-6850.casb17070077 Abstract + ( 1373 )   PDF ( 1484KB )   ( 1255 ) Carotenoids are a kind of important natural pigments. In order to analyze the compositions and contents of carotenoids in pumpkin, pumpkin flesh was used as the material, different solvents (methanol, ethanol, petroleum ether, acetone, acetone: petroleum ether (1:1), acetone: petroleum ether (1:2) and acetone: petroleum ether (1:4)) and extraction methods (saponification and unsaponification) were screened to optimize the carotenoids extraction conditions in pumpkin flesh. Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC) technology was used to determine the carotenoid compositions and contents of 23 pumpkin cultivars. The results showed that the suitable extraction for carotenoids in pumpkin was ethanol solvent with saponification. Pumpkin flesh contained three carotenoid compositions, β - carotene, α- carotene and lutein, and the compositions and contents were both different in interspecies and intraspecies. Most of Cucurbita maxima and Cucurbita moschata cultivars had higher total carotenoid contents than Cucurbit pepo cultivars. The optimized extraction and determination methods in this study are suitable to the quality and quantity analysis of pumpkin flesh in China.

  Effects of Nitrogen and Potassium Panicle Fertilizer on Growth and Yield of Medium Indica Hybrid Rice (MIHR) in Jianghuai Region 2017, 7 (12):  28-33.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17020008 Abstract + ( 562 )   PDF ( 1191KB )   ( 685 ) The study aims to explore the effects of different nitrogen and potassium panicle fertilizer treatments on MIHR’s dry weight, leaf area, growth and yield in Jianghuai Region and provide references for rational panicle fertilizer application. The results showed that the leaf area and dry weight of nitrogen and potassium panicle fertilizer treatment were higher than those of pure nitrogen panicle fertilizer or no panicle fertilizer, the yield of nitrogen and potassium panicle fertilizer treatment was higher than that of no panicle fertilizer treatment, and the yield of nitrogen and potassium panicle fertilizer treatment was higher than that of pure nitrogentreatment; the best fertilizer application level in Jianghuai Region was pure nitrogen 78.75to112.5kg/hm2 combinedwithK2O76.5 kg/hm2.

Most of the researches on quinoa have focused on variety breeding, cultivation mode and planting density etc., but the water management and fertilizer utilization were rarely reported.‘Tiaoli No.1’is a new quinoa variety which is cultivated by Tiaoshan Institute of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences, the effects of nitrogen application rate and ratio of base to topdressing on quinoa’s yield, economic characters and economic benefits are studied. The results show that the application of nitrogen fertilizer could significantly increase the yield of quinoa, and proper nitrogen application rate and ratio of base to topdressing are the important factors for high yielding of quinoa. The performance traits of quinoa plants are good, the yield and economic benefits are the highest when the nitrogen application rate is 60 kg/hm2 and ratio of base to topdressing is 1:2.

  Key Production Technology of Liquid Organic Fertilizer from Vegetable Oil Residue: Research Progress 2017, 7 (12):  38-41.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17070016 Abstract + ( 789 )   PDF ( 1068KB )   ( 1635 ) Based on vegetable oil residue, the whole process of producing liquid organic fertilizer was designed by using biotechnology and physical-chemistry method. The research mainly introduced some technologies, including the determination of the target nutrient elements, the optimization of the hydrolysis conditions, the cultivation of the protease strains and the enhancement of the nutrient elements etc. The paper also expounded the principles, application conditions and research progress of the control methods, and proposed a new way which was low-cost for large-scale production of liquid organic fertilizer. The results can provide references for the resource utilization of organic manure.

  Healthy Soil Cultivation in Vineyard of Jurong 2017, 7 (12):  42-45.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17040030 Abstract + ( 585 )   PDF ( 1119KB )   ( 788 ) To improve the quality of vineyard soil and realize the stable development of grape industry in Jurong, a tracking investigation was conducted to analyze samples of different soil layers from eight vineyards during 2012 to 2016. The results showed that the content of soil organic matter at 0-20 and 20-40 cm soil layer was 1.58% and 1.02% in 2012, respectively, and after four years’grape production, the content of soil organic matter at 0-20 cm soil layer was only 1.12%. Improper farming methods and unreasonable fertilization led to a quarter decrease of soil organic matter at 0-20 cm soil layer during the four years. Soil is the survival carrier of crops and organic matter is the core of soil activity, human beings affect soil quality by the regulation of soil organic matter. To increase soil organic matter content and improve healthy soil ecosystem are essential to the sustainable development of grape production. The cultivation of grass and utilization of straw are both sustainable and ecological methods for soil cultivation, which form the most effective development direction.

  A Torrential Rain in Yulin in 2016: MCS Triggering Mechanism and Its Impact on Agriculture 2017, 7 (12):  46-51.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17090019 Abstract + ( 658 )   PDF ( 3070KB )   ( 465 ) The paper aims to explore the premature rice crop failure, vegetable seedling rotted root, and the growth retardation of litchi and longan during young spike period caused by the torrential rain in Yulin on May 20, 2016. Based on NCEP 1°×1° global objective analysis data, conventional meteorological data, TBB from FY2E infrared cloud and Doppler radar data, the authors analyzed the heavy rainstorm mesoscale system (MCS) and dynamic mechanism. The results showed that: (1) heavy rainstorm occurred in the“two slots and one ridge”under the large circulation background, the combination of the eastward flow and the warm and humid air flow in the northwest side of the subtropical high pressure provided a favorable circulation background for MCS; (2) the coupling of the high-level strong divergence and the low-level convergence was favorable to the vertical uplift and the occurrence of the MCS; the rainstorm occurred at the right side of the low-level jet entrance; (3) there was a clear convergence of water vapor over Yulin, providing sufficient water vapor, which allowed the MCS to maintain; (4) MCS occurred at the center of the convective cloud, i.e. the area with larger gradient of TBB. The above reasons for Yulin large-scale heavy rain weather led to heavy loss of early rice crop and other heavy agricultural disasters. This article intends to summarize the experience to better grasp the background of similar weather pattern and offer a reference for disaster prevention and mitigation.

  Analysis and Evaluation of Air Negative Ion Concentration in Sun Island Scenic Spot 2017, 7 (12):  52-57.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17080022 Abstract + ( 689 )   PDF ( 1494KB )   ( 797 ) Taking the negative ion concentration of water in Sun Island as the objects of study, [Objective][Method]Applying ArcGIS to interpolate the negative ion concentration of Solar Waterfall and Solar Lake in Sun Island, Harbin, and analyzed the distribution characteristics of negative ion concentration in different types of water bodies.[Objective]The correlation between the concentration of negative ion in the lake with temperature and humidity were studied.[Result] It was found that the negative ion concentration of the lake was positively correlated with the temperature and humidity,[Method]The optimal function model of negative ion concentration with temperature and humidity in the Sun Lake area were fitted by SPSS, and the significance test were carried out with the significance level of 0.01.[Objective][Method]The air cleanliness of Sun Waterfall, Sun Lake, Swan Lake and Wetland Garden in Sun Island Scenic Area were evaluated by means of air quality evaluation index.[Result]The evaluation result shows that the air cleanliness level of the Solar Waterfall, the Swan Lake and the Wetland Garden are Grade A, the air quality reach the cleanest standard, the air cleanliness level of the Sun Lake is Grade B, and the air quality has reached the standard of general cleaning,[Conclusion]which can be used as a reference for the study of air negative ions.

  Investigation on Exhaust Emissions of Inland Fishing Vessels in China: A Case Study of Fishing Boats in Hunan and Jiangxi 2017, 7 (12):  58-64.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17070021 Abstract + ( 679 )   PDF ( 1379KB )   ( 718 ) With the development of environmental protection and sustainable development of economy and society, the issue of exhaust emissions from fishing vessels has gradually attracted the attention of management and industry. Interviews were conducted in two provinces, Hunan and Jiangxi, 3 regions, Yueyang, Yuanjiang and Shangrao, and a field detection of ten fishing vessels was carried out with the Smoke Test Instrument, including eight wood ships and one steel ship, whose length were all below 12 m and the total power was less than 44.1 kW. Total nine oil samples were taken and sent to the national professional organization through a professional transport company for testing and analysis. The results showed that the index of CO emission of three fishing boats did not reach the discharge standard of the third stage, which was less than 5.5 g/kWh, in the high and low running speed conditions, the other six fishing boats of that were all reached the discharge standard, reaching the standard rate was 83.3%. According to the classification requirements of GB252-2015 ordinary diesel oil, all oil samples meet the requirements and the passing rate is 100%. On the whole, the exhaust emissions from fishing boats in inland China have less impact on air quality. There is almost no correlation between the emission and the service life of diesel engine. To reduce the exhaust emissions, the fuel quality should be improved, and the development and application of the exhaust gas after treatment system should be strengthened. The overall emission of fishing vessels in inland is better, but there is still room for further improvement.

  Influence of Varieties and Topping Time on Tobacco Brown Spot Morbidity 2017, 7 (12):  65-69.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas16120028 Abstract + ( 647 )   PDF ( 1285KB )   ( 694 ) The paper aims to explore the relation of morbidity degree of brown spot with varieties and topping time of tobacco. An experiment was conducted with the split plot design to study the effect of different varieties and different topping time on morbidity degree of brown spot. Three varieties‘( Yunyan 87’,‘Yunyan 97’and ‘K326’) were taken as the main plot, and three topping methods (at squaring stage, initial flowering stage and full-bloom stage) were adopted as the split plot. The results showed that:‘Yunyan 97’displayed the strongest resistance to tobacco brown spot, followed by‘K326’, and‘Yunyan 87’had the weakest resistance. Topping at full-bloom stage had the best control effect on tobacco brown spot morbidity for‘Yunyan 87’and‘K326’, and topping at initial flowering stage had the best effect for‘Yunyan 97’, while topping at squaring stage had the worst effect. According to the practical situation of tobacco planting area in Qidong and with overall consideration of tobacco yield and quality, the optimum way is topping at initial flowering stage for‘Yunyan 97’, ‘Yunyan 87 ’and‘K326’.

  Research Progress of Mycotoxins in Grapes and Its Products 2017, 7 (12):  70-75.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17050009 Abstract + ( 696 )   PDF ( 1204KB )   ( 1385 ) Fungi are major pathogens that cause contamination during grape production, storage and transportation. Several classes of mycotoxins produced by fungi can simultaneously contaminate grape. In addition to their ability to cause spoilage of grape fruit and its related products, these mycotoxins can cause potential harm to human health. Studies of mycotoxins in grapes and its products are more concentrated in the main grape production areas such as Europe and the United States, but less literature about this research is reported in China. This paper systematically analyses the kinds of fungus that contaminate grapes and its related products, pollution conditions, types of mycotoxins and pollution levels. Through the introduction of environment that produces mycotoxins, it develops prevention strategies and control methods of mycotoxin contamination. With advancement of scientific research in molecular biology of mycotoxins, progress has been achieved in identification of mycotoxins and development of techniques in controlling contamination of mycotoxins. This review found that standards of the maximum residue levels and determination methods of mycotoxins in fruit and its products in China wereSinsufficient by comparing determination methods of mycotoxins in other countries. Finally, it proposes future research direction of mycotoxins in grape and its related products in China.

  Effects of Micro-Fertilizer on Physiology and Quality of Grape‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ 2017, 7 (12):  76-80.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17050020 Abstract + ( 712 )   PDF ( 1362KB )   ( 636 ) To investigate the effects of micro- fertilizer‘Moyun’on physiology and quality of wine grape ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’, 6-year-old wine grape‘Cabernet Sauvignon’was taken as the test material. The results showed that: with the application of micro-fertilizer‘Moyun’, (1) the single-leaf weight increased, the single-leaf thickness and area and the content of chlorophyll increased, which helped the leaves to conduct the photosynthesis; (2) the longitudinal diameter of the grape fruit increased by 2.72 cm, the horizontal diameter increased by 1.22 cm, and the quality increased by 55.32 g; the diameter of fruit grain increased by 0.13 cm, the transverse diameter increased by 0.05 cm, and the 100-grain weight increased by 19.75 g; (3) the total phenol content of grape increased by 3.4 mg/g, the anthocyanin content increased by 3.53 mg/g, the soluble solids content increased by 1.64%, and the tannin content increased by 1.47 mg/g, reducing sugar content increased by 3.14 g/L, tartaric acid content increased by 0.35 g/L. These indicated that‘Moyun’could help the leaves of‘Cabernet Sauvignon’to grow, increase the photosynthesis of the leaves, and improve the grape quality, which could guarantee high yield and high quality of‘Cabernet Sauvignon’.

  The Components and Contents of Organic Acid in Kiwifruit Fruits from Different Cultivars 2017, 7 (12):  81-84.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17050014 Abstract + ( 1234 )   PDF ( 1320KB )   ( 1664 ) Organic acids are one of the main sources of flavor. The analysis of organic acid components and contents of kiwifruit fruits from different cultivars can provide a basis for the study on flavor formation and organic acid metabolism way.In this study, the components and contents of organic acid in twelve kiwifruit cultivars of two cultivated species at maturity were determined by the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results indicated that the total organic acid content in twelve kiwifruit cultivars varied greatly with arange of 21.207-42.708 mg/(g·FW). The mean of total organic acid content in Actinidia chinensis [33.030 mg/(g·FW)] was higher than that of A. deliciosa [27.665 mg/(g · FW)]. Quininic acid, malic acid and citric acid were the predominant organic acids in kiwifruit fruits, which varied with the range of 0.000-15.559, 5.103-26.426, 4.173-9.843 mg/(g·FW). The components and contents of organic acid in kiwifruit were both common and specific.

  Space Mode of Private Garden in the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys: A Preliminary Study 2017, 7 (12):  85-91.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17080023 Abstract + ( 811 )   PDF ( 4864KB )   ( 1404 ) The paper aims to study the space mode of private gardens in Fuzhou. We took the west garden in the House of Huang Family, the Studyroom with Two Plum Blossoms, the Theater Stage Over Water, the Former Residence of Wang Qi and Lin Congyi in the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys for example, and analyzed the space mode of the five private gardens from material and spirit level, then divided the garden space into three modes: closed static space, closed dynamic space, open static space. Finally put forward three proposals to the construction of modern garden in Fuzhou, that were combining snow cave with rockery, combining humane landscape of “three religions in one” with natural landscape, breaking the limits of space by the connection between rockery and building.

  The technique of bud propagation in tissue culture of Garcinia multiflora Champ 2017, 7 (12):  92-96.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17090017 Abstract + ( 679 )   PDF ( 1310KB )   ( 662 ) The study aims at providing references for the rapid propagation system establishment of tissue culture of Garcinia multiflora Champ. By means of observing the comparative experiments, completely randomized orthogonal experiment design, analysis of variance (ANOVA), significance test and LSD multiply comparative analysis, the control of the most optimal sterilization time, the optimal primary culture medium type and hormone concentration formula were discussed. The results showed that when the sterilization time of explants was 2 min, the pollution rate was the highest, while the mortality rate and survival rate were relatively low. When the sterilization time was 6 min, the pollution rate and mortality rate were medium, while the survival rate was the highest. When the time was 10 min, the pollution rate and survival rate were the lowest, while the mortality rate was the highest. MS and B5 had better effect on the primary culture medium of Garcinia multiflora Champ. If MS and B5 were respectively added with different concentrations of 6-BA and NAA, the induction effect of adventitious buds of explants was different. The maximum proportion of MS was 6-BA 1.6 mg/L + NAA 0.9 mg/L, and the best ratio of B5 was 6-BA 1.6 mg/L + NAA 0.6 mg/L. Taken together, the optimum sterilization time of explants is 6 min, MS + 6-BA 1.6 mg/L + NAA 0.9 mg/L has the best culture effect.

  Key Factors Affecting the Science and Technology Awards of Provincial Academies of Agricultural Sciences and Their Correlation Analysis 2017, 7 (12):  97-100.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17060018 Abstract + ( 525 )   PDF ( 1192KB )   ( 937 ) Science and technology awards play an important role in the achievement cultivation of agricultural research institutions. This paper randomly selects 19 provincial academies of agricultural sciences and analyzes the factors influencing awards-winning including research investment, research paper, and scientific research project, etc.. The analysis shows that research investment, papers, researchers and engineering centers are very significant correlation factors; large instruments, subject groups and projects are significant correlation factors. This paper proposes scientific and rational countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating achievements and improving scientific research management through the analysis of the above very significant factors.

  A Rainstorm Process During Spring Sowing in Shanxi in 2014 2017, 7 (12):  101-107.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17010011 Abstract + ( 555 )   PDF ( 2032KB )   ( 841 ) The paper aims to accurately forecast the rainstorm during spring sowing in Shanxi and provide better service for farmers. The authors comprehensively analyzed the rainstorm in May 9-11, 2014 based on the synoptic theories, conventional data, numerical prediction, Doppler radar and FY- 2E infrared satellite data. The results showed that: north vortex and south trough at 500 hPa and low-lying from east to west in north China on the ground were advantageous circulation backgrounds producing rainstorm; the low-altitude shear line and southeast wind at 850 hPa were the main impact systems of this rainstorm; the heavy precipitation was directly responded to the low and medium clouds which were inspired by the wind shear lines on the low and medium level of the troposphere; the ground convergence lines appeared 1-2 hours in advance, which had obvious reference significance for the short-time forecast of rainstorm; the confrontation between the cold air from the east and the west, the stagnation of the ground convergence line, formed the vertical structure of the irradiated on the upper air and convergence on the lower level, which strengthened the rising motion continuously; the important reasons for the long duration of rainstorm were the continuous transportation of the highest temperature from several days ago, and the continuous delivery of the warm and wet current on the lowlevel of the troposphere.

  Structural Reform of Agricultural Supply Side in Xi''an 2017, 7 (12):  108-116.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas17010030 Abstract + ( 639 )   PDF ( 1336KB )   ( 1005 ) At present, the agricultural products’supply in Xi''an can not meet the demands of urban and rural residents on consumption structure upgrading, agricultural production faces the two-way pressure from cost and price of agricultural products, and the old way of obtaining agricultural products at the price of ecological environment can not be accepted now. In order to study the development status and existing problems of the structural reform of agricultural supply side in Xi''an, we investigated major food producers, cooperatives of grain, fruits and livestock, and analyzed the status quo of Xi''an’s agricultural development. Finally, we proposed suggestions, such as adjusting agricultural structure, improving agricultural production mode, reducing production cost, integrating the primary, secondary and tertiary industry, enhancing agricultural service ability, upgrading sales modes of agricultural products, and promoting the modernization of agricultural production facilities, for Xi''an’s agricultural supply side structural reform and government decision-making.

However, during the urbanization of large grain production counties, there are dilemmas such as insufficient fund, unbalanced industrial structure, land use contradiction, weak infrastructure, and unsound socialized service system and guarantee mechanism. Therefore, the promotion of integrative urban and rural development of large grain production counties should be started from system and institution building.

  The Influencing Factors of Farmers'' Operating Income: An Investigation on Five Suburban Counties in Tianjin 2017, 7 (12):  122-126.  DOI: 10.11923/j.issn.2095-4050.cjas16120005 Abstract + ( 954 )   PDF ( 1272KB )   ( 1281 ) Farmers'' income is both a basis and a barometer of rural economic development. Agricultural management income is an important part of farmers’income. Based on the survey data of five suburban counties in Tianjin, this paper uses the regression method to analyze the main factors influencing farmers'' operating income. The results show that the sustained investment of production factors and industrial structure type have a significant positive impact on farmers’operating income, while science and technology training tend to be formalistic and have a significant negative impact on it; regional position and farmers’educational level have no significant effect on operating income; new linking modes between production and marketing do not increase the bargaining power of farmers, and show no income increasing effect. The study suggests accelerating the land transfer, implementing structural adjustment policies, strengthening scientific and technological innovation and promotion, innovating production and marketing convergence mode and etc., to promote the level of farmers'' scale management and improve agricultural management income.

Taking agricultural scientific research bases in Anhui academy of agricultural sciences as a case, the current situation and model of management of agricultural scientific research base was analyzed in the paper. Problems in this area during developing of agricultural modernization were pointed out. Suggestions and countermeasures of strengthening the modern management of agricultural scientific research base were discussed from optimizing management model and the construction of base. These would safeguard the successful developing of agricultural scientific and technological innovation.
